Our van broke down near London, KY on the interstate. It was the weekend and multiple towing companies were not answering their phones. But when we called Candido's towing they picked up right away. It was a Friday night and they were there quickly and helped us get to a hotel and repair shop. I forget the name of the man that towed us but he was kind, professional and very helpful!

Called them up they said 15 minutes that’s what it was. Made quick work of the fix and helped me for free because I had no cash on me. Top notch

They said they went to the repair site and would be there in 75 minutes, I waited 90 minutes and called them, they said we don't work with trailer electrics, I said why didn't you say this before and they couldn't answer I don't recommend it!!!!! you will waste your time!!!

Blew a coolant hose on my APU. They were out in no time. Mechanic was great. Replaced the hose and topped off my coolant and I was on my way.

I’m a panicked person when it comes to my car, and they stayed with me on the phone until I felt like I didn’t need towed anymore! Super kind people.

Great service and very decent timing. Victor was great driver, very polite and respectful and also very knowledgeable. I really appreciate that he came out in this rainy weather and did a great job. Also the dispatcher who was very helpful and patient deserves his own praise. I can’t speak on the pricing since don’t have much experience with it but it didn’t feel like I’m being ripped off.

Candidos will always respond to our needs. They are very reasonably priced and never under deliver on their timeline. By far, the best Towing service in our area of coverage and always the first and only call we have to make.

Trailer was put out of service at scale house n London,ky.payton called about 10 min after sent in repair request.got here about 15 minutes later.snd had me set and done in no time at all explained everything he did.more than satisfied with the service

These guys are awesome. There’s really no other way to describe it. They’ve saved my sorry behind more than a handful of times (tonite being one of those ). Top-notch crew, bottom to top, mechanic to tow-rig driver. If half the businesses in the world operated the way these guys do we’d be in much better shape. Thanks a million, men. After my lift gate broke down in London KY, Candido's guy showed up within minutes, so professional and get me back on the road.

They were quick and fast the mechanic Payton was professional and quick to get here and had my truck up and running in a jiffy don’t hesitate to call if you are broke down

Wrecked my truck and Raymond was very nice guy helping me and towing my truck the service guy don’t know his name he was nice just needs a belt seen lots of crack from him and Payton was very nice putting my truck back together as soon as me company gave him the ok to fix very good people very recommend

Our truck did not want to start, we called this place, they arrived very quickly, Mr. Payton, very professional, quickly checked the batteries and found that the problem was the alternator, they have all the tools and even had new alternators in his truck!

Fast, efficient, kind, and careful!! What more could you ask for in a towing company! I had my tractor towed with a loaded trailer connected and I was so impressed with the ease and care used to get me to my destination without incident. Being a female driver, it was also nice to be able to ask questions and have them answered respectfully. I didn’t feel like I was getting on his nerves or inconveniencing him and that really stood out to me. I’d recommend them to anyone in my situation

Wrecker driver dragged my semi truck 30 miles and blew all 4 of my tires. When the manager called to speak to me regarding this issue he called me a liar and threatened to hang up in my face because “my tires were already flat and 75% worn”. A blind rat can see that your incompetent driver did this damage but you decided to talk over me and act like you were above me. Learn how to speak to people and take responsibility when your employees do damage to other peoples property!
I will never use this business again.

Needed a trailer door replaced on an old storage trailer, I called and told them I had an old trailer door rotting needed it fixed. They said sure we will come look at it. I said okay great thanks.

Guy comes about 15 minutes later, says they don’t fix stuff like that, I said okay no problem, sorry to waste your time. He says they charge a small service fee I said okay no problem.

Somebody then calls me requesting payment of $310.00 for diagnosing?

I get a manager who is “generous” enough to knock it down to $210.00, for telling me a rotted door was rotted. I was not informed of any charges before they came or I wouldn’t have had them come. I wouldn’t have even cared to pay the $310.00 if they fixed anything or even set up a time to fix it.

But $310.00 to tell me a rotted door is rotted? That’s abusive pricing.

Got a flat tire when was standing overnight at truck stop, came to this guy to check where the leak is and inflate it back. No evidence of wall tears or nails. Most probably stem got loose. Instead he is telling me he wont touch it unless i buy a new tire from them. What a shame

Had u bolts on steering axle come loose call these guys out 11pm show up with 30 minutes repaired the truck and was very professional and knowledgeable. Service guy was very nice had me on my way in less than an hour from the time I called . Would use them again

Mr. Raymond was an absolute babydoll, after wrenching me out the ditch. He was an gentleman and had escorted me out the area to a nearby Truck center.

I can not speak for the unfriendly mechanic (had came out to fix my tire and rim), who had a personality of a wet noodle. But honey let me tell you customer service is key! The manager had spoken to me and said she will fix it.

Called night time dispatcher and told what issue was, A blown radiator in a semi truck. The call was to repair there or tow to their London location which could put in a radiator. Waited 4.5 hours and d”mechanic” showed up, said yep it’s your radiator and charged us $300. We asked about it getting towed to London to get repaired and he said they don’t do that either. We disputed the rate since nothing was done in the 5 minutes he was there, we knew it was the radiator. Since we disputed the large service call the “ manager” called us, talked to us like dirt, very rude and vulgar. Then refused to take our debit card, had to pay cash or he was impounding our truck. Never in my 15 years in business have I been treated so unprofessionally when all we were doing was disputing the large charge after their dispatch misrepresented their services. Their answer was night time dispatch don’tknow! Why have someone setting up jobs that “don’t know ” what can be done by their mechanics. I wasn’t refusing to pay, I was trying to negotiate a more reasonable rate since they didn’t fulfill the job we waited 4.5 hours to have done

The service was good, professional job, but the pricing seems abusive. I got pulled out a ditch and it costed $522. For about 60 seconds of work. I’ve had my entire truck and trailer towed a few miles for a lot less than this pullout. I suppose they can charge what they want when you have no other option. Also, I could not get a price before the service was done when I asked for a quote.

Air breaks lines came fast in 30 minutes got the job done they do everything and it was on Sunday morning most definitely would call back

Got pulled into weigh station and got DOT inspection. My trailer needed 2 air lines before I could leave. These guys showed up FAST. Professional. Competent. Thanks!!!!

I called this company this morning with a leaking airbag and in 30 minutes they had already dispatched their technician to my location. A very friendly guy who replaced my airbag in less than half an hour and their price was reasonable. Thank you very much for you prompt action I really appreciated.

Called them and they sent out Justin on Father's Day no less. Fixed everything RIGHT and in a timely manner. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I had to call on Sunday for a tire and wheel on trailer. They took a little longer than I thought but they were able to get right size and have it mounted in no time once they arrived. Good service especially on Sunday. Thank you

Woke up to start my day but unfortunately my truck didn't want to start , had a battery drain somewhere and couldn't start the truck ... Dispatch called these guys to help out ... Got a text saying possible 90 min til arrival .. he was here in 30... Very helpful and courteous.... Thanks guys

Release air valve failed as i was driving on I-75 N at mile 59. They were there in 1/2 hr. He had the part on his truck and had me on my way in less then an hr. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Candido's.

I called them for a truck regeneration issue, the dispatcher acknowledged that she knows what I'm talking about and she going to send me a mechanic after an hour and 30 minutes later the mechanic showed up hooked up the computer to my truck and told me he don't know how to fix it which I already explained to him what's wrong with the truck before even he hook up the computer.
Unfortunately, another rip off shop stay away from this location owner operators.

These guys were quick to come out and did a excellent job and they had me back on the road faster than any road service I ever had I was more than satisfied with them if your on Kentucky area and need road service suggest you call these guys because you will definitely be satisfied.

Hello fellow owners/drivers I had my experience with candidos towing & repairs they’re very straight forward and i appreciated for their help their work is awesome you feel like home if they don’t have parts they will order for you for The next day I soon the parts come you will be on your way the price is right unless you don’t want pay thank you Ross /skip / Charles and the other guy I forgot his name sorry my man and the owner is fantastic I will meet you next time I was in London this time but I will show up the other location all I want say thank you all God bless you and your families keep up the good work thanks again

The man working tonight was obviously high on something, couldnt stand still or keep from swatting the air like something was after him lol. Decided that the best way to turn a rig around was to back into a field instead of cutting the wheel right and turning it around on black top caused all my stops to be late and burried the company rig in the said field. Giving 2 stars due to the fact the man made me laugh.

Really good people and mechanics,my truck broke down they came at 5 am unfortunately they didnt have the right part but as soon as the volvo opened they went and got the part ,came and fixed my truck for a reasonable price.
