Called to purchase vinyl siding they confirmed was in stock. 3000$ ordered drove with trailer from Somerset for them to tell me they actually don’t have it in stock when I arrived. They didn’t try to remedy the situation in any form or fashion. They seem to think time and fuel grows on trees… 6/28/23 another bad experience with the company, ordered insulated siding for a house and asked the sales associate if any special trim was needed and she said no, they delivered all the materials and I start installing the siding and the standard J channel would not work with the thickness of the insulated siding. Of course it’s special order so I have a house that is exposed to the elements for however long it takes to come in, the price they sell things for almost doesn’t make up for the lack of intelligence behind the counter.

We bought windows and siding there. Great place to buy these items. We will go back there in the future.

Very friendly, didn't have what I was looking for, but I did find some great deals on some a couple of doors that I needed, along with a few other things that were needed.

Nice people, pleasant to deal with. Good on hand inventory, prompt with special orders. Fairly priced goods. Have done business on several occasions.

We ordered around 8,000$ of siding ,and it took 4 weeks to come in ,and when it came in they gave some of our order to someone else, and we told them 4 different times what color we wanted and when it came in the trim was different color than what we wanted, and we called them about one box of the siding was open and wrapped in plastic and it was damaged, she was supposed to call us back and we never have got a call,

Very friendly people went looking for some pallets to make furniture and ask if I could have some gave me all I wanted. I couldn't tell you just how nice the people who work here are.

Roy Smith is the most helpful & honest salesperson we have ever met!! This place of business has quality products with reasonable prices as well. We are highly satisfied customers!!

We ordered windows from Tri-State Wholesale. We told the girl what size we need the windows (not the rough opening). She ordered them as rough opening so our windows came too small. We tried to return them and have the correct size ordered. Tri- State Wholesale would not accept the return or order new ones. The windows are 1/2 inch too small each way and one of the widows measured wider at the top than at the bottom. We have been customers of Tri-State Wholesale for years, but we will not be buying from there ever again.
After talking to my dad and brother, who also have bought from them for years, it seems that it happens quite often that things ordered come wrong.

Obviously you said rough opening, we don't write things down for fun. And unless you tell them what you need in the correct way it won't be right anywhere else either. Good luck! :)

Ashley Eldridge I never called you a liar. I said YOU signed the paper that we told YOU to look over and make sure everything on it was correct. If it said rough opening you should have simply said, that's not right they need to be the exact size that I gave you
