Can't say enough about Chris and Jordan in how they handled my roof repair. From start to finish I felt could trust them and they seemed extremely knowledgeable in what they were doing. The result was a new roof that has already stood up to a bunch of major rain storms with no issue. Highly recommend them.

This company and its staff are top notch. They came to my home due to my washing machine flooding over from the 2nd to the 1st floor. They checked everywhere water could’ve been and had gone in the hose. They set up filters and fans in every room including the hallway. They came back the very next day to check to see the results. They realized that the upstairs floor need to be better supported and took up the tiles and placed a piece of plastic on top of it. Mr. Tim and his young associate were personable, professional, and passionate about their work. It was fascinating to watch these two work. Today they came to remove the fans and all the things. They cleaned up, and placed everything back in its place, they even helped put another table I had downstairs, upstairs, that was above and beyond. I highly recommend this company, so give them a call, they’re opened 24 hrs a day.

He was extremely thorough and spent so much time with me explaining everything and giving me honest advice. He was not pushy and recommended a new roof in a few years, but not immediately. It’s so rare to get honest advice and I truly appreciated his time and effort. Would recommend Leon to anyone for a fair inspection/estimate.

Quality RRC did a great job on our roof replacement. The replacement work was just the icing on the cake compared to the issues we had with our insurance that they intervened on our behalf. Our insurance company identified issues with our roof during a routine inspection but declined to repair it saying it was not hail damage. We asked Quality to meet with our insurance adjuster and explain why they thought the damage was not storm related. Quality was able to ask the right questions and challenged them to the point they agreed it was a damage claim and approved our claim. We got our roof replaced quickly, affordably and when they left you could tell they had been on our property. 5 stars for the whole crew.

He did not oversell what was needed or pressure me into submitting a claim. He explained the situation and provided great information and excellent service. Jordon and Chris gave in one day and did a superb job fixing the leaking situation on my patio. The previous worker that caused the leaking had no clue what they were doing. The pictures are from the work Jordon and Chris did. They blend the new roof into the existing roof. The next day after they completed the job there was a storm and I am happy to say no leaking. Jordon from Quality RRC did an excellent job working with my insurance company which initially only wanted to pay for 5 shingles to be replaced to fix leaks in 2 separate rooms. After several months and a lot of perseverance, insurance paid for 75% of the roof replacement. Thanks to Jordon and his crew for a job well done!

After a pipe froze and burst in my townhome attic, Chris Allen and his team immediately began making my life easier. RRC have been a pleasure to work with. We discovered some water damage today and Chris and his team made sure we were taken care of immediately. Good work but took way too long to finish the whole job which included roofing, gutters, downspouts and screen damage (over a month) not due to QRRC but sub contractors. I reccommend their services

A tree fell on our roof during the storms. They came out and put a tarp on our roof and made sure everything was covered properly. Soon after they were able to start work on our roof. They were able to reframe, remove and replace our metal roof in 3 short days. Me and my wife are super happy with how it all looks Quality RRC did a PERFECT job! Chris was super helpful walking us through the process and letting us know time frames of how long stuff should take. We never felt left out of the process.

When we discovered that we had potential roof damage and experienced a little push back from our insurance company, Chris and Quality RRC interceded with the carrier on our behalf and helped our adjuster see the total scope of issues and helped him get on board for a total replacement of our roof. They showed up on time and as promised and exceeded our expectations in every instance. We were very satisfied and while we hope we never need their service again we would do so without hesitation.

Wesley worked with our insurance inspector to guide him through all the damage he had documented, and continued to request supplements to be sure everything was covered. The team worked quickly to get all of our work completed as soon as possible. We are very pleased with the results!

When we encountered the need for a new roof, we were intimidated. However, Chris and Jordan from RRC Roofing made every step of the process easy and stress free. From the initial consult to the insurance inspector’s visit, Chris and Jordan were at my house, ready to answer any questions and assist. To help me understand the roof layout, Chris flew a drone over the chimney so I could get a safe view from the ground. When we encountered an issue with our gutters and the guards, Chris reached back out to our insurance and successfully requested for the claim coverage to include guards too! Each time I was given a date or time for RRC to show, they did. I felt safe with their presence at my home, I understood the steps of the roof replacement, I was never judged for having questions, and I was aware of the timeline for the project to be completed. I knew that I had a great experience, but after speaking with a friend about his roof replacement, I realized that I truly hit the jackpot. I highly recommend this company!

From start to finish just a terrific experience. For my small leak they came out same day to access. We agreed the next day and they started the day after. After a waiting period to verify that the leak was no longer leaking they came and finished up today. Yesterday I gave them the paint we had to use. They determined that the paint I gave them would not work and today came with a fresh gallon. I'm a contractor myself and I work very hard on customer service. We have been working with Chris Allen (aka Tex) and the experience has been wonderful. This has been a long, grueling process and at times you feel lost or defeated. Tex has been an advocate for us and literally speaks to us every other day if not daily to keep us in the loop of what is going on, even if there is not much to report. I highly recommend local company Quality RRC for roof repairs/replacement. The team did an excellent job working with my insurance company to ensure the entire roof could be replaced along with some fascia boards. The also did a gutter/drain inspection. The entire process was quick and easy. In addition to the roof, they worked with my insurance company and a fence builder to get a partial replacement of my fence that had damage.

Chris and Jordan were very easy to work with. Knew the business and dealing with insurance companies. Company did a fantastic job on our roof. Highly recommend!

Insurance was giving me a hard time but Trevor worked with them and finally got the claim approved! Trevor is very knowledgeable and was absolutely Awesome along with Grant. They both kept me updated during the processs. The roofers came out, which was very professional, and had it roofed in one day. Last but not least, Ms. Vicki in the office is great to work with. This sure wouldn't have happened with out her! I would never call anyone else for my roofing needs! Thanks to all of you!

I had a great experience with this company. We had a leak from the roof that needed repairs so I contacted Quality RCC. They quickly came over, assessed the problem with a drone, and gave me a free estimate. Within the next five days, they completed the work in about an hour or so. Cannot recommend Quality RRC enough for their customer service and willingness to take immediate action. After calling other companies to inspect/repair a roof leak we had and being told it would be at least a week to have someone come out, Quality RRC had Ethan and Dalton at our house within 3 hours of my initial call. And within minutes they were able to pinpoint the source of the leak, explain what was happening and how it was an easy fix. They even made a quick run to nearby Lowe’s to get the product needed to stop the leak and came back within 30 minutes to fully fix to problem.

Never had a company when it came to repairs be that dedicated to making sure our problem was taken care of ASAP. Cannot thank Ethan and Dalton enough for the quick action and definitely will utilize them in the future for any more needs.

I had major roof damage from a wind storm on 3/3/23. My mother passed away 6 days later in PA. I was referred to Quality RRC, Chris & Jordan in particular, by a co-worker who used them before. I was several states away, dealing with a lot of stuff for 2 weeks, but Chris did the inspection, tarped our roof, and dealt with my insurance company, all while I was out of town.
