TrailersPlus - Conway, AR

I am absolutely pleased with my new trailer. Went to TrailerPlus there in Conway, told Jeff and Greg exactly what I wanted. They told me they could build it and gave me a price. Jeff called me and told me my trailer was finished to set up time to pick up. They exceeded my expectations! Super nice people to do business with. Will definitely do business with them if I ever need another trailer

Jeff and Timothy are amazing! I especially appreciated the extra attention they took explaining all the details of our new trailer. The extra care they took to be sure the trailer was ready to go upon arrival was impressive. Jeff was very patient as we went through the closing material and instructions while Timothy took extra care with detailing. These guys rock!

Absolutely fantastic experience with these folks. Very knowledgeable! I have practically 0 trailer experience and they were consistently helpful and understanding and I didn't feel belittled or stupid for not knowing things. They also managed to help out after a mechanic wired my towing rig up wrong. Seriously, these folks are rock stars and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

The whole process of purchasing a trailer here was a breeze. Before going to the lot, we did the online pre-approval for financing which helped moved things along quickly. Gregg did an amazing job getting us on the road. My truck had an abnormal tow set and I had the wrong tow ball attached. He jumped through hoops to help us get the correct one for my truck set up.

Thirty years of being in business, this has been by far my greatest experience ever when it comes to customer service. Over at TrailersPlus they have something very special. All of the staff was amazing. The energy was great! Greg was outstanding. From the first email that I sent over showing interest. Greg was there through the entire process making sure that I would be extremely happy. He was very perfessional, patient, kind, well mannered, straight forward, knowledgeable, overly helpful and very humble all at the same time! Another thing that I love about TrailersPlus, every one was very warm and they worked together well helping their fellow members. All in efforts to get me through the process as smoothly as possible. That guy Tim, it's something special about him also . As for Jeff, he definitely made me feel like family. He has a huge heart. Greg, Tim, and Jeff, some of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. I recently went to Trailers Plus to buy an enclosed trailer. Jeff showed me a few different trailers they had and explained some of the differences that you may not notice online. Once I found one that fit my needs we got the ball rolling, and Greg did all of the final paperwork with me. Overall they made the experience pretty straight forward. I would definitely recommend them, and if I ever need another trailer I will go there a second time!
