Kenneth was my main contact person with this company. He introduced some other trades workers and got my home in great shape. Got a new roof vinyl soffits, Covered my facia boards with aluminum garage door trim also. Put new gutters on the house. Had a few adjustments to make to the garage doors, but they were Johnny on the spot came out and adjusted them. Great team to work with always answer your communication thanks guys. Prices were respectable.

I had never had to deal with a damaged roof before but Melody from Tradmark jumped right in and helped with the insurance company adjuster. She was very professional and helped us through the whole process. After the new roof was put on she came out and made sure everything was done properly and made sure we were happy with it. Trademark is the best roofing OKC & Edmond area. I have talk to many others company for my roof but those guys are trying to scam me. They are not honest on the estimate and the work they do. The guy who helping me his name is “Alan Rednose” from trademark is the best guy honest tell me everything i have to know & shows up early after they have done the job clean the area very well. As a home owner i am very happy with the results in everything!

Great experience with a full roof replacement. Bobby Dickerson was professional, didn’t mind our questions being this was our first roof replacement ever, and gave us a great deal. Kylee Crawford was a great project manager to work with, highly recommending . She inspected my roof giving me a quality roof inspection with photos showing me the damage and explained everything clearly to me to warrant filing an insurance claim. She helped me throughout the entire insurance process start to finish. Big help as she went above and beyond even come by in person an extra time to give me clear communication reassurance on some concerns I had from a previous experience with a different company. She made the process very easy and set my mind to ease with moving forward with Trademark.

We had a hail storm come through that damaged our roof. Robert Hurta with Trademark came by and gave us an honest inspection. He met with our insurance and pretty much led us step by step as it was our first time making a claim. Robert is very knowledgeable and honest in what he does. He takes pride in what he does, and went above and beyond for us! He's gone out of his way to help us.
For example, Robert and his crew got our roof done while we were out of state on vacation. Coming home to a huge job well done was awesome! These guys did amazing work and were very thorough. I would highly recommend Robert Hurta with Trademark for any roof repairs or exterior work needed!

Still waiting on completion of job after almost 2 years. My mom continues to have leaks around the skylight which they have come out to repair multiple times. After each rain storm in Lawton, a new leak appears. The flashing on the front of the eave was ripped off during a recent storm and has still not been replaced by Trademark. While they have always been quick to reply and make promises, I am always the one that has to reach back out to notify them of the next issue. Not pleased at all with the work.

Jacob was absolutely incredible to work with. From the first knock on the door to the final shingle nailed down, he handled everything with confidence and transparency. He explained the insurance process in a way that made sense, showed up when he said he would, and genuinely cared about getting us taken care of after the storm. He didn’t pressure us—just presented the facts and let us make the decision. Super professional, but also real and down-to-earth. Highly recommend Jacob if you want someone who actually gives a damn.

I can't say enough good things about Trademark and their professionalism. I hired Trademark to take over as GM to complete work from an insurance claim after running into difficulty with my previous contractor. Our PM, Antonio, was very communicative, honest, and very easy to work with. Trademark completed all of the remaining work in a timely manner and to my highest satisfaction. I absolutely will hire Trademark for all future work.

Bobby has helped us with our roof numerous times. Most recently we had about half our roof replaced and they did a great job in a timely manner. He made time to be here when the adjuster came to ensure the insurance company took note of all damage. We appreciate him and his team! Highly recommend!

I had an indivdual from this company come to my house and wanted to inspect my roof. I live in Mustang which requires all solicitors to get a permit and receive a list of addresses that they cannot go to. This company like most roofing companies does not care about following city ordinances or think they don't apply to them. I have checked with the city and was told that any solicitor including roofers wanting to inspect your roof is required to get a permit.

David and his team did such an amazing job on my home! His crew came on time every day, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. They also did some exterior painting and did a great job. About 6 months later, I needed a piece of siding fixed and David got someone out the same day to fix it within hours. Overall, I was so pleased with the job they did and only have positive things to say! Thank you!

Antonio Velazquez represents the very best work ethic and care for the performance of his staff and all his helpers. He and his crew finished taking off the old roof, gutters, and everything damaged by two hailstorms in a row. They worked efficiently and with purpose and safely, mindful of the others on the project. Antonio helped the project go very smoothly as I had a solar array which also had been damaged. He timed the workers perfectly. The first crew came and took down the damaged gutters and solar array. The next crew came the next day begin the actual removal of the damaged shingles and began hauling the bundles of new shingles as the old ones went into a huge dump truck. He arranged to have extra crew members to help when needed and I was totally amazed that the whole project took only 2 days including having the solar array completely up and working. Every worker did their jobs and I never heard a cross word or any language like when I had to have my old roof repaired in 2017. I'd give Antonio 10 stars, but that wasn't an option in this so I'll just say if I was someone looking to do roofing or any kind of restoration on my home, I'd call Antonio Velazquez without a doubt.

My experience with Trademark was as smooth and painless as it could possibly be for getting my roof & vents/gutters replaced due to a hailstorm! Melody was so friendly and helpful, patiently answering all my questions and explaining the process along the way. She made sure to be there when the insurance adjustor came out, also, since I was unfamiliar with what to have them look at and what questions to ask. The work crew was also amazing. They worked hard and efficiently, and did a great job picking up the little pieces of debris and nails afterwards. I also really appreciated that, while the crew played music, they were respectful of the neighbors and kept it at a reasonable volume! Those guys worked a long day, and I appreciated it very much! Trademark did the original roof on our home. A few months in we had a strange anomaly on one section, probably a shingle defect exacerbated by the wind. they instantly fixed that no issue and knocked out some edge repair from wind too.

On Nov 3 a tornado severely damaged my home of 21years. I called Charles Provost of Trademark Exteriors to come and take a look. He took control, got my home boarded up from the onslaught of rain. He and his team then proceeded to tear my home down to the studs and rebuild for me. This last Saturday I moved back into my home and can’t believe how gorgeous and well crafted it is. I am one of the first back in my home thanks to Charles and his crew. I cannot be happier and pleased with their work. I highly recommend for any home needs!!

We had a great experience with Trademark and the work they did on our home. Both my wife and I work from home and after the September 2024 hail storm our life was hell for months dealing with the constant calls and knocks about our roof.

We were forced to install no soliciting signs in an effort to reduce the distractions, and to some extent they worked.

Unfortunately, some folks seem to ignore our efforts in keeping a productive work environment and insist on knocking/ringing anyway.

We were visited for a third time in only a week this afternoon by someone representing Trademark Exteriors - who like the others before them seem to be having a difficult time reading. We have multiple NO-SOLICITING signs posted in clear sight but those were ignored as these representatives approached and rang the doorbell anyway.

It always baffles me when companies think we will do business with them after blatantly ignoring our wishes. Let's put it this way - If I were to hire you and I picked a shingle color, will you just ignore that too, and then install whatever you want? I mean it's a pretty simple concept, I put a sign up that says DO NOT DO SOMETHING, and one might think, hey, that guy doesn't want us to do that. But no, lets go with an alternate strategy by ringing the door anyway, getting the dog to bark, pissing off my wife who was in a conference call, and maybe with all that fun we will somehow hire you folks...

I met Alan Rednose through my neighbor and was having issues with another company he took the time to explain the process of everything I definitely recommend using him & trademark for any home repairs.

Did a great job on our roof replacement, got scheduled quickly and the job was also done quickly. Michelle was always available to answer any questions about the process, especially regarding anything insurance related and took the hassle out of dealing with it. Should we ever need these services again we know who we’re calling!

We can have some pretty brutal weather here but when it came time to get my roof repaired Priscila Brayn, independent contractor, was just wonderful. She took care of everything with the insurance. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had in regard to the replacement. They were able to get the roof done in one day and the gutters were installed on the next day. Trade mart got my roof and gutters on quickly. Brandon Parsons was good to work with and ensured things went smoothly.

From start to finish our project manager, Mike Armstrong was there every step of the way. From the initial contact with Trademark, to dealing with our insurance Mike was involved and making the process very easy. The new roof and gutters are top notch quality. I will use Trademark and Mike for future roofing needs.

Our farmers insurance sucked. Huge depreciation because our roof is 11 years old, they paid less than half of what our roof would cost leaving us to have to cough up the remainder. Craig worked hard and diligently to get the bill down as low as he could so we wouldn’t have to be out of pocket so much, I believe they still took a loss. But, they did a great job. Everything arrived right when they said it would arrive. They showed up early and they finished by four and cleaned up the mess they made even some they didn’t. If you need a roofer, don’t hesitate to call Craig Adair with trademark. I’m sure he would work just as hard for you as he did for us. Thanks, Craig we really appreciate all your hard work!

Got the roof done in a timely manner but did not put the gutters back on the house properly because they were supposed to be getting replaced soon. Anytime there is some decent wind the gutters just bang against the house repeatedly. 5 months later, several calls, and emails and our gutters are still not attached to the roof properly and have no idea when they will be replaced. Have tried emailing, calling, texting to get ahold of people and there is minimal communication back from them.

Michael has always taken great care of my clients on their roof replacements and now I know firsthand that they do a great job. My roof was just replaced and Michael made the process easy. He was very patient with me when I had trouble deciding on the shingle type and color. The crew showed up when expected and they took great care to protect my pool & pool equipment, as well as everything in the flower beds. I really appreciate how Michael kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done correctly.
