We had a leak in one of our bathroom ventilation and contacted our neighbor Deder to get it looked at. Not only did he repaired the leak from but also gave us an honest assessment of what we needed to do in a near future for our entire roof for free. He is very professional and so easy to talk to. Its plus for us to have him as our neighbor as well. He has my highest recommendation for any roof repairs and minor repairs inside and outside any home. Thank you again Deder.

Very clear concise explanation and planning. The workmanship is very good. His team stayed late to get the job done on a very tight schedule.

We are new to the Lake Stevens area and Acquired a home 20+ years old with original roofing. and inadequate venting.

After deliberation and seeking other bids for venting we decided to go ahead with Deter.
