Tornado Alley was professional throughout the entire process. They redid our shower area with no issues. Everything works exactly as it should. They were also one of the few companies that were willing to just redo the shower area and didn't push to do the entire bathroom.

I believe communication is key when working with a provider such as a roofing company… I mean, I’m not going on the roof to inspect the work lol! But, seriously, this company gets an A+ for great communication, like, providing updates and notifying you of anticipated dates of services such as when the inspection will be completed, when the report can be expected to be completed, assistant duty working with the insurance company and when supplies will be ordered and when the job would be started along with anticipated completion date. It’s not often you hear of great customer service for the service industry but we hit the jackpot with this company. If I need a new roof anytime in the future, or if anyone needs one, I’ll definitely be recommending this company! I’m 100% satisfied!

Tornado alley did such a fantastic job with our roof! I had a very limited time frame to get the work done , but they worked with us and made it happen with excellent service. Everything was done very promptly, was able to work with us to find the best financing for our needs without lowering value of repair, and the work was done beautifully. Tornado Alley Roofing is simply the best. They put a new cover on my pergola and it is beautiful. They are responsive and professional. Unlike other companies this one actually responds. This may seem ridiculous to even state but so many companies never follow through. And the work Tornado Alley did is impeccable. My pergola looks beautiful. We can finally sit outside in the shade. D'Anna was great to work with. She and the team were extremely professional and very prompt at responding to any questions I had throughout the process. Their crews were also skilled and did high- quality work.

They replaced all the fascia and soffit on my house. Replaced the siding and trim on the attic dormer window and the chimney. Caulked and painted the exterior brick and all the trim and my shed. Replaced my old gutters. Removed an un-needed roof turbine and sealed and shingled the roof. You cannot tell where the roof turbine was. Installed a new attic stair.
The crew was professional, used their time wisely and were meticulous in their work. They were reasonably priced. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

JD and his crew did an excellent job on my roof. They showed up at the scheduled time and went straight to work replacing my hail damaged roof. Throughout the few hours that it took to strip and re-roof my home, JD and his staff kept me well informed and were more than courteous. They found problems with my wood decking under the old roofing and informed me that they were replacing it rather than just covering it up like most would have done. They kept the property clean during the job and made sure that everything was cleaned up and that I was happy before they loaded their tools and gear to leave. I'd recommend to anyone needing a roof to call Tornado Alley Roofing before they make a mistake with another contractor. I will certainly use them in the future if I need any roofing work done and will tell anyone I know to give them a call.
