Kenneth was easy to contact and stayed in touch. Had siding and windows installed and his crew were very professional, polite and did a great job.

Had siding loose after wind/rain. I was kept aware of arrival delays. Crew was friendly and appeared to be skilled and very much a team to help each other and be prompt in completing work. Housekeeping was very good. As a first impression, I was pleased and would likely use their services again!

We had some water leaking inside on the master bedroom window when it would rain heavy. I contacted Window King and the owner Kenneth returned my message within a few hours. We have dealt with a plethora of various companies doing various renovations and upgrades on our property but none have came close to the level we have experienced from Window King. Kenneth and his team did a great job communicating timelines and doing the job on my house. I only needed my window flashing redone. I called multiple companies who were unable to assist since I did not also need new windows. Kenneth was happy to assist and provide a quote for just the flashing since my windows were brand new. I got a quick response from Kenneth Garrett any time I had a question. There were a few things that the original installer of the old windows failed to do and Kenneth had that corrected right away at no extra charge! You don't get that kind of service any more! I can't say enough about our experience with The Window King. We searched for a company that would replace all our old windows in our double-wide, very few would do, but The Window King said sure. Kenneth came to our home at our convenience and after talking with him we decided to hire him to replace all our 14 windows. He measured our windows and placed the order. We got a call about a month later when the windows were ready and within 2 weeks he had his crew ready to install. Kenneth and a crew of 5 arrived and began work, and I do mean they worked. The crew worked efficiently and professionally. I was amazed to see that they were able to remove all the old windows, install the new beautiful windows and do all the trim on the inside, all within an 8-9 hr one day process. The Window King called this turn-key and he was absolutely correct. I am very happy with the beautiful, more efficient windows and so glad I called The Window King.

We just had our roof replaced with Window King. We are so pleased with the job done and the customer service from Kenneth and his employees truly professional. The hand nailing of each shingle was a big seller for my husband and they truly did hand nail every shingle. The clean up was amazing as well they put tarps down all around the house to catch everything. Before they left they walked the entire area with big magnets insuring there weren’t any nails left behind. They were in and out of my flower beds all day but they looked untouched before they left. So pleased with the entire process.

The in-laws had a local company several years ago replace their roof then shortly after the flashing began to leak. After weeks of calling they came out and reinstalled the flashing. About a month ago the flashing began leaking again. I had Window King do a gutter replacement on the home im selling. The new 6 inch, seamless gutters and bigger downspouts look way better than the old ones. The install was quick and painless. And payment as easy as writing a check.

Kenneth is very personable and knowledgeable - he will be honest and will help guide you throughout the roofing process. All shingles were hand nailed and lead pipe boots were used. I am very pleased with the quality of work.

We asked him to come out on a Monday, show us a sample, walk through the house and give us an idea on what windows needed replace. He never showed up and when I called he apologized and came out in about 30 min with a car full of friends. By that time we no longer had the key to the house we were about to purchase so he was unable to do anything but give an estimate. He said he would be close to our current house the next day and can show us a sample...that didnt happen. He said he would send us a revised estimate the following day..that didn't happen. When I told him that we were going to move on based on him never committing to what he says, he sent a text saying he has plenty of work and doesn't want the job. He told us many times he has been in business 26 years. He told me this soooo many times that it started to get weird. He told me multiple stories about how much cheaper he is and how much money he saves people but his estimate was 1000s over the two previous estimates we got. He is unreliable and unprofessional. I wouldn't have given a review if he didn't text us that he doesn't need or want our business after telling him we were not going to use him. I noticed in any bad review on here he just denies it and calls the reviewer a liar so I am expecting nothing less from him. I

We were extremely impressed with Ken’s experience, customer service and his honesty. We were looking for ways to save money by replacing 4 picture windows. In his honest opinion, he said replacing them would not make that much difference and we’d be spending money needlessly. You don’t find that many contractors that actually would admit and advise us other options. We’ve seen pictures of his work and very impressive. If and when we need any of the services he offers, we will be contacting him. Definitely a 5 star company!

This simple window replacement project became a nightmare resulting from poor quality products, long delivery times, and lack of attention to project management functions. Product quality was the biggest issue. We got Symington windows - stay away from them. There were manufacturing defects, incorrect window sizes, and incorrect window opening direction. After the initial window quality issues, we had the windows delivered to the Contractors place of business so they could be inspected before delivery to the work site. Apparently they were not inspected because the replacement units were also defective. Very frustrating! The final insult occurred when the window supplier allowed us a credit for all the aggravation and quality issues, but the contractor took part of it to pay the work crew for the additional work they had to due as a result of poor project management. The customer should not have to pay for poor project management. I cannot recommend Window King as a contractor.

I called Window King with a leaking window, that was getting worse every time it rained. Turns out that it wasn’t the window that was leaking, but it was the way the gutter wasn’t installed properly, causing the water to run under the eave. I waited over a week for the "Window King" owner (Kenneth) to show up to give me a quote for siding replacement and gutters because he rescheduled several times. I should have known better when he kept rescheduling. Folks, please beware, because if you disagree with this man about anything his temper comes out. If you call his bluff on price gouging he loses his mind and starts hurling insults. I am so glad I found this out before hiring his company. He quoted $22,000 to do our siding and replace the gutters. I pointed out I had another estimate that was $4,000 cheaper than his for the exact same work and materials. He started talking about what an honest guy he is and his business cards have his home address and he has great 5 star reviews on google....etc....etc...etc...When that fake baloney did not change my mind, Kenneth suddenly claimed he could "talk to his supplier" and "probably" do the job for $16,000. What the Heck??? Of course I asked him why he didn't give me the low quote to start with and that's when he blew his top. He stated I had to pay him $75.00 for giving us a quote. (The quote, btw, was a bunch of scribbles on a legal pad...no words, just numbers.) I had to bite my lip to keep from laughing! So he comes to my house, drops the words Jesus and Lord a few times, and boom! I am not only supposed to listen to his fast used car salesman talk, but pay him $75.00 for lying to my face. It's probably a good idea to mention I am a mature woman with 30 years experience in construction defect litigation, but I never told him about my work experience. The fact that I was simply a woman was enough to piss him off. Before he very angrily left, he ran his truck threw my grass and yelled loud enough for my neighbors to hear him that I refused to pay him (LOL) and that he didn't want the job anyway because I would be "too difficult to work with." Well praise Jesus, Mr. Window King, I dodged a major bullet. Bottom line, do not let this fast talker waste your time.

06/20/2020- Reached out to the Windows King shortly after filing a claim for some storm damage. Asked for a quote on the replacement of the entire roof to compare to other vendors. There is no comparison. Window King is the best deal without sacrificing quality. The roof came out so good we had gutters put on as well. Thank you Ken!

I'm not sure if this roofer is unorganized or shady. After repeatedly rescheduling, at first with communication then none, he would tell me to call different days to see if he was available that day. He called me a day early to say he was already in the area and wouldn't charge the $75 fee for the quote if he could do it in 15 min. He gave multiple quotes for different jobs and tried to sell us siding. He didn't know when he could get it done and the quote was high but before he left, he asked for the $75.

Just had Window King install gutters on our home. Very nice to deal with and did a great job quickly. He was very knowledgeable in the best type of gutter for our house and roof. Had lots of color options to choose from when matching the trim on my home. Would definitely recommend Kenneth to others and would use Window King for any other services in the future.

I did a lot of research in choosing a roofer. My neighbor used Kenneth and I really did like the job he did for them, but I wanted to do my research because this is an investment. I got so much information from roofers and information differed from one to another. One thing Kenneth offers is hand nailing. I did research on this technique and roofing experts agree that hand nailing is the best thing to do. However what sold me choosing Kenneth is himself. Very straight forward, cares about what you want, explained everything about the job. My roof was installed 4/8 and 4/9. Great friendly crew. Everything was cleaned up like they weren't even there. THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT!!!!

Window King of Sanford did a great job. Mr. Garrett kept us posted and sent us pics of the work completed throughout the day so we could see their progress. They removed 2 dormers and replaced our roof with life time warranty shingles. He definitely lives up to his word. My husband and I couldn’t be more happier with the job he and his team did on our house out in Eastover. Had them do both my homes. They beat the competition by $1000's on one home and was lower on the other one also. Kenneth is very easy to talk to.

I had Window King to work on my Roof and they did a bad job, my roof is still leaking, I've calling them at least twice a week to get service,
I have spoken with the owner kennth, no call back after I ash about my Warranty. Please do not have or call Window King for any projects
you will be disappointed, I do not recommend Window King
