The staff at Tri-Star CDJ Uniontown was great. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. My salesperson Tracy really went out of her way to find the perfect vehicle for me with the payment I needed. Tracy made what is normally miserable a fun experience. When I arrived, I wasn't sure what kind of car or truck I was looking for, so she took the time to let me test drive multiple vehicles, not only at her lot, but the other Tri-Star dealership in Uniontown. At no point did I get the feeling that she was trying to rush me or get tired of showing me any car I had questions about. When I did finally decide on the vehicle, I wanted to buy she, and the whole finance team worked up several loan options and payments both with a trade and just a down payment. In the future when I need to purchase another car, Tri-Star will be the first, and probably only, place I will go to. I definitely would recommend Tri-Star CDJ to anyone who needs to buy a car, truck, or SUV and I highly recommend asking for Tracy.

Years earlier, I had gotten completely robbed on my first ever car purchase from a dealer. Fees out the wazoo. The whole, "what do you want your car payment to be.." experience.

I had reentered the market to purchase a (specific) second vehicle & began conditioning MONTHS ago. Youtube video after Youtube video on how to prepare for scumbag car dealer tactics.

Months later, I see a listing of pretty close to the exact car I wanted (color, features, make, model) & it was listed by Tristar. I suited up & prepared for another awful car buying experience. Although, more prepared this time...

Dialed them up & scheduled a test drive. After I returned from test driving, I pointed out a few things I thought needed looked at & they remedied each item before final sale. Got the OTD price & since the Salesperson (Scott) was so easy to work with, I had a bunch of energy for the finance office & their scummy tactics.

So, I readied myself & entered the finance office. They didn't know how prepared I was, but I did!

Again, I was surprised. No "nitro turbo air," no "vin scratching," no "online fees," a reasonable cost for a car warranty... No pressure or curveballs.

This place is so darn honest. I would dare say, Scott and the financer (forgive me, I forgot your name - Adam?) offered the perfect car buying experience

Just stop in after work, I was sent an email for two oil changes for $130, the two ladies in the service department took into it and made it happen for my Ford F150, charged me $65 for the first one and even printed on my receipt to make sure I got my next oil change for $65, to make the total to come out $130, I would like to thank them for making it happen and I was in and out about an hour

Go see Wes and Isaac! They’re simply the best and are willing to put in the work to get you in a vehicle you love for a price you can afford, unlike most other dealerships.
