We had an ongoing issue with a small leak in the roofing for one of my restaurants and when I asked friends for a recommendation, they told me about TSR. The guys came out and fixed a couple of spots in the roof within 48 of when I called. The liked being able to talk with the guys doing the work and getting their insights about my older roof, and answering my many questions thoroughly. The other thing that is just soooo valuable is a company that communicates and follows through as great as they did! In my experience with this small project they have been well organized on every touch point, and followed through with every part of their promises. Total professionals could also be the name of the company from my experience.
Now I know why they come so highly recommended.

Ten or twelve years ago TSR replaced the flat portion of my roof. When I called them for a proposal on a total roof replacement this summer, they said that the only part of the roof that needed replacing was the sloped shingle portion and that the flat roof work from a decade ago was still in good shape. Additionally, I was having the gutters replaced (at the time I didn’t know TSR also does gutters). TSR worked with the gutter contractor so that the work done by each dovetailed. The TSR installers were professional, prepared and, most importantly, very safety conscious. The estimate was for a single day of work, but complications arose and instead of “pushing” to complete the work in one day, they opted to keep the quality high and return the following day to finish the installation. The only thing they needed from me was a single 120V outlet. This is the second time I’ve used TSR and I doubt that I will ever use anyone else for roof work.
