Not good business wise. My bad experience was, the guy over the job would work against me with my claim adjuster, like it was her home. Had me to pay 1,000 deductible to the company and not my insurance company. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone I know. Oh plus had me to sign a contract that if I couldn't pay, they could take our house. He made it such a big deal like we weren't going to pay. It came down to us selling my husband's truck to pay our deductible. To prove this company is bogus, I told the guy we could pay on the 1st when we got our disability check. He acted real nasty! We sold the truck which hurt us... He still didn't get the money until the 1st so what was the hurry. Damn shame. I'm not giving a good review

Total roofing Solutions & Construction, LLC replaced the front part of our roof, repaired other roof problems, and replaced eleven windows. All jobs were very professional, done in a timely fashion, and quite affordable. We couldn't have been more pleased!

We had our patio installed and are very happy with it. It looks really good and the quality is good. They really stand behind their company as well. Carter was with me every step of the way and kept me informed on everything. Even checked in with me afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. I had severe damage to my home from a hailstorm including a shattered window and dented garage door that needed to be replaced. I searched for a local, certified roofer online and was fortunate to find Total Roofing Solutions. The contractor was professional, honest, well-organized and on top of things. Communication was excellent, always letting me know what and when repairs would be done.

A segment of our business is involved with renovating homes and often times replacing a roof, so I have dealt with many roofing companies over the years. I was referred to total Roofing solutions from a trusted friend of mine. Total Roofing sent their associate Todd to evaluate my roof, I was impressed by little aspects of their professionalism which is unheard of in this industry. Being prompt and on time for appointments, having actual samples to show (many roofers ask you to look online at shingles they offer) and of course pricing that includes top quality building materials (many roofers just buy the cheapest materials as their customers pick a shingle color and all the other materials are simply bought at cheapest possible value and the homeowners is unaware). A good company doing honest good work! I do not write many reviews but this company was worth it!

Company came as a recommendation, and was not disappointed. Had them come out and check out some storm damage on my roof, and they worked with me on getting the roof and decking fixed up. They showed up in a timely manner, got everything handled and cleaned up.

After I had hail damage, Total Roofing Solutions replaced my roof and sub-contracted repairs to screens and my fence. They also worked with my insurance company and made the whole process very easy. John Smolnik, their consultant, was really helpful, personable, and on top of everything. I couldn't have asked for it to go better.
