Refresh Cleaning Plus did an outstanding job on our gutter cleaning and on our house washing. Avery and Derek were so nice and very thorough in their work. I will be calling them back next year for sure!!

Had my gutters cleaned recently. I called on a Monday and they had an open spot the following day. Really happy. Avery was cool, he took before and after pictures of the gutters. That was nice. Updating my review, a week after cleaning my gutters, they also installed gutter guards for me. Really happy with the service I received for both appointments. So thank you.

Having washed my windows and cleaning off the gutter guards myself for many years, and now finding it too difficult for me to do, I decided hire a professional. Jared sent me a very reasonable quote to do this work, and he and his associate, Avery, came right on time. They cleaned off the moss that was forming on my roof and washed my windows and skylights. These gentlemen exceeded my expectations. I will call on them again in the fall and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone needing these services.

Detailed, thorough, and hands down the best gutter cleaning service I’ve had. Highly recommended. Will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

I just had a message from my mother about the outstanding work done for her by Refresh Cleaning Plus. Unfortunately I live in Duncansville which is out of their service area or I certainly would use them for cleaning my windows.

Refresh Cleaning Plus provided professional, cost-effective, and timely gutter cleaning service. I was able to book service within one week of sending an inquiry online, and they sent reminders for my appointment in the days leading up to it. They sent before-cleaning photos of my gutters, after-cleaning photos of my gutters, and recommendations for future repairs, which was helpful because I was not able to be home during the appointment. I would recommend Refresh Cleaning Plus to anyone considering a gutter cleaning service in the Pittsburgh area!

This is my second cleaning done and the service is customized to our requests friendly and well done very pleased

Workers were nice but I wasn’t paying for nice. I anticipated people coming with ladders, squeegees, and chamois. Silly me! They hook up a hose to your garden faucet and attach some kind of “non spotting” cleaning solution attachment to the hose, and then drench your windows (and house) and porch rugs with hundreds of gallons of water and solution. I will be using the people that did my neighbors house the “old fashioned way”. Use this company and their “lazy” method at your own risk.

Update: as a result of my negative review of this company, I was subjected to the owners continued harassment by text. His workmen were pleasant and accommodating and we have no complaints with them. However, Jared, the owner, was extremely inappropriate. He claimed that we didn’t pay him when he was paid at the completion of service. Then he offered to do the completed service free of charge if I removed the negative review (this is obviously why he brags no negative reviews; he pays people not to post them). I told him I would not and that’s when the real harassment began. Because we were disappointed with his methods and did not want to have his company back, he then acknowledged that he was paid but stipulated that the fee for services would be $20 more since we didn’t contract him for an annual service plan. Fine, I agreed to pay the additional sum. Then he told me he was going to sue me because of the negative review.

I filed a report with the South Fayette Twsp police after the officer read the text exchanges that we had with him and the officer thought it a good idea to have a record on file in case of any future incident. It seemed this business owner was out of control.

Although the window cleaning was adequate and I didn’t like their methods, it could have been over at that. It’s an old adage in business that you can’t please all of the people all of the time, and I simply wasn’t pleased. But the continued belligerent behavior by Jared following one negative review, in my opinion, was beyond acceptable.

Obviously, we will NEVER have these people to our home again.

White siding was showing lots of dirt and mildew, after the soft wash siding looks brand new. Also cleaned the windows. Highly recommend

Avery and TJ did an excellent job today on our windows and gutters. These two young men were hardworking and professional and accommodated our every request. We are first time customers and we are now on a regular and rotating schedule to have Refresh Cleaning Plus back on a regular basis.

Avery did a wonderful job cleaning our gutters this past Friday. He communicated clearly and arrived on time. He was very friendly and helpful. We had a leak in the gutter but it is clear now. We will definitely use Refresh Cleaning again in the future!

Nathan and T.J. did an incredible job cleaning and brightening my gutters. They had pride in the job they were doing. They wanted to do a good job that I was satisfied with.
