Wow....what a great company...Tri State Exteriors is top notch....Travis Haessly and his team did an excellent job replacing my roof that was damaged from hail! Travis did a super job working with my insurance company to get my claim approved! Travis was very detailed in his inspection and found damage that many contractors would have missed on windows and siding, which helped maximized my insurance reimbursement! The installation team was excellent as well...great care was taken to protect landscape plants, air conditioner and many other things from damage! Installation was very efficient...the job was completed in less than 1 day...very hard workers! Clean-up was super...you couldn't even tell that they were there! The first thing you should know before you read this is a sentence or two about me - I don't leave reviews. I never rank anyone with 'stars' - and one of the main reasons is that very few websites offer the ranking option of zero stars - if a zero star option was common, I'd leave more reviews.

Now onto my experience with Tri-State Roofing. Travis was incredibly helpful walking our family through the seemingly limitless maze of decisions and important milestones that go into evaluating, repairing, replacing a new roof - all while navigating questions from a 78-year-old grandmother with grace on one hand and equipping us with rock solid information to pass on our insurance company on the other hand.

Tri-State roofing (primarily Travis, but also Nick & Finn) did an amazing job coordinating our roof install - from prep through quality assurance, they were there every step of the way - communicating all the while. Our house is the very definition of 'non-standard' and there are a number of features that many contractors have never seen in a house built in Ohio - the folks at Tri-State were quick to understand and offer relevant and professional advice and guidance when we needed it most.

I've already recommended them to friends and neighbors (who all witnessed the impressive 1-day install). If I ever need another roof they'll be my first call - but honestly, with the job that they did, there's a fair chance I won't be around to make that call.

Shortly after buying a new house we ended up needing to get the all the shingles on our roof replaced due to our insurance company. After reaching out to several companies in the area Tri State Exteriors had by far the best quote and the project lead Travis Haessly was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. His team did amazing work even with the house having a pretty steep roof and being quite close to neighbors. We ended up having some issues with a neighbor after the work was completed due to some shingles that came off the roof leaving minor marks on the neighbors siding due to the tight space between the houses. Finnegan who was in charge of the team replacing the roof made sure everything got taken care and the neighbor was satisfied. Finnegan even came back to help fasten a chimmeny cap that kept coming lose even before the job was done. I cannot recommend them enough and plan to work with them again if we have any other roofing needs.

We recently had our roof fully replaced and paid for by insurance with the help of Tri State Exteriors. We worked directly with Joe Lynch who couldn't be more friendly. He came to our home, inspected the roof, called the insurance company with us, and was on-site when the insurance adjuster came to do his inspection. Our claim was originally denied, but Joe assured us that the damage on the roof would qualify for replacement and he worked closely with insurance to appeal the denial. He took all the heavy lifting and frustration out of the process. As a result of his efforts, our claim was approved. Further, he was also able to help my neighbor get a fully covered new roof whose insurance had originally denied their claim too.

Wow! We really appreciated the great job and ease of working with TRI STATE EXTERIOR. Our day care business was able to actually afford a new roof! We could not have been able to replace our roof without their guidance and help. It was amazing to watch them work and be completely done within one day! There were over 40 workers that came and worked like a well oiled machine, completely in sync! It is an immaculate roof! Tri-State worked with my Insurance Company and I was able to get a new roof. Working with Travis Haessley and Tri State Exteriors exceeded my expectations. I was denied a new roof last year after another roofing company told me I 100% had damage. They became sort of aggressive and were pushing me to fight back against my insurance company. I had a funny feeling so called another place and Travis came out. He let me know my Insurance company wouldn't cover it and what they said was an issue really wasn't. He told me to call in the future if I feel some storms might have caused issues. Due to that I saved his number and called him this year after some bad storms. Travis was prompt and saw we had damage from wind and hail. I felt confident calling and putting in a claim. Travis has been a great communicator through the whole process and everything he promised, he came through on. He even called my HOA when I said I wasn't sure if I could change to a black roof. The crew was great and they showed up at 6:05am and they had everything completely cleaned and were gone by 12pm. Our roof looks great and I know I got a quality job from a quality company. We have had multiple people stop to compliment our roof and they couldn't believe how fast it got done. I heard some horror stories from others about their roofing experiences.

My experience with Tri State was amazing! My project manager was Anthony Susi, he came and did an inspection on my roof. He determined I had wind and hail damage & suggested making a claim with my insurance company.
My insurance company made the process an absolute pain for many months, Anthony fought with them the entire time, providing them with building codes and all the facts to make sure it got approved. He kept me informed through the whole process & after many denials, I got a full roof replacement on my house & garage, all paid for by my insurance company. My roof looks so good & was finished in one day!! 10/10 recommend Tri- state exteriors. Very professional & knowledgeable & the work they provide is top notch.

Tri State is simply above the rest. Had shingles blow off, came out right after the storm to secure our roof to make sure no damage was sustained. They handled everything. We're so happy with our new roof! We worked with Harry Duccilli and the process was seamless from beginning to end. He did an inspection and identified severe damage due to storms. We filed with our insurance company and were approved for a complete roof replacement. Harry worked with us and our insurance company to ensure all necessary items were included and covered. The install crew was on-site within days of the approval (no wait!), the clean up was spotless, and the roof looks fantastic! Plus, they added proper venting/ventilation to ensure it was up to date.

We had roof damage because of recent storms and high winds, but were unsure about the extent as we did not have any leaks and in turn were unsure how insurance company would handle it.
