It was a small project that was more difficult than anticipated. We were replacing a cast iron/porcelain sink that was 18 years in place. Jan had to work hard to remove it and then had to do some routering to fit the new sink. Good job and fair price.
I have worked with Jan several times now and have been happy with his work. He has a vast knowledge in various areas, his quality of work is good, and he is very professional. I especially appreciate that he communicates well and is timely in his responses, his availability and his work. So far, I have used him for electrical work, construction and various handyman projects, all of which were very well done. His billing is fair and he works quickly, so he is a good value as well. Will definitely continue to use him.
Jan, whom we have used several times, is prompt, experienced and reliable. I am not sure there is a job he cannot do. We asked him recently to do some work for us, we were not home, he came, he took care of the task, sent photos. we have future projects for him. His prices all seem reasonable.
