I can't say enough about how my experience with the ladies in this company positively affected my family's life. I am a self reliant widow and involuntary single parent of three. I do my best, always navigating through a lot of BS artists wiith predatory intentions who assume I'm an idiot. It's the worst feeling. When Amy Duckworth and Patti showed up wanting to take a look at my roof, the vibe was 100% different than what I got from every other company. They treated me with such compassion, I was immediately impressed. It took a ton of dogged determination and work on their part to get my roof paid for by my insurance company, who assured me many times over that they weren't paying. Well, they ultimately did. Because of the efforts of Amy Duckworth and Patri, they paid. And because of them, the integrity of our home is one less thing I have to worry about. I highly recommend if you are looking for genuine people who will make sure you get done right!!

Jay was amazing on helping me from the beginning, especially with the insurance and I can be a procrastinator and would probably be still waiting on the insurance if it was not for Jay keeping on top of things. They were there when the insurance sent their appraiser to check and see if they would pay for the job and I really believe that made a difference. The workers that did the job were also very efficient and did a great job in a timely manner. Overall I am very happy with Total Care Roof and Restoration and highly recommend them and Jay!

The name says it all! Total care at every turn. Ray really does a great job communicating and keeping you informed all the way through the project. Got an insurance company being difficult? If you've been denied coverage by your insurance company, call these guys! They will get you covered! A completely new roof and all I have to pay is my deductible!? Completely blown away! My door was knocked on and a friendly smile greeted me at the door. He introduced himself and asked my name. He was very respectful and shook hands with me. We talked for a bit and he asked if I would like a free roof inspection. Sadly, I’m renting so the landlord would have to approve it.
