I will highly recommend Hollis Exteriors to anyone! I have a leak in my roof and my insurance had just told me they weren’t doing to pay. There sales rep, Galin Ivanov, was riding through my neighborhood this afternoon and noticed shingles missing. I was outside and told him what had happened . He went over and above by going on my roof and getting a tarp from his car and making sure that water wouldn’t get through anymore until I can get this situation taken care of. An awesome rep for the company and an awesome person!

Hollis Exteriors did a great job on our roof. Got it done in one day and cleaned up well after. Danny was awesome to work with. Great communication, honest, knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted and helped us make the best decision.

I can not stress enough the amazing experience I had with Hollis Exteriors. Let me be VERY clear. I had an appointment with Mr.Hollis on Friday. Monday morning I had a quote in hand. Wednesday evening I had a beautiful brand new roof and complete peace of mind. If having amazing work quoted, completed, and inspected in 3 business days isn't amazing then I don't know what is. In early February this year we had some roof damage after a storm. I did several searches for roofing contractors. Came across great reviews for Hollis Exteriors. My husband called and Mr. Hollis came out quickly within a few days for an estimate. He was very down to earth person. Estimate was quickly obtained. Mr. Hollis even came out and met with our insurance adjustor. He got on the roof and pointed out some needed extras. About 6 weeks later we had a brand new standing seam roof. It's beautiful. I had a wonderful experience with Hollis Exteriors after dealing with a terrible and rude contractor prior. Mr. Hollis was wonderful throughout and managed all of our home repairs. Mr. Hollis was available if we had any concerns and communicated with us over phone, text, and email. He also personally inspected all repairs after to ensure they were to standard and satisfaction. He is especially great for military and veteran families, as he worked well with our USAA insurance.
In all, our home suffered loss from an ice dam in January and needed repairs on the roof and replacement of a section of our hardwood flooring. We also had to have our dining room walls and ceiling painted due to water damage. His team completed the job and our home looks absolutely stunning.
It was a relief to find a contractor you can trust, and our family will be contacting Mr. Hollis again for all home repairs and renovations.

As a Realtor who has to send referrals to people quite often, I can say that Danny is fantastic! Our clients love him and are happy with his work. Job well done again with the replacement of the vinyl siding and the replacement/installation of the gutters six months later after the roof was replaced. House looks all new on the outside, and I have gotten compliments from my next door neighbor that lives on the west side.

Collin and his crew did an amazing job replacing the shingles on our house. Our home is a modular - the roof is raise when the house is set. We didn't know that the roof had not been set up correctly until a patch of shingles blew off and exposed a gap in the roof - also allowing rainwater into the house to damage the kitchen. Collin's guys added extra wood to close the gap and replaced all of the shingles. They took extra care to make sure that none of our outdoor furniture or decorations were damaged. Cleanup was better than my expectations.

Collin's quote was competitive but fair. He also included a 10% discount for my husband's military service. Collin answered every question we had, was responsive to call and texts, and made sure that we got our first choice in shingle color. He was onsite nearly all day.

We are new to the area and asked for roofer recommendations on a local Facebook page. Nearly everyone who responded recommended Hollis Exteriors. I can see why. I highly recommend them as well.

I couldn't say enough good things about Hollis Exteriors. Danny (the owner) was very responsive, understanding and accommodating. The field crew was as nice as could be and professional as well. You could tell how much effort and attention to detail the crew put into the roof as well as the cleanup. From the flashing details to the drip edge to even the pipe boots, i was impressed with the level of detail these guys put into their work. After the roof was finished, the cleanup process may have been even more impressive. My yard and driveway look better now than it did before they started. Also, i really appreciate the company cam that shows pictures of the work along the way. This not only shows before & after pics, but also shows the process of how the old roof was removed, flashing/drip edge added and new shingles put on. Was very appreciative of how transparent their whole operation was. Thanks Hollis Exteriors! Would definitely recommend.

Hollis Interiors put a beautiful, new standing seam metal roof on our shed. We agreed for them to patch several spots of rot that had developed on the plywood, but Hollis Interiors went above and beyond by putting up two new full sheets, basically replacing an entire side of the roof! They got the whole job done in a single morning. They also vented the roof and were very easy to work with. Danny, my contact person, was super quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. They also left the area around our shed extremely clean. We are happy with their work, wholeheartedly recommend them, and are confident we will never again have to worry about our shed roof!

I contacted Hollis Exteriors for a complete gutter install after a recommendation from a neighbor. The company was quick on getting the estimate to me, not pushy while I ran it through my home owners insurance, and the work done is high quality. I have more experience then what I want with hiring (and firing) crews and companies to repair our home due to a nasty tornado. Hollis Exteriors is one the very few companies I hired that didn't cause me any additional stress. I highly recommend and will use them again!

Great job. My brick chimney was damaged and causing water damage. They came and took it down and repaired all the damage. Very professional job!!

I called Danny for a leak in my garage and he came out the next morning. He got up on my roof and determined it wasn't the roof but most likely a slight flaw in the siding installation. He directed me on how I could easily fix myself and did not ask me for any payment for his time, although he spent 45 minutes with me. I will definitely call him again if I ever need any exterior work done. Very professional!

I cannot say enough good things about Danny Hollis and Hollis Exteriors. First, they are responsive and timely. The don't leave you hanging wondering what is going on! They are professional and courteous. Expectations are set and they let you know if there is a change. They are honest. In a world full of dishonest or fly-by-night contractors, I felt that was important to share!

I actually had what I thought to be a roof leak before the tornado came through in March 2020. Water was coming into the attic and leaking down onto the ceiling of the master BR. The insurance company sent someone out to inspect and my father, a contractor in his younger days, inspected. We were sure it was an issue with the grading of the roof around the chimney and, by all accounts, it was a $4k+ repair. Danny initially agreed based on his inspection at the time he provided an estimate, but when they got up there to do the work - he came down and said that he just didn't think that was the problem. He said, I could do the work we agreed for me to do and charge you for it, but I don't think it will fix it. Danny clearly advised he wasn't a chimney expert, but said he believed it to be the chimney and he asked for permission to do some work on the chimney to see if it fixed our leak. He said, the good news is that it will only be a few hundred dollars if it works. If it doesn't, I'll come back out and do the larger project we agreed to... I just don't feel right doing that first because I don't think it is the problem. I agreed with him... What do you know? Danny fixed our leaking chimney for maybe $300.00!! We haven't had a problem since. I guarantee 95% of contractors would have "fixed" the roof regardless, we would have paid $4k for that - and would have still had leaks from the chimney.

As long as Hollis Exteriors is in business, we won't ever work with anyone else.

Hollis Exteriors is without a doubt an honest and professional company. When the tornado hit Mount Juliet we selected them after interviewing several other contractor companies to repair all the damage to the exterior of our home. This included a privacy fence, decking, roof and related items to name a few.
We were lucky and told them we were in no immediate rush except for the privacy fence, because we had two large dogs that require the yard to be fenced. They had the fence replaced in a matter of days and it looked amazing!!! The rest of the repairs were done quickly and professionally as well. I cannot say enough about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contract company to do any kind of roofing or repairs to their home. They also worked directly with the insurance company and took all of that kind of coordination away from me which was a huge help!

My roof was damaged during the March 3, 2020 tornado. I wanted someone local to make the repairs. After reading several reviews I contacted Hollis Exteriors. Danny Hollis came out the same day I called to review the damage. He offered a great price to do the work.
The following week his crew showed up to install the new roof, they did the work in one day.
The quality of materials, warranty, and workmanship they provided was top of the line, and exceeded my expectations. They even did some extras, like painting the plumbing vents the same color as the roof, and cleaning everything up.
This is an honest family owned business that works hard to provide excellent products and services. All done very friendly and with a smile.
