I called Townsend Roofing to get a quote for a roof replacement on our family home in Philadelphia, MS, and I was very impressed by how fast Mr. James Townsend got back to me with a quote. Not only did Mr. Townsend provide me with a very fair quote, he also answered my multiple phone calls regarding materials, scope of work, and an estimated completion date. I was a little concerned about the weather leading up to the date of work, but so was Mr. Townsend and he assured me that they would not start unless they were 100% sure the rain would not be a factor. I was glad to see that Mr. Townsend shared my concerns. Townsend Roofing started the work as planned and on schedule. Unfortunately, I was unable to be there during the work because I was stuck at an airport due to a systemwide Microsoft IT outage that affect airlines and businesses, but my family was around to observe. Mr. Townsend sent me several messages with pictures regarding the roof work and progress each step of the way leading up to completion. I must say that I was truly impressed by how Mr. Townsend connected with me as a customer, and equally impressed by the roof after it was completed. Townsend Roofing did an amazing job!!
They came out super fast and held up to everything they promised. Will is very friendly and did a good job explaining my options!
Townsend roofing is wonderful!! I 10/10 recommend to everyone! They got my awning for my back patio put in, in 2 days after meeting with someone from there three days before! Great with responding, communication was always spot on, and we love the awning!!
