Jhony, owner, JBA Construction, presented the roofing materials and the proposal and managed the roof replacement and new insulation. The roof looks great. The team worked quickly removing the old roof and cleaned up around the house every day before leaving. The GAF shingles are top quality. They replaced almost every board down to the rafters. The completed job had no hidden costs and was completed in three days. Call JBA, you will not be disappointed.

They did a very thorough job cleaning my gutters and roof at a reasonable price. Jhony was responsive and easy to work with.

Communication with Jhony was super smooth and prompt. I asked for gutter cleaning and provided my address. I was given an estimate in just a few minutes and the price is one of the best among a few quotes I got. We are able to schedule the job two days later. Crew arrived on time (a little early) and immediately started work. Job was well done. I am very satisfied with the result.
When gutter cleaning was in progress, I asked if I can also get the holiday lighting installed. Got confirmed and estimates really quickly. They also suggested if I want to have the drive way pressure wasted. My driveway does have a lot of moss so I agreed with the quote (again, competitive estimate).
Finally, 4 hours of work and it made a big difference to my house. Highly recommend their service.
