Top view exteriors helped us enclose an area for a playground and with putting up our fence, they did an amazing job at a great price. The workers were nice and friendly, they listened to our requests and helped with everything needed. Took care of materials and measurements and did the job on time while they also helped with extra requests like changing the door handle on another door. Choosing Topview Exteriors for my new roof was one of the best decisions I have made. Lesly came out to assess the condition of my roof within a few days of initial contact. The next day he emailed me one of the most comprehensive roof replacement proposals I have seen which included photos of my existing roof, where there were some problem areas, and issues that needed to be addressed with two of my chimneys including a new crown for one and repointing of an elliptical arch on the second. The proposal also included information on what roofing materials he was using along with warranty information on the GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, ridge caps, exhaust vents, etc. Lesly's attention to detail for every facet of my roof was amazing. On the day of the tear down and installation, Lesly's talented crew showed up at 7 a.m. They worked tirelessly for 12 hours until the job was completed, and they left not one trace of debris on my property. Working with Lesly was truly a pleasure. He made the whole process easy because of his impeccable communication skills. Lesly is a perfectionist, extremely professional, and one of the most conscientious individuals I have hired and worked with. Several days after completion of the project, GAF emailed me the Enhanced Limited Warranty Registration Information which Lesly had already provided to them. All I had to do was print it out and I was registered in the GAF database. I was totally impressed that no detail was overlooked by Lesly and Project Manager, Johanna. We had such a wonderful experience with Top View Exteriors. They answered the call and came out quickly to take a look at the siding repair we needed. It was a small job that I couldn’t get another company to even come out and look. Someone was out the following day and completed the job. He took his time and did an exceptional work. We hired Top View Exteriors, early in June, to clean the gutters and downspouts on our house and barn. There were tiny maple trees growing in the gutters, so they were full of dirt and debris. Three men had it all done in 45 minutes, and they cleaned up all the gunk that landed on the ground, too. We also needed the flashing on the chimney repaired. Turned out it was seriously degraded, and needed to be completely replaced. Lesly provided the necessary material, time and effort to get the work done completely and correctly, and on the hottest day of this year. I would totally trust Top View with any future home improvements!

Top View Exteriors did an awesome job fixing the flashing around my two chimneys. My house is from 1895, so it's not easy to work on. But they were super professional and friendly. They worked hard in the cold weather and got it done fast and affordable. If you need any roofing of the other services they offer, you should definitely call Top View Exteriors.

I cannot be more satisfied by the job that Topview Exterior just completed for me this morning. They removed and vacuum cleaned three abandoned bird nests inside of the bathroom vents on my house exterior wall , almost 3 stories tall. And installed new vent covers with bird guard cage. Let me start by saying that I won’t be able to say enough about the work that Topview Exteriors, LLC did for me at my home. People in my circle know how fastidious I can be about work I perform and what I expect from others. Topview Exteriors, LLC far exceeded what I thought I would get from a remodeling contractor. I took the time to carefully examine the work done looking for possible deficiencies and was hard pressed to find anything significant. Once the scope was agreed upon and started, it was followed through right to the end, every detail including a thorough clean up. Anybody lucky enough to hire the team will be glad they found them as I was. I almost never will recommend a contractor but this is definitely an exception.
