Horrible customer service at this location. My company does millions of dollars in business With Blue Beacon and the guy that cashed me out was just horrible very rude. Acted like he didn’t wanna deal with anybody will never come back to this location again. Didn’t even do a very good job on the washout debris left in the trailer

Rolled in early morning 0500 to get the "9-Yards Special" & these gentlemen did one heck of a job. I'll be making this Blue Beacon my top pick when I'm in the area.

6/22/24 Last night my husband company said we needed a trailor washout so we went to this Blue Beacon and when ur company pays for the trailor they give you a discount to get a truck wash for 47.50, that doesn't include extras or tax, we added some things and only spent 56.00 for a truck wash. His truck was so dirty from the last couple of weeks, and it needed a bath. This truck is so clean now that the sun shining on the hood is blinding me, lol. There was no wait, and there were only 3 guys there. They did a fantastic job, and my husband was super impressed, and he's picky about his truck. The manager even checked it over with his light and personally scrubbed anything they missed. Great job, Blue Beacon, we will be back. Sincerely Smith Transport.

They did a great job. The only knock I had was that I didn't see where the entrance was marked.

On my way to Maryland from Ohio, I always stop here for a truck wash. The guys are awesome and respectful. They have always done a great job.

The negative reviews got me scared to come here but it’s a Saturday at 7 pm and there’s nobody else here. I guess that’s why they did a great job. They weren’t rushed and the crew was friendly. I guess it depends on when you come

THE WORST! Wish I could give negative stars. My dad is a truck driver that used to come to this truck wash a lot and it used to be great. Not sure what changed but this place turned to be the worst truck wash in the country with the rudest staff and managers. My dad has been there twice in the last 2 months and each time they have done an abysmal job. They charge $120 for a 10 minute wash that leaves your truck and trailer in worse condition than it came in. Trying to ask them to fix their own mistakes is nothing but a waste of your time. This place needs some major changes before they lose all their customers. Until then, my dad and every other truck driver that he knows will stay clear of this place!

I been coming to blue becon truck wash for years. This is the first time i can say there was no verification of a clean truck when i left out. No effort it seems was put into doing a good job. This crew makes the company look its worse. Worse i been to ever!!

What truly sets Blue Beacon Truck Wash apart is their remarkable consistency. Don’t let them spray soap and let it dry. It will ruin your polished aluminum. Never new dried soap would turn polished aluminum white. Told them brush only, no brighter. Only 2 guys washing. One guy was washing out inside my trailer and other guy put soap on my truck, left and come back later and soap had dried on truck, wheels , tank, etc. and all over polished aluminum. They polished it out but refused to remove residue streaks from dried soap on truck and trailer. Hope this helps someone again, never knew as they said it was dried soap (not brighter) would ruin polished aluminum. Make sure it’s rinsed off quickly!

Normally this location does a better than average job. Not today! Thumbs down to the supervisor or manager ( whatever he is). He claimed to have seen them spray on the rain x, which they obviously did not. Then decided that they would rather argue with me than do what I paid them to do. I'll be avoiding this location in the future

They don’t rush . Other place don’t clean trailor good . But this place gets it good with brighter on the aluminum
