I cannot recommend Topps Roofing enough! 10 out of 5 stars for so many reasons, but the biggest factor is the integrity of the owner, Logan McCord. Besides being professional, extremely competent, impeccably responsive, and a pleasure to work with, he is one of the most ethical individuals I have ever met. He truly cares about his clients, and his own work ethic is second to none…a rarity in this day and age!

Logan is also very versed in how to deal with insurance companies and was there through all the steps starting with helping us get the claim filed and being present when the adjuster came out. Our claim was pretty difficult to deal with, but Logan was patient and there throughout to consult with until we finally got approval.

For the actual job, it was so well run and went so smoothly. Materials were delivered the day before, along with a dumpster. A large crew arrived the next day and completed the bulk of the job, working a very long day. By mid morning the next day, everything was completely done and all trash removed. Logan checked on the job multiple times and took drone pictures throughout, as well as communicated with me, keeping me updated. Topps was like a well oiled machine.

Huge kudos to contractors that show up when they say they are going to and then go above and beyond on the promised work. We do not take this for granted AT ALL these days. If you have a roofing need, you cannot go wrong with Topps Roofing. I wish every company was run like this and was this easy to work with!

Just another quick shoutout for Topps. They did our whole roof 6 or 7 years ago and were great. We referred them to several neighbors. Fast forward to a very minor issue last month. Topps sent a roofer a day or two later who just needed to add a little caulk around a vent. Responsive, friendly, etc. Much appreciated!

I should have done this review 2 months ago, my apologies to Topps Roofing- I want to give this incredible company MANY MANY stars! I was thinking I was going to go on and on about how wonderful they are, however I’m going to keep this short (kind of) and just say that if you are in need of an amazing new roof THIS IS the company! I have been putting off getting a new roof for the longest time and after speaking with Logan at TOPPS Roofing I did not have to think about the decision any longer! They are not only very professional, they sincerely care about their customers as well as the project. Again, I simply cannot say enough about Logan and this wonderful company. Top notch professionals. Handled everything with insurance claim, answered all my questions, walked me through the whole process. Installation was done in 1 day. Everything was cleaned up and put back in place. I was very impressed and highly recommend them!

The bid I received was significantly lower than previous bids and communications and response times were excellent. The installation crew was amazing with a stellar work ethic and attention to detail. They completed the removal & installation in 1 day and their clean up was exceptional. Great service. Once the insurance guys got out of the way, the roof was installed in one day. Roofers really hustled. Josiah the sales rep., did his best. I'm not the easiest to deal with. All in all, good job guys.

We had a very positive experience with Topps after our roof was damaged in a hail storm. Logan, their sales director, came to our door after the storm, explained that we might have damage, and offered to have the roof inspected. They took it from there, and for a nominal sum (our deductible), we were able to get our roof replaced. This was a huge benefit to us, as our roof was close to 20 years old and was likely due to be replaced soon anyway. Everyone I dealt with at Topps was professional and courteous, and they did what they said they were going to do. Unusual and refreshing.

We had a great experience with Topps Roofing. They kept in good contact, and returned my calls in a timely manner. Coordinating with the Public Adjuster to request all claim documentation/payment/etc form mortgage company made life easier...The installation of the new roof happened in one day as expected and quality of install appears to be great. The crew had a good process of capturing debris and left the site clean... (it wouldn't hurt to do a walk down your driveway afterwards to double check nails aren't in the driveway...I found 8, but considering there where thousands of them on my roof, there is no gripe). All in all, great service and install, in a timely manner, with virtually no headache of dealing with insurance companies. Well done Topps!

My experience with Topps Roofing was excellent. They supported me throughout the entire process of identifying roof damage, coordinating with a Public Adjuster, filing the insurance claim, and satisfying all insurance requirements. With their help, the process was very smooth.

The installation of the new roof went as exactly as planned. The crew was very professional and worked hard to complete the project in one day. The roof looks beautiful and the crew was very thorough in ensuring that all debris was removed. Topps also sent a painter to repair some interior damage. I was also delighted with his work and would definitely recommend Topps for both roofing and painting.

I can't say enough about Topps Roofing and people that run it. Im usually hesitant when it comes to roof salesmen but Logan informed me that my roof had to be replace. He also told me that it would up that value of my home so it was a no brainer. Logan made the the whole experience run smooth with the insurance and the job as a whole. It took only one day to replace my roof and even on that day Logan called to check in and make sure the crew was living up to expectations. In 2017 this company replaced the roof on the home I purchased in Dec of 18. Within 2 weeks of moving in I noticed leaking in my home. After multiple calls from myself and the previous homeowner they came, and looked at the roof to verify if the source of my leak was around the chimney. They left that apt, and have since never spoken to me about their findings. I have had 2 contractors at this home since, who have verified that the installation around the chimney was done incorrectly, and it is the source of my water issues. My quote to fix this issue is several thousand dollars, and Topps has yet to accept my call to resolve the issues. I will be getting an attorney!

Great workmanship. I love the job and look of my roof. There were other companies that were unable to get our insurance to cover it. Topps has a public adjuster that worked with the insurance to get it approved and we could not be happier. They get the job done and well.

This is my second experience with this company and they did not disappoint yet again. They arrived on time, completed the job at a reasonable time and price. The communication and customer services from the staff was excellent. I will highly recommend this crew to all my friends and family!

Very disappointed in this company. They recently replaced our roof, which looks phenomenal.
There is a strong lack in communication from the company. Day before our roof was to be done supplies and a large dump trailer arrived blocking both our garages, we were never told this would be done the day before. No big deal, I was able to move the trailer and get my car out of garage.
But after completion we had damage to our home that the workers failed to mention- hole in our bedroom ceiling and piece of brick Moulding around our garage was knocked off.
We are still waiting for the ceiling to be fixed, since they cancelled on coming this past weekend to fix after we had rearranged our schedules. I’m now receiving messages from my sales associate, Logan, implying he is doing us a favor to fix the hole in the ceiling that appeared the day our roof was done, stating they can not confirm it was caused by their roofers.
