Somehow this company stole my credit card information and illegally processed a payment! I reported it to my credit card company the day I saw the email regarding the fraudulent charge. After reporting the charge to my bank, I called up the business (it was around 2am local time - mind you, I’m currently in Europe and the time was around 8am) not expecting an answer. This dude answers all bright and cheerful, real bizarre. I told him that his company fraudulently charged my card and that I reported it. He asked me if I ever done work with his company, and I told him no, never! I told him I’m not even in the country at the moment. Then he said oh, uhhh okay well I haven’t worked under this business name in 5 year and haven’t had a credit card machine since then. So why did you ask if I ever done work with you company? Then he told me to call back at around 8am local time as the only reason he was at the office at 2am was to do some paper work, and we can try to resolve this in the morning. I don’t give benefit of the doubt, but I called and he’s been ignoring the phone calls. Anyway, this has been reported to the card company, FTC and when I visit the states again soon, to the police. AVOID!

I had a pipe burst underneath my house and needed some siding and joist ripped out to get to it. I called total exteriors to get a quote on the repairs- Dana showed up the next morning, gave me an extremely reasonable quote on the repairs, and got them done that afternoon, working well into the dark to make sure the job was finished.

We had our roof replaced by Dana Mickelson of Total Exteriors 10 years ago. At the beginning of September 2021 we noticed a water stain from a roof leak on our kitchen ceiling. Dana was called on Labor Day. He said he would come by later that afternoon as he would be in the neighborhood. He did not come by nor did he call. After multiple attempts to reach him by phone with voice mails as well as by multiple emails he has totally ignored us. We wanted his expert opinion since he installed the roof 10 years ago. If you are thinking of having Dana install your new roof think hard. If there’s a problem, he may not respond to you.

Addendum to my previous review from 10/3/21.
After posting my review Dana contacted us the next day and apologized for not having returned our calls or emails saying that he is understaffed and overwhelmed right now. He inspected the roof and found no defects in the product or workmanship but mentioned that he felt the leak may be coming from a window above it. Although not responsible for taking it a step further he came back in a few days to pull the siding from around the window looking to find the problem. Although he did not definitively find the source of the leak we were pleased with his willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you Dana.

Total Exteriors replaced the roof on our home. After interviews with 7 contractors, we choose them based on the interview, cost/value and previous work done in our neighborhood. Turned out to be a stellar choice. Everything went right. The job was completed on time and beautifully. Job site left clean. Very easy to work with, responsive and thoughtful. Great crew. Happy to recommend.

Called Dana about some issue’s with my home and was out to look at the project the same day. Was able to complete the project day of the call and was extremely affordable. Highly recommended and will be using him again.

Will call again easy to work with. I called an asked if they would replaced my bathroom vanity and vanity top because it had leaked for years and the vanity was falling apart.
Not only did they come out within a few hours and had the job complete the same evening. They removed all of the water damaged building materials and replaced everything. Looks great and can't beat the price.

Great bunch of hardworking guys. I highly recommend Total Exteriors, Danna and his team came a reroofed our home found rot in places I didn't know existed. They fixed it all for a great price.

Made two appointments for a quote, never got confirmations for either, or answered the phone when I tried to confirm the day of. They never showed up to either of the appointments! No follow up calls either. I've called several times and left voicemails, no return calls. Just terrible customer service.

I was referred to Total Exteriors by a friend as id recently had my basement refinished. Quickly and promptly the owner of Total Exteriors got back to me and came to address the problem before much more damaged was caused. His workers were very neat and professional while doing some basement waterproofing for me..no more water or leaks and they left the job better than before they came!.very impressed with their professionalism and would recommend to all with water problems in your basement..
