TopKey Construction did a number of projects at my commercial building in Md. They did parking lot restriping, and office buildouts that included beautiful, specialized accent walls. The company was efficient clean, and very easy to work with. The work was done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them.

Top Key has done several jobs for me at various locations. We are pleased with the prompt response and attention to detail in taking care of our needs. Top Key has worked on roof repairs, stairwells, leaks, asphalt repairs, roof hatch, bollards, etc. Top Key has done top notch work and I highly recommend this company for any and all projects.

We had french doors installed by this company.
The office staff was courteous and extremely helpful. They kept us informed and updated on the status of our order, and the work was done on time as promised. Our doors were installed by two very professional and hard working individuals. The work that was done was exceptional, and we could not be happier with the outcome! I look forward to getting more work done in the near future with this company.

We had a screened in porch put into our home by Installation Services.

They did an amazing job, going above and beyond all of our expectations. The quality of work has been exceptional. They were communicative and explained/answered any questions we had to the job.

I would never use them for siding! The office staff and people in the scheduling did nothing but lie! Job was supposed to start July 14 but never started until September 25 and not completed until October 25. Ran out of material 2 times. Horrible to deal with!!!! Left 2 boxes of scrap on my lawn that I had to move so it didn't kill the grass. Finally picked up December 3rd. Never again!!

An extremely hard-working, professional crew from Installation Services replaced the shingles on our home last week. The workmanship is superb. Little if any impact on the landscape around the house. Thorough clean-up. And, a representative came by the next day to check on the work and our level of satisfaction. We are completely satisfied.

I've now have had two major jobs done by HCR. A 4000+ roof replacement and a new front door and side lights. Both experiences were amazing. From the first contact the process was seamless. HCR's follow-up is so good the customer never has to do a thing. The crews show up on time and when they leave, they leave without a trace. Great cleanup? I had gone to a large hardware chain store who measured the door and ordered it. After waiting 8 weeks the door arrived in the wrong size and they wanted to re-order for another 8 weeks. HCR measured, ordered, installed without a glitch. I would highly recommend checking with HCR before you start any home projects. I've been amazed at their range of services

We are so pleased with the instillation of our new windows. Warren arrived exactly on time with two men to install 21 windows. He showed his expert understanding of his product, just what had to be done to complete every window instillation and finally the cleanup. Warren took time to explain what he was doing to my husband and me. He took us thru the final process and left the home as he found it earlier that day.
