These guys really know their stuff and worked with us on the budget we had at the time. Because we couldn’t afford to automate the new driveway gates they installed, they made it so we can automate them later when we have the money, that was very important to us.on top of that they installed our dog’s bubble from our other gate at no charge!

I hired Mr. Jimmy Toca with Access Gate systems for the installation of my automatic iron gate for my property earlier this year.
I was not sure what to expect because I have heard horror stories from friends and family members about their experiences with their automatic gate installations performed by other companies.
To say I got lucky in finding Mr. Toca with Access Gate is an understatement. He made the entire installation process of my gate an absolute dream. I’ll be honest, I’m surprised at the reviews here. We’ve had nothing but lackluster customer service. Multiple texts to the owner, rarely responds. Can’t leave a message, because voicemail is always full.

I know this wasn’t a big commercial project or anything, but we spent over $3k for an automated gate system in 2020. Not even a year old, started having issues with it not working correctly. Nearly 2 years later, still having issues. Part was supposedly ordered in early 2021, nearly a year later, we are still waiting. We have been very patient. I don’t care how busy you might be, the lack of communication/follow up is very unprofessional and extremely frustrating.

Those that have had a positive experience, you’re lucky.

My opinion, save yourself the headache, and go with someone else!

Jimmy was great to work with. He stayed in touch throughout the project, which meant a lot when we couldn’t be on site. We are glad we went with his design suggestions which improved our original ideas. He coordinated important details with our electrician and landscaper so that everything came together the way we had planned. We are very pleased with our automatic iron gate.

Jimmy was prompt in returning my call and keeping me updated about his arrival time. He replaced the battery on my Liftgate opener, cleaned the board and did a thorough inspection as well and oiled the chain, etc. I highly recommend Jimmy and Access Gate Systems.

I highly recommend Access Gate System. They did an excellent and efficient job re-connecting my automatic gate after it was damaged due to Hurricane Ida. I did not contact the company that originally installed the system as their knowledge of automatic gates was horrible. It took them months to get my gate operating properly.

Access gate was able reconnect my new gate and get it working properly with absolutely no issues at all. Their customer service was excellent.

I wish I had known of Access Gate Systems when I purchased my automatic gate originally. I surely would have chosen them.

Response to quote request was immediate as was installation of automatic gate. This is a good group to work with.

Access Gate Systems replaced an older remote gate system with a new LiftMaster system. Their work was timely and highly professional. Jimmy is extremely considerate when it comes to accommodating the customer. He called several times, after installation, to make sue that we were satisfied with the product and to inquire if we had any questions.

Jimmy was fantastic! He came out same day to see what we needed, ordered the equipment and then had our motorized gates professionally installed. He followed up to make sure everything was on top shape after. Highly recommend!
