Treasure Valley Exteriors did a great job with the replacement of my exterior window and door trim. I particular appreciated the thoroughness of the sales staff and the walk through with project manager, prior to the project. The crew was very efficient and courteous. I'd most certainly use them again given the opportunity.

Our replacement door looks fantastic! The two man installation crew was on time, respectful, neat and clean, and did an outstanding job. We are very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Treasure Valley Exteriors to our friends.

I recently had Treasure Valley Exteriors paint my house soffits, entire shop and my storage shed and they did a wonderful job. The crew was fast, accurate and courteous.
The price was reasonable too.
Previously a few years ago they installed a metal roof on my house and shop. The place looks wonderful and I get questions about it from the neighbors. I will retain their services again in the future.

From the meeting through the final touches of installation, the TVE crew was a pleasure to work with, honest, and accurate. The final product feels like we bought a new house. We couldn’t be more happy.

Having moved into a home that needed substantial renovation, we tackled the project with vigor. We have had experience with a number of contractors and workers, the latest being Treasure Valley Exteriors who dismantled our rickety patio cover and constructed a magnificent replacement. Eric, the project manager and Apollo the construction manager both were very easy to work with and shared our commitment to excellence. They were timely in completing the project and the end result was fabulous—better than we expected. Some contractors might make a less expensive bid (though Treasure Valley Exteriors did not have the highest bid), but I can't imagine them doing a job equal to what we received. They were responsive to our concerns, worked creatively to design what we wanted, and completed the job in a very reasonable timeframe.
(A note: We intended to install a fan, but we mistakenly thought the electrician could install it after everything was completed, making installing it problematic. Be sure to have an electrician ready before the ceiling is put on.)
In all, we are VERY happy with the outcome. I'd give Treasure Valley Exteriors our highest recommendation.

I had a door with half glass, with a blind in it.. the blind went bad and the service department did a great job of getting a window then putting it in. Great job guys!!

More importantly is that this company does excellent work! Their crew works hard and they are efficient. The clean up was spotless, they are friendly, polite, and respectful just all and all great people. I'd recommend this company any day, in fact I have!

The experience was above anything I could have put together my self. My project had a very aggressive time line and I needed a roof shingled before bad weather set in. In a matter of a couple days my roof was completed.

I had these guys put a new roof on my house a couple years back. I worked directly with the Owner Max. He walked me through the process and delivered everything discussed while going out of the way to address any concerns I had. Recently, I reached back out to Max to document the work done as there was questions from a potential buyer of the house and ventilation. Max met me out at the property and again went out of his way to document and take pictures. He promptly provided me with a report immediately after. I would use Max and his team again without hesitation on my next home. Thanks Max!

Eric was great at explaining all of our options and was always available for questions along the way. Some minor issues came up and they were immediately taken care of. The house looks great and we could not be happier with Eric, Apollo, and his crew.

We had 2 storm doors installed a little over a year ago by Treasure Valley Exteriors. Recently, one of the doors began having an issue with the locking mechanism. I contacted them and they quickly had someone out to fix it. Excellent customer service!

Showed up on time and were constantly cleaning up all debris. I’m so happy with the doors and Michael and his helper were terrific. I appreciate people who are picky about the quality of their work because I am too! Great job!!

Idaho Exteriors replaced our roof in 2017. We purchased an Owens Corning Lifetime Warranty Shingle. The roof is absolutely beautiful. We are completely satisfied with their performance as our roof contractor.
In March 2025, the roof sustained wind damage to the ridge cap. Approximately 20 feet of ridge cap was damaged and rain was forecasted. Idaho exteriors repaired the roof before we realized we should have contacted Owens Corning for a warranty repair. Repairing anything before contacting the warranty holder is not a good idea. Because of this, our warranty claim was in jeopardy of being honored. Idaho Exteriors contacted the Regional Sales Representative for Owens Corning, explained the situation and asked for help to resolve the situation. The warranty was immediately honored. Problem solved. Top notch company. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved working with Treasure Valley Exteriors team for our recent roofing project. From production manager, team lead & the crew, everyone we had interaction with were awesome. Great job overall. Cherie helped us choose our door and Mike led the installation. Any hiccups along the way were gotten around. It took almost a year from the time we first talked, but most all of this was due to the door manufacturer in Medford. The finish on the cherry wood is just what we wanted. Highly recommend them.

I called Treasure Valley Exteriors and they came right out and took care of the problem. It wasn’t under warranty anymore, but Anthony and Albert did a great job figuring out the problem and coming up with a solution.

Treasure Valley Exteriors is by far and away your best and first choice in siding! I needed them to re-side the east and west side of my house in November of 2016. They quoted me an excellent price, and had the job done within a week, answering all my questions along the way. They were able to get the first coat of paint applied before snowmageddon hit, which was a miracle! They came out again in the spring and completed the job to my satisfaction. The siding matched perfectly with the existing siding in the back which didn’t need to be replaced, as well as getting the paint a spot on match to the existing. All in all a great job! Fast forward to 2024. I had a drain pipe freeze and crack behind the siding they installed in 2016. Unfortunately the plumber had to cut through the siding to access the drain pipe, effectively ruining the siding panel. I called Treasure Valley Exteriors and they had the section in stock and delivered the same day by my new best friend Max! And at an extremely reasonable price too! I have a handy man to install, but was assured if that fell through, they could help. I am very pleased with the original customer service, the excellent work, and the above and beyond customer service long after the sale. They take good care of their customers, and anyone contracting with Treasure Valley Exteriors could not do better. Thank you!

Treasure Valley Exteriors installed a new roof for me 9 years ago. They warranty their work for 2 years. Last week I was on the roof and noticed some things that didn't look quite right to me.

I called them and expressed my concerns. Despite their warranty expiring 7 years ago, they sent someone out right away and fixed what was not right, And this was done at no charge to me.

Treasure Valley Exteriors could have hidden behind their warranty and blown me off. Instead, they did the right thing and stood behind their work. WOW! I'M BLOWN AWAY! I now know that I chose the best roof installer in the valley. I highly recommend working with a company you know you can trust. I highly recommend Treasure Valley Exteriors.

I first met Eric Chapman at a home show a few years ago. I called recently to get a quote on some vinyl siding which we talked about at the show. Rob Rapp came out and quoted explaining everything very throughly. I agreed to the work and Eric was assigned as project manager. Working with him was wonderful! We met with Jay the installer and went over every detail of the project before he began so there would be no surprises or confusion. Jay did an amazing job installing the vinyl and associated metal trim. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were amazing. They're coming out tomorrow to install the rain gutters and I'm sure that will be to my complete satisfaction. I can't recomend Treasure Valley Exteriors enough! If you choose them you will be guaranteed to be happy with the results!

The window and door installers Mike & Rick did a great job! Efficient, quality work, and great customer service. I will be calling them back for the other windows and doors that will need replaced. Highly recommend!

We had TVE replace nearly all our windows, a patio slider, and a front door. This was sort of done in the fall of 2023.
Most of the new Cour d'Alene windows wouldn't open, one screen had a nickel sized hole in it and 2 screens didn't fit.
The Provia front door installation was pathetic. The installers left gaps and did a terrible job with the caulking.
I have made many phone calls to request that the windows and doors needed to be fixed. My calls are always cheerfully answered and I am assured that the problems will be addressed soon, but that hasn't happened. I always have to call back and make repeated requests.
The windows were eventually altered so that they do open properly now. The screen with the hole was eventually replaced, but one screen is still too small for the window and the material in 2 screens has waves in them.
Another set of installers came to fix the front door, which made a slight improvement, but there are still gaps in the casing and the caulking colors don't match the door and the casing has since warped in 3 places.
When the 3rd front door installer arrived, I sent him away because I'm tired of wasting time with people who don't know how to properly install a door. I called the main door installer for TVE and asked him to do the repair installation. He refused.
I then called the Provia manufacturer and they sent a rep. I'm still waiting for the front door to be correctly fixed and installed. I do not recommend this company.

I cannot tell you just how pleased I was from start to finish, with the process of selecting the RIGHT color roofing, the RIGHT company to perform the work, and the Stellar Follow Up - to ensure that I was happy with the results of my gorgeous new roof. Max Loringer contacted me to get “the ball rolling”, and walk me through the process. Immediately, Jordan Eslinger had samples at my doorstep to choose the perfect color. Treasure Valley Exteriors took photos to upload them into a 3-D example of what different colors would look like - which made selection easy. Within days, the crew arrived, began the work, and meticulously completed the installation exceeding my expectations. Additionally, the crew did a fantastic job with cleanup and hauling all debris away - and last but certainly not least - they repaired a section of my roof that had leaked for over 15 years !

It tooks nearly 6 month to get a door we bought installed and had to finish the door ourselves. TVE made no effort to assist us in getting the door finished or provide a temporary door so we could have the door professionally finished. Once installed we noticed several stripped screws on our hardware and door lock catches. I called them and our requests fell on deaf ears. They were all helpful until they got PAID in full then will not return phone calls.

TV Exteriors was diligent from the administrative beginning to end on replacing my storm damaged roof. They are a dependable resource.

I’m very happy with my new window! The installers were fast, efficient and tidy. Very pleasant…I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Jay did a beautiful siding job on our house. We also appreciated Treasure Valley Exteriors made sure the job was done before the winter weather arrived.

It was an easy process from the beginning to how beautifully my house turned out. They talked straight and to the point and we got the repairs that needed to be done. The exterior was repaired and able to be painted to last. Sherwin Williams guaranteed paint and I appreciated Eric's honesty and information and constant contact on the job to keep me informed. We had a great experience with TVE, largely due to Anthony’s amazing customer service. He spent a lot of time with us to ensure he understood our roof (leak) project, provided economical and professional solutions, and checked to make sure all was done correctly. We were scheduled two weeks after we paid the deposit, which was super fast considering we can’t get a lot of contractors to even show up. The team did the roof work quickly and installed new gutters. We really enjoyed Anthony’s personality and appreciated his background in construction while he explained ways to make our roof more watertight and longer lasting.

Anthony and the rest of the team at TVE were absolutely wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend them for any exterior projects. I could tell from the beginning that Anthony truly had our best interest at heart and he went above and beyond in making sure we were getting exactly what we needed and at a fair price. In my experience, if you get great service in one area it’s typically lacking somewhere else but that was NOT the case with TVE. The office staff was always quick to respond to billing questions and super friendly and the workers that came out to complete the repairs were incredibly hard working, detailed oriented people! If you want great service, people you can trust, and excellent workmanship then TVE is who you are looking for!

Treasure Valley Exteriors replaced our roof and added gutters about 8 years ago and did a great job. Recently we needed a little help for some minor repairs but we no longer are worth their time. We were told there is a minimum of $3500. Not even a referral to someone who can do the work. Very disappointing

It took several months to get this company to get on the project we hired them to do. They've been way behind schedule and have been very unprofessional and lacking in their communications. When they finally did send people out to do our home improvement project, the whole project was mismanaged. First, Tamera Faster at Treasure Valley Exteriors sent us some shady roofing contractor to do our roof replacement. Holes were punctured into our roofing membrane that resulted in leaks with the first rain. Flashing was installed improperly by their people. And sharp roofing nails were thrown and left discarded all over our yard. Fast forward a bit, we hired a professional roofer and learned the person Treasure Valley Exteriors sent us had done countless things wrong. Next step of our project left plastic trimmings all around on the ground. Sharp nails everywhere in our lawn that our kids could easily get injured on. Building materials left discarded and a big pile of dirt left on our landscaping that has caused our grass to die out. That is just some of our experiences with the workmanship of Treasure Valley Exteriors and the people they subcontract the work out to. So in the end we called Tamera back to complain, she got rude and called us vulgar names and put another one of their secretaries, Alexandra Willems, on the line to handle our complaints. Alexandra wasn't any better to say the least, she said her boyfriend would take care of us, "break a leg," offered us to come meet her and her boyfriend at 1158 E Leigh Field Dr in Meridian 83646 and strangely called us at night from (208) 855-2814 and (828) 396-4593 but left no voice message. We tried to get in reach with the coowner of their company, Max Loranger, but the secretary whoever it was hung up on us immediately. The sent us the invoice for the project from an address 1401 W Ranch Rd, Boise, ID 83702 and wrote they'd file a "mechanic's lien" on our house if we didn't pay the balance. They obviously care nothing about quality and all they see in customers are dollar signs. Our entire experience with this company was bizarre and so we did some research and found the people at Treasure Valley Exteriors have dozens of criminal records, including felonies. We should've also listened to the many bad reviews of this company. Turned out even their roofer who worked on our house, Ricky Baszler is his name by the way, has several felonies including for trafficking heroin. Holy cow!!! Case number CR01-19-36586. Now our bizarre experiences with Treasure Valley Exteriors makes sense. They clearly have lots of drugs problems and they have lots of felonies and criminal records. Avoid Treasure Valley Exteriors like the plague!!!

Update Jan 2025 - Treasure Valley Exteriors declined my requests for repairs and began ignoring my inquiries. Avoid at all cost!!

By far the worst experience I have ever had! In August 2023 I ordered new windows, doors, and a skylight and provided a 2 month estimate for completion. They lost the measurements requiring them to come measure multiple times. 2 months passed with no updates I felt scammed. After countless texts, phone calls, and emails they realized the manufacturing company had “misplaced” my order and began working on it. The window and door install was completely awful and they had to send another crew to cleanup the initial work (made things a bit better but still subpar). They finally “finished” 4 months after I placed my order. See the pictures, I think they say it all. The pictures are of what they left me with. Horrible communication and service, with a staff full of liars.

Treasure valley exteriors helped us to choose windows and a new front door that fit our home and budget. Jamie called every week to update us on our windows and after they were installed she called to make sure everything was okay. We would recommend them to anyone that wants new windows and doors.

We have contacted Treasure Valley several times about our broken window. They told us they would contact the manufacturer, but did not. They gave us the information to turn in the claim ourselves, but it was to the wrong warranty claims service. It has been 4 months of run around with this company to get our window fixed. Before this it took them 2 years to fix our window that was installed with a broken lock. When we had our roof replaced by this company we were told they would install skylights only to tell us a week before install that they don't install skylights. We have talked ti the owner about several of the problems we have had only to be treated like we are the problem and not the customer service we have received. Treasure Valley Exteriors was great when we bought our windows, but their customer service has changed in the last year and a half so much that we will never use them again.
