Bluebird Roofing

We had Bluebird out to fix a flashing job that our builder did wrong. They did a great job. Unfortunately, we had a leak in the exact same place two years later, so I assumed their repair had failed. They came out and figured out that it was actually a new window we'd had installed in roughly the same area. They re-caulked the window to fill in the gaps that were causing the leak--for free! Super nice guys. Will use again.

We had the best experience with Bluebird Roofing. We worked with Corey the sales rep and Josh was the on site manager. They were so kind to my mother and did everything in a timely manner. I loved the portal that you are given once the process is started. You can see messages, your invoices, and pictures of your roof for your home. The crew was great and cleaned up everything. I would recommend them to anyone. I feel they were very honest and answered very quickly when we would call. I can't say enough good about BlueBird Roofing.

We began this journey with 3 competitive bids and chose Bluebird not only on price but the sales agent, Jack Fritz, was amazing. His work through the insurance hurdles and in answering the dozens of questions we had gave us great confidence we made the right choice. The team of 22(!), led by Rod Wilson, showed up at 6:30a.m. and left at 3:30p.m. They added a number of finishes around the flashing and edges that will make a huge difference over the life of the roof. Some decking needed to be replaced beyond the original bid and was done at a cost that was most reasonable. No surprises with the final bill. When they left, the area was clean and everything back in their original places. Actually, they left our yard and patio better looking than when they started.

They walked the entire process with us, from insurance to follow up, including coming back a 2nd time with the magnet for nails.

I wanted to offer an excellent review to Bluebird Roofing. Mike and Vince came to our home in Franklin to conduct an inspection and they could not have been more professional and delightful to meet and talk with. They were very honest and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to do work with them. I recently watched them perform numerous roof replacements in our neighborhood due to a spring hail storm and every job was performed in a clean and professional manner.

I've had a miserable experience with this company, after an initial great impression. I've cycled through 3 different contractors at this same company and gone 6 months without having my roof repaired. Each time I get ghosted after which, I'm contacted by some new person at the company saying that the last person quit and they will be taking over. At this point, I've chosen to move on to a different company. I would save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company. I can't fathom how they have positive reviews.

Curtis and everyone I dealt with at Bluebird Roofing was super nice and great to work with. They went above and beyond helping us with our insurance company to get the roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced from the hail damage back in May. The installation crews also did a wonderful job. The new roof, gutters, and downspouts looked fantastic. Everything was nice and clean around the yard afterward like they weren't here. Very highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with Bluebird Roofing, completing a full roof replacement after hail damage. Matt and Jenny provided great customer service and communication throughout the process, including communication with the insurance company. Matt was very knowledgeable about the project, and helped answers all our questions (and pick the right shingle!). The job was done in a day by a professional crew, and they cleaned up around the house very well. We also went for the extended warranty, knowing Bluebird will be there if we have any issues. We'd certainly use them again!

I hired Bluebird Roofing based on watching one of their installation crews do an install nearby, months before. I made a note of their name. I am a serious DIYer, have been the main family lead on more than one roof install, so I try to cross all of the "t"s and dot all of the "i"s. We had an odd situation where Nationwide insurance flew a drone over my mother-in-law's house...giving us 90 days to get the roof replaced or the insurance would cancel. So we immediately called Bluebird and they were awesome. Terry (our on-site guy), Jenny (our office lady) and all of the other staff did everything we asked in order to get the roof installed in time. They worked with the NW adjuster, met NW inspectors at the house twice, answered all of my questions, put up with all of my crisis calls as the clock ticked, etc. Literally, everyone did everything I asked, and they did what they promised. The communications were great and timely. The roof installers were awesome. Heat index was 110 and they never slowed down. I have no idea how they could stand it. 7AM to 7PM. They were very professional, protected the plants, HVAC, etc. Dumpsters for all trash. Magnets for nail pickup. It was a full tear-off and replacement. They used a GAF roofing system. Valley sealing, edge sealing, and then the old tarpaper has been modernized to a much better material. Drip edges, plumbing vents, gas vents, ridge vents, etc, were all replaced and look great. They paint all vents to match the roof...black in our case. I can't say enough good things about all of the interactions. My initial take on Bluebird, by watching a crew, was dead-on. You could just tell that they would do a great job. If you would like to speak with me, call Bluebird and they are authorized to give you my number. Update: Once all was done and reconciled, Bluebird refunded the claim payment that was in excess of the actual work performed, unprompted by me. A very honest company as the average homeowner would have no way to know.

Bluebird roofing should be the only option in town when it comes to your roofing needs! Team was excellent to work with and would recommend to anyone and everyone. Had the pleasure of working with Roderick & Matt, hats off to you.

We got hit with by a hailstorm and over the next couple days had 8 different roofers come to our home. Bluebird was the first company that I had a good feeling about. I was right to trust them. Corey came out when the third party inspector came and after State Farm denied the claim he went to bat to get a reinspection with State Farm and he was there for that too. After keeping State Farm honest they cut the check on the spot. We decided the options that we wanted on the house and expected to wait a month before install. They were back a week later and finished the tear down and install on both our house and shed in the same day. Another house in our neighborhood has had 2 rainstorms hit them with just the paper on their roof and they are on day 5 without it being completed. Thank you to your staff and crew for a great experience!

Our family cannot be more happy with our experience with Bluebird Roofing. We had hail damage with this last storm. Outside our door was their truck on the day after the storm.
We had always been cautioned about trusting companies that do the door-to-door assessments. However, after swiftly scanning the company and its reviews, I agreed for them to look at the roof. I am so happy that I did.
From the beginning, Curtis was respectful and committed to helping me through the process. He was not a hard-seller (and I do not think that he upsold us once) and was always there in the process. Our insurance company cancelled several times for the inspection for the replacement - Curtis simply rescheduled as well and was always there. I honestly think that it was because of his pleasant demeanor that we actually got the new roof because our company did everything they could to deny.
We did almost nothing with the insurance company - this team did all the legwork and it paid off.
The next step was even easier. We got the statement of work, Curtis walked us through the paperwork. Bluebird has a litany of documents that explain everything and puts us at ease (especially since we have never had a new roof).
From there, Jenny and the production team kept us in the loop. She was great at making sure we knew the next steps and scheduling. We were told it would be one to two weeks for the work to be done and it was actually less than a week. We were amazed (we cannot seem to get any expediency of roofers here in Clarksville).
Brian was on the production team and let me know how things were going.

Our experience was amazing! Austin was quick to answer any questions we had and make sure we were set up for success! Bluebird went above and beyond for our project. It was a big project with four structures that needed new roofs. From the initial process and helping us work with our insurance for months and months to the install of the roofs we were so impressed. They did it so fast and worked within our timeline. From the 1st moment that Bluebird and their employees stepped onto the property everything was very professional and quick to help. It was less then 24hours after the tornado and they were ready to help with anything. Amazing customer service and response time! I had a small leak on our roof and needed it fixed quickly. Within 1hr I was contacted and had an appointment set up. Two days later Raymond and his team came out, assessed the issue and it was corrected in just a few minutes. They were detailed, informative and professional, even though it was a simple fix. After the December tornado, the Bluebird team was awesome to work with. Joe D. was awesome with his professionalism and knowledge as we worked through our roof repair with the insurance company. He was with us through the entire process. The day of our roof install, Roderick was there the entire day to make sure everything got done. He was great to work with also. The roof team did a great job getting the roof completed and they took extra time with cleanup to assure there was no debris or nails left behind. Bluebird even came back a second time days later just to be sure there were no nails in our lawn or driveway.
Chenequa was a pleasure to work with also. She communicated everything very well and was a gem!

Josh, Roger, Brian and Chenequa were absolutely amazing. They kept constant communication during the entire process. They showed up on time and with adequate materials and workers. The roof looks great and the cleanup was outstanding! I couldn't find one piece of material, trash or even a single nail in the yard! If you want a job done right AND in a timely manner, look no further! I personally chose the UHDZ Charcoal shingles and they look awesome, great warranty to boot!

Service was good when the new roof was installed. Had a problem a few weeks later and it was handled quickly. A few months later and I have two water leaks in my house. As of now I have been waiting over 5 hours for a call back. They send my calls directly to phone mail and will not respond to the problem. Very poor customer service.

Joe was very diligent about checking in with us while waiting for the insurance check to come in and even later. He has been very attentive through out the process. The roofing went great. I was impressed at how quickly they finished and the extra efforts during the clean up. My husband had gotten out there and was cleaning up some broken glass (NOT the result of the roofing but of the tornado) and 2 of the workers stopped to help him. Also was impressed with Roderick's professionalism. A great experience!
