Highly recommend, Pipeworx has been fast and reliable for us since we switched to them when our water line broke a couple months back. Shout out to Max who we found to be extremely thorough and with strong technical expertise. He fixed a long-time issue with our toilets the former company we used couldn’t seem to figure out. He came out twice to properly check a vent issue we had, can’t remember the second plumbers name that came with him for the 2nd visit but they both did a great job given our complicated roof/house build to ultimately find we had a septic back up. We especially appreciated the time Max took to explain his process and any issues he found throughout. Grateful for the good help!

Our water heater had a sudden burst early this morning so, we contacted the Pipeworx’s emergency line. Weston was at our house shortly thereafter. He assessed the problem, created a quick fix so we could turn the water back on, then outlined several options. Once decided, he said “I see this is an emergency and I’ll get this done for you today!” Quickly, he was off to get a new water heater. He returned, replaced the equipment, cleaned the area, and removed all trash. He did this all with the utmost professionalism and courtesy! The work and personal touch of Weston has created a customer for life!

On January 16 th of this year, the diverter to my tub/shower actually shot out across the tub. My husband had been discharged from having a double cardiac bypass just five days prior to this. We really needed a working shower. The young lady that I spoke with was very nice, and stated that she would try to get someone out to my house as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a voicemail message from her just minutes later stating that they would have someone come out the next day at 10:00 a.m. The next day, Derrek W. arrived at our home. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything to us in detail about what was found,the repairs needed,and the cost of the repairs. He did an excellent job and cleaned up any debris that was left from completing the repairs. I highly recommend Pipeworx Plumbing.

Had a pipe break at my water meter last night. Called Pipeworx and got on the schedule for today 2/24/25 (my choice as they were going to come out last night). The techs that came out Derrick and Bryan were professional, knowledge and were good people. They explained everything to us and gave us a fair price. They got the pipe fixed within an hour and I would recommend them to anyone.

I am very happy with the service I received from Pipeworx Plumbing. The water pipe attachment for my refrigerator broke and had to be replaced. Since it was a Friday afternoon I called Pipeworx and they scheduled for that afternoon. Derek was the service person. He was prompt and did a great job of quoting the price, replacing the old PVC with a shut off valve and flex pipe, and showing me what he did before he left. Very professional and great customer service!

I had water issues at my house. Jacob and David came out run a camera down my sewage pipe in backyard. Found out it was broke from Roots going through it, they dug it up, Replaced the pipe And we're very professional about it. When I called pipeworx they were at my house within an hour. This was my second time calling Pipeworx for help and I am so glad I called them to fix my super old leaking shower knobs! I easily contacted them through their website, the office called me that same day and got me on their schedule super fast. Jacob arrived within the allotted time frame and he got to work immediately. Jacob from Pipeworx came out today and and was able to fix an issue with rattling pipes same day - he was clear on communication, pricing, etc. He also identified a corrosion issue with our water heater and replaced it as well. I will definitely use them moving forward for any issues we have!

Just upgraded a leaking 17 y.o., 50 gal water heater with a new tankless model. Jacob and Derek were our two Specialist for the install. Jacob and Chad did an excellent job replumbing our house! They were here from 8 AM to 10 PM on a Friday and really took their time to get everything right. Weston always does his best to get us scheduled and taken care of as fast as possible. We had another team (Harley and his crew) install a vanity and new toilet a few weeks back and that was awesome service as well.

Contacted Pipeworx to get estimate for replacing water lines. They were out in less than 2 hours. While Jacob was here I showed him a water leak issue with shower. He fixed it while he was here. Very professional and gave some good advice. Also received estimate I had asked for before he left premises.

Harley & Phillip installed our new tankless water heater and removed our 2 old electrical water heaters and tied all plumbing together (we had an addition put on the house years ago with separate plumbing). They were amazing, cleaned up properly, was courteous of our home, explained everything in detail, and just all around great people at Pipeworx. Came out promptly for an estimate that was HALF of the other company with the exact same setup, model, and warranty. I also would like to thank Dana & Callie, working the front end. They were wonderful, warm, professional, and above all answered all my incessant questions!

I have worked with pipeworx plumbing multiple times on my older house. Two of the technicians, Jacob and Dillon, have repaired small leaks more than once. When I began having serious water pressure issues Dillon was able to diagnose the problem. Jacob helped to explain to my why their repair would fix my issue. The work was completed today by both technicians. They kept me updated on what they found during the job, including showing me the failed valve causing the issue. Once they finished, they verified that my water pressure was fixed. I will continue to use pipeworx plumbing thanks to the hard work of their technicians Jacob and Dillon.

Harley replaced my water heater and installed my shampoo bowls at my salon for me and unfortunately ran into more trouble then it was probably worth but he put in an all day adventure with me to get it done and working.
