My next-door neighbor and I just had new roofs installed by Pinnacle Construction. We work specifically with Jeremy Bland, who is the Project Manager with Pinnacle Construction. He was a joy to work with daily.

We had some problems with our roof due to faulty product and had to work through the Warranty Process to get new roofing materials. Jeremy was always there to help me with the Warranty paperwork, and, showed me what to do every step of the way. He was very professional, and his crew worked very hard, and was able to tear down the old roof and install the new roof in one day. I could call him with any questions, and he always made sure that we were receiving the highest quality product and service. We are giving him, his crews, and Pinnacle Construction a Five-Star rating and would recommend others to contact Jeremy at Pinnacle Construction for their roofing needs. Thanks again, Jeremy.

Pinnacle replaced our roof and gutters after a 2+ inch hail storm. They did an excellent job with top quality materials and workmanship. Jimmy and John were great to work with on our insurance claim.

Pinnacle Construction recently replaced our roof. Their customer service and performance was great. They walked us through every aspect of the project, and maintained contact throughout the process.

Jeremy and the whole Pinnacle team was incredible to work with. He walked me through the full insurance process after the hail storm in May and was able to get my roof and gutters fully approved. I highly recommend this company.

Jeremy and Pinnacle did a great job walking us through the warranty process with the prior supplier and Pinnacle installed the new roof in just one day. Very professional!

My home suffered wind and hail damage which caused some broken siding and a roof leak. My home owners insurance agent recommended Pinnacle Construction. I checked the reviews for the company which were quite positive. Once I called their office to ask for an inspection and an estimate for the extensive repairs I received a quick call back from Brad one of the Pinnacle project managers. Brad was professional and really seemed to understand how important this project was to the homeowner. The inspection and estimate were completed promptly and professionally. Brad had a lot of experience dealing with the claims dept of my insurance company. Brad really knew how to translate the insurance jargon.

I have to say Brad really worked as my representative to my own insurance company’s claims department and helped their complicated process go smoothly. Thanks to Brad’s experience with local building codes he was able to point out to the claims dept some repairs and materials that needed to be covered by my policy! While I had some minor frustrations with my insurance company and how slow they sometimes were in getting questions answered Brad was always reaching out to them and keeping me informed so the repair work could start as quickly as possible.

Brad and the repair crews for Pinnacle really were amazingly professional and thorough in doing the work. They were respectful, clean and made sure my yard was tidy when doing their jobs when they were finished. The work began when it was promised was a bit quicker than estimated and the cleanup of the old materials was fast.

Working with Brad and Pinnacle I never felt any type of sales pressure. Maybe it sounds corny but truthfully the entire experience felt like a concerned neighbor helping another neighbor to recover from a bad storm. Sometimes my insurance company was frustrating but that wasn’t the case with Pinnacle or my project manager. I could tell both the manager and Pinnacle cared about the job being completed well.

Working with Pinnacle, Kirk Nabors, and his team was a pleasure. Kirk stayed on top of everything from start to finish - could not have felt in better hands. And the crew was friendly, hard working, and efficient - finished in one day including thorough clean up. Would recommend to everyone!

John and Grant did an exceptional job at every step of the process, handled the majority of communications with the insurance company and delivered a top quality new roof on time as promised. Would highly recommend them!

Their installation crew is very timely and respectful of your property. Once they finished, it looked as though they were never there. No trash, debris, or nails left behind.

Grant Tarpley was the rep from Pinnacle Construction that I worked with. They did a great job. They showed on time and didn't delay, roof was on in no time and looks great.I would, and have recommended this team.

We had roof damage after a hail storm and John handled everything for us throughout the process - from being here when the adjuster came out to inspect to making sure we got the best new roof and all of the other things that go along with it. We had a major hailstorm at end of May. Our roof was only a year old so I thought it was probably OK but out of an abundance of caution, contacted my insurance agent for a recommendation for someone to inspect the roof. He gave me John Wesley Watson with Pinnacle. When John inspected my roof, he was very surprised by the amount of damage. He thought the roof and gutters needed replacement. I filed a claim and John stayed in contact through the process. As a it happened, I was on vacation when the adjuster wanted to come so John met with him in my absence. As the claim got approved, we were preparing for another trip. John pulled a large crew of 10 to do the roof. They started at 630 am and worked until 830 that night removing and replacing the entire roof of a large one story. The next day, he had a different crew do the gutters that again worked all day to complete the task. John was very communicative throughout the entire process and eliminated any worry on my part regarding job.

John was fantastic! His communication was clear and frequent, and he was punctual. Both of those traits seem to be lacking with many other companies. My job was small, but I felt like John took care of it like it was any big, high-paying job. Very much appreciated!

Pinnacle Construction of Mt. Juliet TN performed amazing feats to get my Dec 2023 tornado damage in Hendersonville TN repaired and restored. My construction supervisor was John Watson. He worked tirelessly for months to prove that the pitifully-low insurance damage assessment from State Farm — specifying a “shingle patch job” — was wholly inadequate. After dozens of appeals and procedural challenges to the insurer, he proved that a full roof replacement was necessary — and even required by state and county rules. He knows every aspect of building code, construction methods, materials suitability AND insurance and zoning law. He demonstrated better knowledge of insurance rules than my unresponsive and disengaged claim adjuster. Mr Watson of Pinnacle did everything he promised AND MORE. If I could give a rating of 10 stars instead of 5 - I’d do it gladly.

I highly recommend John Watson and Pinnacle Construction. John has years of experience at getting full reimbursements from insurance companies that are reluctant to pay for storm damage. In my case he worked six months to get State Farm to finally pay the full amount that our policy covered. In addition, John is an expert at selection of materials for construction and repair, finding the perfect match. He is congenial and focused on making the customer happy.

John Watson and his crew at Pinnacle Construction did a superb job with replacing my roof, gutters and downspouts as well as several other small jobs around the exterior of my house that were over and above the original list of repairs. The repairs were part of an insurance claim and John knows the ins and outs of working and communicating with insurance agents. I’ve never had a roof replacement before but I’m very happy that John and Pinnacle Construction were the ones I picked to help me through that process.

Had wind damage on 3/6/23. Called Bo and he came and inspected damage. He said it was borderline for insurance company to pay for full replacement. I filed claim with insurance company. Their inspector came and summited his report to adjustor. This took almost a month. Adjustor called and said repair cost to replace 28 shingles was $750.00. My deductible is $1000.00. I contacted Bo and he took over the claim with Insurance adjustor. After coming twice to take more pictures and insisting repair with non-matching shingles was not acceptable, Jeremy, a fantastic young man with Pinnacle Roofing took over my claim with insurance adjustor. Finally after over four months I received a call from insurance company to inform me they were approving payment for a foll roof replacement. Wow, from $750.00 to $22,802.00. This company is exceptional in every way. They care. Will never call anyone else.

Pinnacle was the 3rd company I consulted when my roof began leaking after a Spring storm. Jeremy Bland, Project Manager, was professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I decided to use Pinnacle because Jeremy was not afraid to take on my insurance company (State Farm) while the other 2 companies were not confident they could get State Farm to cover the loss. State Farm DID cover the entire roof replacement (minus deductible, of course.) I am not confident that would have occurred without Pinnacle Construction. Also, my roof is beautiful!
