We had a water leak from a clog in our HVAC unit in the attic. Water was on the floor and came down through the ceiling. Servpro came to assess the situation and make sure the floor, ceiling, and walls were dry. Texas, the Servpro representative, was on time, polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. We were so thankful for their professionalism and help! Thank you so much, Servpro!

I was in a mess until you all showed up and it's been smooth sailing since I'd like to thank especially Jerry ,Trevor Texas,Justin,and Chris for a great job you guys are professionals and I greatly appreciate the way you all conducted yourselves good employees are hard to find but serv pro has 5 that I'd personally recommend as professionals in every aspect and the people who I did not meet who I talked to on the phone one name Michelle and Travis are also very professional and if anything like this ever happens again now I know who to call and the crew to ask for by name I can't tell you how much help these 7 people have been they kept me from loosing my mind and I've got nothing but praise for all 7 of them and especially Jerry he's the one I talked to the most and he was wonderful any question I had he either answered it or he found out what I wanted to know and he did it then not hours later he was truly a professional in his work ethic and character but they all 7 were and if I'm ever in any kind of situations like this again I know where to find help now thank you all so very much.

Did a fair job on cleaning up smoke damage. They broke some shelves while cleaning in my curio cabinet.They measured and took the broken shelves with them, with the promise to have them recut, delivered and restored. I’ve called approximately 5 times over the past year or two, WITH NO RESULTS. I’ve ask them to at least pay me $150 for the replacements, so I can have them cut , TO NO AVAIL. THEY WANT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD, SO I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT! YOU MIGHT WANT TO THINK ABOUT THIS BEFORE YOU ASK FOR THEIR HELP…

My wife and I were leaving to go to Mexico and the evening before we were supposed to fly out we had a pipe break in our garage. It ran for about 8 hours before we realized it and that it flooded down to the downstairs garage and the basement and first floor level. We called Servpro to tell them that we were going to be out of town but we had a house sitter. They said they couldn't get to us for a few days. They showed up 3 days later. They put all of the fans and evaps in the house and then left. We didn't hear back from them for about 5 days when they came to check the humidity levels they said that it was still very wet. They decided they needed to tear up some of our flooring andcremove the toilet to make sure that it would dry properly since they knew it was a insurance claim. So they came in and tore out all of our tile flooring and caused damage to our shower tile and also put holes in the wall from there removal of the tiles. They also put holes in our floor and a hole in our cabinet. They removed the toilet but did not cap it off. A few days later the hole where the toilet used to be, started shooting waste back up through it and flooded everything again. We called them back and they said they would come out however they didn't show up for about 2 or 3 more days. Nobody would ever return our calls we had to keep calling our insurance company to contact them. About a week later they came back out and said the floors were still not dry and that we had to file another claim. So we had to pay another $2,000 deductible. They said they were going to have people come and do our repairs and they kept putting us off. They said somebody would be out the next day and nobody would show up. This went on for months finally we told our insurance company that they were incompetent and we did not want to use them. We filed a dispute about having to file a second claim because we felt it was not our fault that we should have to pay another $2,000 deductible. Then they refused to pay for the extra damage they caused in removal of the tile floor. This happened in June and it is now January and we still do not have a master bathroom. It is getting completed now since we had to hire different contractors but this set us back 7 months. As their slogan says "Just like it never happened!" They will ignore you and not call you back, "Just like it never happened!"

I highly recommend Candace Collett out of London Kentucky to work with if you've had a fire. She's professional, easy to talk to and gives her attention to her customers!

I had a plumbing leak that was discovered a few weeks ago. I decided to call Servpro to make sure there wasn’t any damage and I’m so glad I did. There was extensive underlying damage in the floors, baseboards, drywall and in the insulation under the house. They came out to give me an estimate the same day I called, then they started drying out my house two days later. They’ve been here every day for 12 days monitoring and assessing. They always call first and have gone out of their way to accommodate my family’s schedule. And I can’t stress enough how nice and helpful everyone has been. Every single one of them. Now the reconstruction begins.

The professionals that came to my house were friendly, professional, informative and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this group of professionals to anyone!!!!!

From the call to the office to report the water damage to Trevor and Chris showing up was probably an hour to an hour and a half...Trevor and Chris were very courteous professional and informative...they answered all my questions and concerns...went straight to work to help solve my water damage problem. We own a hair salon in Cincinnati. Over the weekend the hot water heater burst and flooded the entire salon from front to back. We contacted Servpro and within the hour a member of their crew, Texas was there to deal with the disaster. We had a major water company pipe burst that flooded 8 apts. Robin and Jerry came and had my place clean and dried in no time. They set up the dehumidifiers.

Entire inside of house was damage with soot from gas fire place! Thanks to the help of Robin, Angie, Brittany, Kim, Trevor, Steven, Chris & a couple more that I can’t remember. They did a good job in getting the house cleaned up and ready for paint, cleaned the air vents, dry cleaned the bed clothes, my suits & hats. Pleased with ServPro, I will use them again, should I ever need them. THANKS AGAIN

Tree fell on our house Austin and Texas they removed the tree and placed a tarp on the roof. The did and excellent job. This was a huge tree that fell.

These guys were great! I called our local rep Candace Collett when I came home to find my basement flooded and she had a team of people at my house in no time. They were able to get all the water out, and the drying units set up the same day. They checked in regularly during the entire drying process. Their quick response was amazing and helped keep mold from setting up. I highly recommend you give them a call if you're needing water clean up, or any of the many services they offer.

Robin & Jerry was excellent in their work, information and help of our devastation to our home. I would recommend their service to anyone.

We had the unfortunate situation of needing biohazard cleanup after the deaths of our relatives. Robin and her team (Brittany and Johnathan) were excellent and extremely respectful. I can’t think of a person better suited for such a job. Robin was careful to set aside anything of value (emotional or otherwise). She gave us some great advice on how to further clean up the areas of the house they were not contracted to deal with either. Highly recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation.

Unfortunately, our home was struck by lightning and caught on fire in late July. The Servpro team made a stressful situation easier. Robin and her crew (Shane, Brittney, Amanda, Emily, and Angela) were professional, prompt, honest, and so kind. They helped us know what to throw out to keep our family safe, and they did a phenomenal job cleaning and prepping our house for the next restoration phase of construction.

My refrigerator valved leaked and left a mess under my kitchen and dining room floors. Robin and Brian J. from ServPro came out today with their crew. They did an excellent job in removing the old flooring and prepping the area to get everything dried out. They worked very efficiently, explained what they were doing and what they found. I am very happy with both people. Very professional, hard workers and seem to be great leads. Very satisfied so far with their work and ServPro.

This has been the biggest nightmare of my life. Travis and the team at this location have no idea what communication is. Michelle and Logan calling and rescheduling appointments within hours of each other on the same day. Do you not sit in the same office? They missed appointments regularly and of course scheduled what they considered more important emergencies ahead of mine. My insurance agents husband actually went into my crawl space to remove insulation under the flooring that should have been pulled day one. This happened on day six. This in turn extended the dry time allowing mold to start growing. As a result of their negligence not only do I have a water problem I also now have a mold problem. I am not sure how to reach Travis’ boss but if he or she see this please reach out as I would like to discuss.

I wanted to take a moment and thank Candace for all of her hard work and dedication to her clients. Unfortunately, July 2020-- our home experienced natural flooding from the rain waters and city sewer. In a panic and devastation we felt completely hopeless, of course the natural thing to do. It wasn't long until we remembered our Servpro Rep, Candace! After a quick phone call, she sprung into action-- Candace had her team knocking on our door within a few hours--Ready to pick up the pieces. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and service work those guys did. I'm very grateful for her and the team.

The company left water standing in my duct work, and the insulation dragging the ground from water standing in it. There were places inside that I told them had to be wet and they told me they were not, when the contractor came those places were molding from the dampness that had not been dried out. We had to call them to come out twice and they still left this mess. The second time they never even checked the moisture levels. The machines were placed and then picked up a week later.

Jerry was professional and punctual . He did a great job quickly responding in my time of need and helped me understand the process.
