Tri-County Home Inspection

We are in the process of buying our first home and had no idea who to get to do our inspection. Everyone we talked to recommended Mark! He was so great to work with as well as friendly and professional! He was there for a few hours and got our report to us within a few hours after he was done. He was very nice and offered us to come look over everything while he was there. We were able to look over the house with him where he talked to us about any concerns we had and helped us find solutions to any concerns there were. He took his time and sent a very good report detailing everything. I highly recommend using Mark at Tri-County Home inspection!

Our home inspection was scheduled for a Thursday. Knowing we were on a time crunch Mark squeezed us in early which was super nice. He was extremely thorough. He was able to find and see things that were not visible to the eye. When looking to purchase it is a bit overwhelming and you do not see everything. I am thankful we had an honest, hard working inspector who took the time to go over everything he found. The goods and bads. I would highly recommend him to anyone!! We were moving from Oldham County to Corbin and found a home that we liked. I called Mark to schedule the inspection and he worked with me to find a time that would allow me to make the trip down for the inspection. Mark truly went above and beyond on our home inspection. The report only took two days and was nearly forty pages despite being the week before Christmas. Extremely thorough inspection with a meticulously detailed explanation. He spent probably a half-hour on the phone with me going over the report and answering all my questions. There was a problem at the home he inspected for us when the sellers accidentally let the water get shut off and he returned a second time to make sure the plumbing was satisfactory without additional charge. The payment process was simple and he communicated well with our real estate agent, too, to make certain everybody was on the same page about any issues with our potential home. My wife and I could not be happier and will call him for our future needs. Likewise, we will refer others to him without hesitation.

I am a first time home buyer and this was the first house we actually went as far as an inspection with. While the results weren’t as good as we had hoped, Mark was very supportive and diligent in his efforts.
