Tri-State Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof!
Communication was great. All of my questions were answered and everything was explained very clearly. The roofing crew got right to work and you could tell that they knew exactly what they were doing. They were all very professional and I really appreciated how well they cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed. I would definitely recommend using their services.

It’s tuff to get me to bother with a review. I only bother adding reviews for exceptional experiences; good or bad. Tri-State Roofing was exceptional in every aspect and deserves more kudos than I can type here. The rep helped make my claim process easier and addressed shortcomings of the original roof that I was also concerned about; i have background in residential construction 25 years ago. The install crew was exceptionally meticulous. I’ve watched several neighbors in my closely packed HOA neighborhood have installs from other companies which went ok, but neighbors not enthusiastic about referrals which left me putting off the process. Glad the universe worked in my favor for once and made the connection. Been a month and i’m still absolutely amazed at the level of customer service and workmanship. Thanks again Tri-State Roofing, you earned every star x2.
