- Job was supposed to start July 14 but never started until September 25 and not completed until October 25.
- Horrible to deal with!!!

From the sales rep to the project manager to the technicians themselves have always been professional and courteous. They are always vigilant of when students are on campus and respect their safety. We would strongly recommend TopKey for any project large or small.
Glen, Duane, Nancy and your team did an awesome job on the Columbia Park project. Brought to light some unsafe conditions with one of the electrical panels and repaired. Addressed the hot water heater and fountain wiring issues which were outside of the original scope of work. The overall work performed was outstanding and within the scheduled time-line despite some unforeseen items that arose with the warehouse demo portion. Thank you!
We used this company to replace several windows at our office in College Park. They were very easy to work with and we are quite satisfied with the work. At this office location we don't always have someone on site throughout the day, so we were looking for a company who could do the work conveniently and without the need to have someone from our company on site with the crew. They very much met this expectation.
