Total put hurricane windows in our porch. I couldn’t believe how professional and dependable they were throughout the entire project. They would always give us a heads up when they were coming and were there exactly on time. We had gotten a referral from a couple other homeowners and now I can see why. The job looks great and we are 100% satisfied.

Total Home Improvements updated our kitchen lighting, refaced our fireplace, and installed hardwood flooring for us. They are very professional and responsive. We are super happy with all the updates they did for us!

This is our first home renovation and so glad we chose Total Home Improvements. The quote was unbeatable and the end cost was within the quoted price. The entire staff was so helpful right from the beginning and throughout the whole process. Russell and his crew are very skilled and made us feel at ease as we could see their work was exceeding our expectations. This is the first time we've worked with total home improvements. We did a an addition to the the main bedroom. We added a closet and a bathroom. They were very informative, very professional. They were able to get the job done and the time frame that we needed it done.

My wife decided it was time to update our bathrooms upstairs, after 3 estimates Total offered the best of everything!! The pricing was the best but the main reason we chose them was we felt involved in each step of the process. The other companies wanted us to do all the leg work without any knowledge or expertise!! It is complete and we love the finished product!!

Total Home Improvements (THI) replaced all twenty-three of our 46 year old windows with brand new Andersen replacement sashes. This was the recommendation of the sales agent, Kenny Brown, which saved us money versus complete window replacement. The THI installers did a great job and completed the installation in 2 days. THI answered all our questions and backs the products with a two year warranty on parts and labor, followed by a 10 year Andersen warranty. Kenny Brown and the entire THI team were extremely easy to work with and I highly recommend them for any home improvement project.

We had THI changing our front door and storm door. This job is the second the company has done for us. We chose them because they are very professional, reliable, and deliver high-quality work. They accommodated our request and provided a variety of options. They adjusted to our schedule as well. Again, we are very pleased with the results.

Everyone I encountered was very helpful and friendly. Anyone I asked a question about the floor replacement in my living room answered my questions. The best part is that they came in under the original estimate.

We engaged Total Home Improvements to replumb and retile our master shower. From the first appointment to the last, they were professional and courteous. They were accommodating to our rather picky scheduling requests and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. They were very punctual, professional, and on time with Giving a quote to do work on my home. But the little bit of work that I wanted them to do, They wanted almost $17,000 for. The material wouldn’t have been but a couple thousand dollars, but I guess the other 15,000 was labor. Respectfully said have a nice day. Kenny, estimator, was very helpful and professional. Would recommend them for full-blown renovation as they do have a great reputation

In January we had experienced a home disaster with a tree falling into our house. We were dealing with the insurance company and we chose Total Home Improvement for our complete home remodel/repair. They did an outstanding job. We expected 9-12 months for this repair but Total did it in 4-5 months. They worked with us - helping us create our dream home. Gene, Kristi and Vinny were wonderfully attentive to our phone calls, requests and needs. The quality of the work is also worth noting. Pricing was fair and very reasonable for the quality of work. All employees were very helpful and available whenever we called. We would highly recommend them for any of your home projects or repairs.

We hired THI for a large in-law addition. From our very first meeting to the last we were extremely impressed with THI. Prior to starting the project we received the most detailed estimate and were talked through every amount. They were the most upfront and detailed out of all the companies and contractors we met with. Once we got started, our day-to-day contact (Rob) was great to work with. He communicated with us weekly, was respectful, and stayed on top of everything. If we ever had questions or concerns, we could call or text him and would have answers ASAP. We were also impressed with the workers who came out to work on the project. They were all very respectful and just nice people. Would 100% recommend THI to any friends or family and will be the first call we make for future projects.

We used THI to enlarge a bedroom (no plumbing involved!). We were very pleased with the results: 8 weeks from start to finish (even though our contract was for 12 weeks), amazing foundation/parging, framing, siding, roof, electrical, painting. Our sales rep was great about answering our questions before work began. We had some communication difficulties with our first project manager but his replacement was fantastic! Workers were respectful of our yard and our home. Second manager made sure we knew when sub-contractors and inspection people were scheduled - and each one showed up exactly when scheduled. Overall we are very pleased with THI.

First let me say that everyone I worked with was super friendly. I have worked with this company before and got good service. A lot has changed in five years. The man who helped me with the purchasing has since retired. He would pick me up and take me to the places I needed to go. Everything was laid out. This time I had to drive myself to the places and was told to just look through stuff until I found what I wanted. That was very stressful for me. Pictures of items like toothbrush holders, lights, and mirrors were e-mailed to me for my approval. Last time I was taken to brick-and-mortar stores to actually see and handle these things.
My bathroom was gutted January 29. It is now April 20, almost twelve weeks later, and I still don't have shower doors. I never knew when they were coming. Three times I was told they would be there, and no one showed up to work. Four times they showed up, and I didn't know they were coming. Sometimes they would show up and work as little as thirty minutes. Every morning, I would wonder if they were coming that day or not. I don't want to go through that again.
I said I wanted a tall toilet, but the one they put in was so tall that my six-foot two-inch grandson couldn't reach the floor. During the final inspection I mentioned how tall it was, but there was no offer to correct it. As soon as they left, I went to Lowe's, bought a new one, and had someone install it.
I have a three-bedroom rental that needs to be painted and carpeted. The bathroom and kitchen need to be completely remodeled. Will I have Total Home Improvement do the job?
Absolutely NOT. They take too long and are extremely pricey.

We are very happy with all of the work that THI did for us over the past few months and are reassured by their 2 year warranty on all of the work. From beginning to end our experience was great. We especially want to commend Neil who was our project manager, his crew and all of the subcontractors. We recommend them highly.

Company did a total front of house remodeling! The look is absolutely wonderful. It was like being in a totally new home. Great compliments from neighbors and friends. They consistently communicated the changes and made sure that we were happy with the work as they proceeded.

We contracted Total Home Improvements to build a deck extension on our screen porch. They gave us a schedule at the beginning of the job and hit all the dates. We had a couple of issues that were taken care of promptly. We got an excellent explanation on the warranty on the final walk through on the job. I would recommend this company very highly.

We love our newly renovated bathroom! We had a wonderful experience start to finish. The work was well done and we were kept informed every step of the way. The managers, designers, trades people, crews, and office staff were awesome - all talented, professional, and kind. The warranty is great. We will definitely use them again.

THI replaced 17 windows in my home. They made the process easy from beginning to end, and the crew that was here for 4 days was very courteous, and did an excellent job. They did a great job cleaning up daily, and at the end of the job. The Project Manager was on point checking to make sure the job was going as planned. I would highly recommend THI for your home improvement needs.

I called and Matt Stuffel came and listen to me as to what I wanted done. He came back with plans with everything I wanted. I had 2 bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom added on. Plus I had the same flooring installed in the rest of the house. Russell Lands was wonderful. Stayed on top of everything. I never had to worry about a thing. The job turn out beautiful. I would recommend Total Home Improvements to anyone wanting to addon or just remodel.

We had all floors changed to laminate flooring, kitchen remodeled and bathrooms about five years ago. About two years ago the tub in out upstairs hallway got a crack which was obvious underneath and they would not fix. I had to save up $ to replace and unfortunately as I requested Noone took pictures to prove it however the mortar was not done properly and something else.

Everything about Total was awesome, from the first phone call to the first estimate visit to the completion of the addition. They followed every direction written in the contract, sequential events went by very rapidly, everything was high quality, couldnt have asked for a better contractor. Will use again. Highly recommend Matt Stuffel and his crew, although everyone I interacted with at Total was excellent.

I have never done business with this company, however I have had a personal experience with the white lady with blonde hair who either works for them or is an owner. Based off of her actions and personality I would not suggest anybody give money to this company, take your hard earned money to a company who is run by decent people.

Matt and his team helped with many projects. Their work came out great and they had the expertise to fix unanticipated problem that arose during construction. Highly recommend.

Neil Marshall is an outstanding Project Manager but an even better person. He kept the skilled craftsmen on point while paying close attention and respect to our home and our needs.

Neil owned the project from day one to its completion. As a retired Colonel, I value a person who accepts responsibility and backs his words with his actions. Outstanding character.

The demo crew, floor crew and painters were on point and top notch. Our final result is what Neil promised and delivered. High end price but high end work.

Total Home Improvements recently repaired and installed drywall and painted our bonus room. They also installed a new doorway between a bathroom and a bedroom. This included drywall, electrical, and painting work.

We were very disappointed with the professionalism and communication . We had work done by them several years ago and was very pleased but this time it was completely different. They had 6to 7 workers show up to look at the job which was a front door installation ended up with 4 different people working on it . They never let us know when they were coming or leaving it took two weeks to install the front door . Never finished the painting on the trim and never showed up for a final walk-through. We will never use this company again .

We recently worked with THI to convert our screened porch to a 3-season room. The also did a powder room remodel for us. They are a fantastic group to work with and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. We highly recommend this company.

Some very nice people working here. I broke down and happened to pull over. In their lot with my dogs on a hot day. While waiting for a mechanic they were nice enough to bring out two large bowls with ice water for the dogs. Was much appreciated and made a rough time a little bit less.

Extremely happy with the renovation project we did with Total! All of their associates were professional and friendly, subcontractors who came to our house were as well. They took our vision and turned it into a plan, and executed. We will use them again in the future!

In the fall of 2022, we hired Total to add a sunroom to the back of our house, deck, new roof, and install lofted shelves in our garage. Total willingly took on the large project and worked with us to create plans for each area. They listened to all of our concerns and were willing to accommodate our needs and requests for each area. Total drafted the plans for the deck/sunroom and provided samples of all materials and pictures of what the loft in the garage would look like prior to starting the project. The Total team was very easy to work with, polite, professional and on time. If any concern arose, they gladly listened to us and were able to quickly find solutions. Overall, Total was committed to providing the best service for us and they wanted to create a sunroom and deck that we would use for years to come. The team just finished our project. They kept to the schedule and to the cost we were briefed on at the start. Our project manager (Benny) was incredibly responsive and always kept us updated. They came by for an estimate and then came back for a pre-construction meeting to make sure the salesman, foreman, installer and myself were all on the same page as to what work would be done. I have used this company for all my remodeling projects for 5 years and they have never done anything but exceptional work. I always recommend them to anyone who asks.

THI removed an old tub and installed a tile shower. Thankful for the help picking out the tile and hardware. The tile work is fantastic and it turned out exactly how I envisioned. I would definitely use THI for future projects.

My experience with THI was great. Matt and Russell were both very professional. My bathrooms look great!! They are not fast, but deliver quality work.

We needed a sloping front porch pad, porch rails and support posts replaced. Total bid a fair price, even with material scarceness and rising costs. In addition, when demo'ing the old pad, the concrete was three to four times the expected thickness, taking three times as long to remove - no extra charge. The final results are perfect and completed on-time. These are great people to deal with, very professional. I've recommended them to neighbors for all sorts of work.

THI provided shell construction of a 12x20 brick addition. The final product is superb. Our desire was that the addition look like an original part of the house. THI helped to match the brick patterns and shingles ... installation of brick/mortar and shingles is seamless. Company was professional and kept us up-to-date on schedules. Tony, the on-site manager, was quick to answer questions and accommodate a change order. Overall, very happy with the process and product.

Total Home Improvements breached my contract, and refused to honor the warrantee. I complained online, and they responded publically that they will honor my 5 year warrantee. When I contacted them about thier post, they hung up on me when I mentioned my name. They will not even give me a reason they will not honor the contract or the public post.
The work they did was so bad, that shower tiles fell off the wall. They also informed me that the bathtub will not hold water due to the way they installed it. I asked them why they would install a tub withought bottom supports. They then walked off the job. I still have no bathub, and have mold in the shower.
They got fined by the city and state for not getting a permit. They emailed me that they do not need a permit. When the electrical inspector looked at the job, he saw about 7 violations that were safety concerns and fire hazzards. This is why they should get a permit. They left live wires running on the floor.
If this is the kind of work and service that you want, don't say that I didn't warn you.

Unprofessional and poor customer service. Ken came to my home 4 times over the course of 3 months to gather information and measurements for a kitchen renovation. Never once did he state that they don’t do new cabinets. After patiently waiting several weeks after his last visit, I was suddenly told the owner said I’d be better off with a cabinet company. This was disrespectful of my time. I will gladly go with the other contractor who truly provides a “total home” service.

Great business to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Matt on a recent home project. He was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The work by Total Home Improvements is excellent and I think it adds value to our home. I would recommend Total Home Improvements and look forward to working with them on future home upgrades.

Remodeled master bath. Removed existing fiberglass shower insert and replaced with tile. Chris was project manger, Kristie the decor advisor and Matt the contractor. All very professional and responsive. Kristie was awesome with tile selection and color- trust her. Project on time and on budget. 100% happy! Highly recommend.

This company does nice work, but the work does not last and with only a 2 year warranty when the tile needs to be grouted after less than 5 years, then you have wonder about the work the company does. Now you have pay to get the tile grouted again. So if you pay this company the work does not last.

Hello, I am pleased to see that some people had a good experience with this supplier. I was not so fortunate. I hired this company to do a relatively small job at my house, something that would take one or two days to do. Well, when they were done, I inspected their work and found several serious discrepancies. They came back to fix those. I inspected again and found they didn't fix the discrepancies very well, and I discovered additional concerns. They came back a second time, and again didn't do so well for me. I ended up arranging with others to re-do most of their work. I hope my experience was a one-off, and that your results are better than mine.

Saw truck with this logo when waiting for food outside a restaurant. Took the number cause I needed work done. Until I noted the only person standing around the front without a mask on was the guy that walked back to that truck. I don't need a side of plague with my work. Wanted to warn anyone that would use them that they clearly don't care about if they spread danger if they can't wear a mask around groups.

The Total Team was excellent from the first contact. Chezarae knew exactly what Jeff was looking for! Chris, John and Spud were always professional. John and Spud were thoughtful when it came to putting their walkway over our pergula. We are 100% pleased with their performance...will call them first from now on!

I had storm damage to my house from the recent hurricane. I called total home improvement and spoke to a very nice receptionist who scheduled my appt. for someone to come out and evaluate the damage and give me an estimate. The day before my appt. I get a phone call saying, sorry the person you scheduled the appt with didnt realize we weren’t taking on jobs right now and they cancelled on me and couldn’t refer me to anyone else. So here I am with my house getting worse and worse becuae they didn’t disseminate information out to employees and they couldn’t refer me to someone else.

On time and always very prompt returning any questions I had both during the construction phase and after I moved in. My independent home inspection didn’t find a thing to fix or correct, adding assurance that my home purchase was money well spent.

THI has done all of home improvements for many years! Always a fabulous job. They take the time to discuss all of our options and truly make sure we are always happy with the final outcome. Thank you Randy Firth & everyone at THI for keeping our home safe, sound and pretty!

Although this was a relatively small job, the replacement of two exterior doors, THI provided full service. Based on other home improvements we have experienced, THI pricing was very reasonable. An onsite meeting with the project manager prior to signing any paperwork provided all the details of what we could expect during and after the job. We are totally happy with the work performed and the people that came to our home. We would definitely recommend THI to anyone that asked.

We recently had a sunroom added on to our house by Total Home Improvements and were impressed with their pricing, quality of work, and reliability. We had gotten multiple quotes prior to the project - Total Home Improvement priced every detail for us so we knew exactly what we were getting. They were able to match our existing windows/crown molding/floors/etc. Once the project started they were reliable in their work, and kept to the schedule they had initially given us. Our production manager, Kenny, was always coming over to check on the progress, kept us informed of any issues (of which there were one or two minor ones that were quickly taken care of), and made sure everything was just as we had wanted. The quality of construction was excellent and we are thrilled with our room. Do not hesitate to use Total Home Improvement for any of your needs.. we will never use anyone else!
