Our whole process was smooth, easy, and efficient. Jonathan and his team are great with communication and updates. I am so so happy with our bathroom. Our tile is perfect, and I’ve never been more excited to shower!

While we were initially told it could be months before Total Home Improvement had availability, John surprised us by sending out a crew super quickly to replace the beams holding our deck up. They built it right by pouring a concrete footer that extends above the ground level with a bracket on top. Not only that, but the guys worked non stop from sun up to sun down. Our neighbors were so impressed, they asked us for their information .

I had several projects done by this business. Owner is very personable and professional. Quality was very good and reasonably priced. When I had some corrections they were addressed to my satisfaction. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the communication wasn't always easy. But I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Jonathan and his team were extremely professional. Jonathan came by daily to check on the progress of the job(interior painting). Always addressed any questions/concerns. He even helped us address another problem we had ongoing for years.
I'm already planning to have Jonathan and his team take care future projects.

Very impressed with Total Home Improvements! I had a sagging living room ceiling that needed more support. John came out and looked at the problem to get an idea of what path they should take for repair. They ended up installing a 650 lb. Steel beam and drywalling around it. It turned out great as there is no more sag and the upstairs bedroom floor is sturdy as can be. There are not alot of companies that would have took on that kind of job, but they did and did it the right way. They met with engineers to determine how big of a steel beam was needed and made sure everything was done to code. Pure attention to detail craftsmanship!

Had total home improvement partly redo my hallway bathroom. In our contract they did plumbing for the shower, install tub and frame, and two frames for more walls, and wall covering up to 100sq ft. Price was reasonable for the work but not the quality. While the bosses of the workers were responded to some of our concerns. The workers work is not worth the money I spent. For given I had bought most materials and due to a miscommunication they did do the drywall besides the ceiling without charge. Make sure to ask many question for the contract and making sure everything you discussed with them is on there otherwise they might forget to put it on the contract as that’s what happened to us. Workers used my tools and ruined my blade- they did give me a refund for the blades. The hardie backer I also got refunded due to most of them being damage when the worker put it up on the shower walls. I had a few drywall needing patching which I have to fill myself. The frame on my one wall they built is not finish and they had drywall hung- having one side drilled into the beam of the new wall and the other portion sitting on my air pipe with no support. I paid them anyways as it wasn’t worth getting them to understand the concern as “it was such a small job and my expectations are too high” according to Robert.

The photos are from the wall frame that wasn’t finished and the hardie backer wasn’t evenly put in. I know they also didn’t use a stud finder so I am going around and redoing some work and took the loss instead.

I have a 2 star rating as some communication was there between John and Robert but as the workers for the quality of their labor I would give a 1 star

Total Home Improvements did a wonderful job of turning our vision into reality. We needed a small office in our home and decided to floor off our two-story foyer to make it happen. It turned out beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased with the work that they did. Everything was done in a professional and efficient manner. We love our new home office!

Great people who do awesome work. They were able to replace my firedoor connecting the house to the garage as well as other home repairs to get my home ready to sell. The price was great and they took care of everything for me across country!

Total Home Improvements did a beautiful job adding a handicapped accessible ramp to our office while disguising it from the street view as an attractive deck. Worth every penny!!

These guys (Jon and Robert) are amazing and they do quality work. I had serious household leaks in my bathrooms and on the ceilings, more than five contractors and home repairers have attempted to fix the leaks during the last two years but could not. When I met and showed Jon and Robert the leaks, they promised to provide a lasting solution and they did. Thank you Jon and Robert. You guys truly saved my home.

Jon helped me create a water feature and build and install new screens on many windows in our home. He also repaired a cupboard door, the back door garage door and a front door lock.
