Jason at Tri-State Roofing is a 10 plus! I am out of state and he has been responsive to all my calls and questions regarding the roof and fence repair. If I leave a message he always gets back to me very quickly. He is knowledgeable and was so helpful in explaining the details of the roof as well as working with the insurance process.
I cannot recommend Tri-State more highly! Professional, courteous, responsive and excellent work! The roof looks great!

Tri-State Roofing did an excellent job with multiple repairs at my house after the December 2021 tornado. They put up a new roof within 10 days, and also installed new gutters and gutter helmets. They replaced damaged siding and decking, and also built and stained a new privacy fence. Jason Mazzanti was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, particularly dealing with the insurance component. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Tri-State Roofing just replaced our roof and fixed our leaking chimney last week. Jason and their whole crew were amazing to work with. They were extremely professional and on time which says a lot these days. They gave us a very competitive estimate when we were shopping around for a reliable roofing company and I'm so glad we chose them. They were eager to do the job and showed up early in the morning and worked all day until it was finished. When they were done, they cleaned up all the mess. You couldn't even tell they were there besides the beautiful new roof! Jason is a super nice guy too so we were happy to give him the business. There are two things I prize in any human being: honesty & punctuality. Jason arrived EARLY (which is how I roll), so that was great! More importantly, it turned out that my issue was not roof-related, and he was actually honest about it! He could have reeled off some roofing vernacular simply to create a charge, but he didn’t! Awesome:-)

I really appreciate the way Jason & his company conduct business. I work for Dunlap RV Center & we had a roof leak in our shop. It was fixed within 2 business days of calling! There was rain coming in the next day so he ask me to verify the leak was fixed on that day & he would invoice me the following week. Needless to say the leak was fixed!! The price was very fair! I would highly recommend this company for any & all roofing problems/needs.

Working with Jason at Tri-State Roofing was a delight. Very dependable, very straight forward, and very detailed work. He was early or on-time and I needed him in a pinch. His work was so great that I had him look at some other matters just to give me his opinion. He even reduced his price on my second job because he was able to save on materials... It doesn't get much better than that. Highly recommend! A+

Called and asked for someone who could take care of all water damage not just the roof. I actually got the number from a friend so I called the guy direct. He shows up, in a Tri-State truck, never even looked at where the leak was coming from. Went up on the roof, his helper did anyway, stayed up there for 5 minutes and said I fixed your leak. Some thing on the plumbing vent was misaligned he said. I've lived here for 5 years and never had a leak Next he said $225 please. I said you were only up there for 5 minutes. He guaranteed it was fixed. I complained about the price, which I was going to pay anyway and complained that I told him from the get go that I needed somebody who could fix all the damage not just the leak. His card reader on his phone would not work so i gave him 50 bucks for his troubles. 30 minutes later it started raining and it started Ieaking again. I recommend going thru the official office phone number and not a number from a friend of a friend
