Kris and his team did a fantastic job. The commitment on the date/time was made and they were there. The crew did a great job on pulling the old roof off and putting the new one on. The weather was not very cooperative as it was cold and windy but they hung in there and did not let it stop them.

What an amazing company to work with. Kris has gone above and beyond at every step of what was a massive project. We had hail damage from the storm this spring that led to a full exterior redo (siding, gutters, roof, windows, EVERYTHING OUTSIDE). combine that with a remodel we already had going on and full blown disaster right? Nope! Kris has worked with us and our contractor at every step. Has accommodated time lines that were not hIs, and helped with fixes that had nothing to do with Tri-City Roofing's job. Like many others affected by the hail storm, I needed a new roof. Kris was the only person who didn’t ask to see the insurance report before giving me an estimate. Why is this important? Because he has integrity. He quoted me a fair price rather than try to make as much money as possible. His guys work fast and did a great job. Do not hesitate to contact Kris.

The guys at Tri City are amazing. They came out after the hail storm and did my initial inspection informing me that I would need a complete roof replacement, along with some other repairs that I was unaware of needing to be done. On the day the insurance adjuster came out, Kris the owner and Johnny the adjuster for Tri City met with him personally to advocate for me and to make sure that all damage was covered. They took all the frustration out of my hands and it felt so good to put my trust in them. They have made things with this process easy and stress free. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Kari and the crew at Tri-City fought hard for me to get a full replacement on my roof. Initially my insurance only wanted to do a partial replacement. The Tri-City team all stepped up and got a second inspection done on my roof by my insurance and submitted hundreds of pictures and ended up getting them to do a full replacement of my roof and also brought my decking up to code. I really appreciate all the hard work and dedication in getting my roof replaced.

After a tree fell on my house in the ice storm of 2020 my insurance sent out Tri City to assess my damages. Initially the insurance was only going to pay for some damaged shingles and Kris at Tri City fought them and eventually we were able to have the insurance pay for a whole new roof. Timing was long because of weather and back and forth with insurance but as soon as approvals and payments came through the crew was out fixing the roof. Very satisfied.

My story is a good one! I hired this company to replace the roof of my investment property. The staff was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable about the process and it was suppose to be worry free. Unfortunately, the roof was done on warped decking that could have been covered by my insurance. I reached out to the owner and received a ear to hear about my frustration and a want to fix it. They met me at the property to evaluate the situation, and IMMEDITALY took responsibility for it not being done correctly. Not only did they completely redo the roof and decking, they were also able to speak to my insurance company and the claim was refiled and ALL of the things were fixed and repaired!! The house got small facelift and the overall experience that could have easily been a completely different review turned into someone I would hire again! This company will work with you and help make this as easy as possible!

Matt Yunker was at my house and had my roof repaired less than 24 hours after I called. I had some minor leaks in my roof (not due to Tri-city) and Matt inspected it, found the leaks, explained to me what needed to be done, and fixed it all in one trip. Matt was professional, and took the time to explain to me what had happened to cause the leaks. His experienced manner gave me the assurance that my roof was fixed correctly. We had some missing shingles and I thought we were going to have to file a claim for a new roof. Kris came out and told us it actually just needed a quick repair. We had two other companies that told us we needed a new roof. I appreciate Kris being up front and honest. He could have encouraged us to file a claim like the other companies, but instead he fixed our roof for a reasonable price. We definitely recommend you contact Kris!

Highly recommend! Contacted Kris at Tri-County Roofing to see about having my gutters replaced and he put me in direct contact with his gutter company connection even without us having used his company for our roof replacement. He was professional, responsive, and willing to help me out. The guys were out the next day and completed the job within a couple hours. Couldn’t be more pleased and appreciative!

Overall outstanding experience. Tri City Roofing was referred to me by a neighbor. Kris was very knowledgeable and answered multiple questions I had concerning the process.
