Outstanding customer service guys. I dropped a canam outlander off to get worked on and they are very honest and transparent right out of the gate. They will be honest about how long it will take and they do their best to work within your budget. Yeah you might can take your rides to a shade tree mechanic for a fraction of the cost, but you'll also be riding for a fraction of the time!

Great service. Nate and Matt were amazing at providing feedback and suggestions for my purchase. They were very patient with me in answering all my questions and providing over 5 quotes without any trouble. Connor at the parts desk was also amazing. I called him multiple times and he answered questions and also provided me with several quotes and never once had gotten frustrated. Went to Wildcat offroad park and puncture a tire first hr there. We went to Adrenaline cycles they had our tires. And they installed the tire, had us out in about a hour. They knew we drove 4hrs from Ohio and they took care of us. Thank your staff for us.

I do a lot of business with Adrenaline. They treat everyone like family. They have sold my friends dirtbikes, my family UTVS, and me many toys. They’re great people to deal with. They’re the best in the business!

Bought a can-am had it for three weeks, finally got a chance to ride and it started making clicking sounds took it back to this place said it would be over 3,000 for a transmission. After going around and around with them they said I could pay 1800 for it since we just had bought it. They said two gears was bad but they can not purchase the gears would need a whole new transmission. Luckily got it in at United Motorsports in Lexington they fixed the gears under 450 dollars. They should check their used UTVs a lot better before selling them at such a high price and make it sound like they are in great shape on their Facebook postings. We also asked to purchase the extended warranty but said it was not eligible that was a red flag we ignored but still listened to the salesman. Lesson learned on our part for buying used stuff and believing people on their word. Thank you United motorsports for turning a bad situation for us into a great one.

Easiest & most helpful place to deal with I've run into in quite a while.
There was no playing around with numbers as is the case with most dealers - none of the usual add-ons.
I drove 5 hours to pick up a Wake Pro without realizing how much bigger it is than the one we were trading in - Adrenaline's shop made all the adjustments to the trailer to make it fit and made certain nothing was going to rub.
Ask for Nate - he's exceptionally honest, straightforward and helpful.

Outstanding customer service, huge inventory and quick on appraisal, price, paperwork...bam...out the door. That's why I drove over 200 miles to deal with them. Purchased a new Defender max XMR from these guys. The sales team was extremely respectful and I honestly feel they worked with me to get me the best deal possible, then to no fault of the dealership I had a failure with the machine and took it in to the service dept. Once the techs was able to diagnose the issue the service manager told me that the owner of the dealership had came to inspect also and without hesitating told the service team to fix the machine regardless of warranty and at no cost to me. This right here folks to me shows that this dealership is top tier and truly respects and appreciates its customer’s. So sincerely thank you to all the staff I had the pleasure of working with, and if your looking for a new recreational vehicle this is definitely the place to go to.

Everything was fine until my new Spyder was shipped to me without documents or the 30 day tag so I could drive it. I called on a Friday morning and asked for my 30 tag to be overnighted so I could drive it on the weekend. I was told that it could not be overnighted, but I would receive it Monday. Well it’s 8:40 pm and no 30 day tag. Update: If it were not for the efforts of the Sales Manager, Matthew Frederick, the review would have been much lower.

I searched long and hard to find the best price around and this is the location to buy your motorcycle. Even with shipping the bike to me (800miles), it was the best price around. Service was outstanding and the Sales Team, including Matt and Steve "Boo" went far and above to make this the best purchasing experience. Quick responses to many questions I had and everything was resolved in time for a smooth delivery. I have been talking them up in several Spyder Groups I belong too! Job well done!

These people and this company are the real deal. Got down to hollerwood riding and everyone spoke highly of these folks. Called for a part and they had the knuckle, pressed the bearing and radial joints in for me and the cost was spot on. Had it all done by the time I got there. Hands down best customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

Best price I could find in the state- '22 maverick x3 ds max. Every person there treated us like they had all the time in the world, even 15 minutes after closing. Super nice folks. It's the simple things such as the salesman saying he'll throw in a Can Am t-shirt and fill up the Spyder with gas. They didn't do that. Not only was it a dealership shirt, the gas tank wasn't full. I drove five and a half hours one way and this is the way they treat customers. I knew there were several Ryker's on the floor and I know a few people interested. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them especially Justin. It may seem petty to some people but I'm of the opinion that when someone says something, they keep their word. It's called integrity.
