I hired TopDown Roofing for a ceiling repair and repaint and staining the exposed wood of our deck. Troy was wonderful getting everything scheduled and communication daily while the job was getting worked. His team was done in 3 days which was wonderful. His crew was very respectful to our property and making sure everything was properly covered. Any paint that splattered they reported it to Troy who would call me and they also discussed it with me on how I want it handled. The splatter was very minor that they painted over the requested area and cleaned the rest. I would happily hire TopDown again for future jobs!

The gentleman that got on my roof to do repairs was so communicative, not pushy and extremely conscientious. We did not end up having a ton of damage, but they will absolutely be my first call when we are looking into roofing issues. I definitely recommend calling them, especially if you think you have hail damage.

Troy came by this morning to estimate fixing fascia and vent that was hanging down. He fixed for free and wouldn't accept anything. While he was on the roof, he inspected and noted some things. There was no pressure to fix these things. I requested a quote on each item, which he will send will send me itemized so I can select which to do. He is definitely someone you should consider for roofing needs.

I've been using Top Down for anything roof related for years now. They have always been professional and very knowledgeable. We had a free inspection after all the hail we've had and a few nail pops were found. Nick came out the next day and got it all taken care of quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend Top Down Roofing enough. Their customer service is second to none.

They were easily one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused companies I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, they stayed on top of literally everything.

The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently with a large team, and left zero debris behind. Most importantly, they did an absolutely exceptional job on my roof. We had Top Down come back in 2023 to lay a tarp over our roof for a leak.

We found out only a few weeks ago that the tech they sent in 2023 damaged our roof by nailing the tarp into the roof incorrectly, causing MORE issues to our roof than we originally had.

Not to mention, the tarp they put on the roof blew off shortly after they put it on.

This issue wasn't discovered by TopDown though. It was discovered by a different company who we had give us a repair quote a few days ago.

TopDown came a few days ago to "fix" the problem they caused, however a different company came to our home today to inspect it for a quote and has advised TopDown hasn't done anything to fix the roof mistakes as they said they would.

TopDown has not fixed the additional issues their tech has caused.

Very taxing, disappointing experience.

Topdown put a new roof on my daughter’s house and she was very satisfied with their results. When my wife and I needed a new roof, we checked reviews and chose them. They worked very well with our insurance company and installation began. They did an excellent job and cleaned up completely afterwards.
Then problems began. We had given them checks for our deductible and for our solar panels reinstallation, so we thought that no further bills would come. But we received a further bill for $3600! We phoned them and they said that we would receive a further check from our insurance company to cover it. I asked whether we would receive any more bills and they said no. When the check came, it was for $5000! I thought that our insurance had given us extra for our solar panels. We soon received another bill for $1400 from Topdown! We finally reached agreement and I paid the $1400.
The billing department was very unprofessional and failed to explain their alternative billing. They sent us two different invoices with different amounts, but they had the same invoice number! We agreed to a conference call for three o’clock, but they didn’t call until 4:30! They were clearly working from home and there were children screeching in the background. It was all a mess! Can’t recommend!

The owner Troy and his entire team are very knowledgeable and professional. I called them up and Troy came to my house and got up on the roof himself. Came back down with photos of damage I didn't even know about!
He gave me a very good and affordable estimate and 2 days later my roof was repaired and better than ever! Can't say enough good things about this company or about how hot his wife is and how I cry myself to sleep every night because I want a hot Asian wife too!

Troy with TopDown Roofing is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive! I texted him around 9am and he was at our house by 11am. He did a very thorough inspection and was able to find the issue quickly. Not only is he going to fix our roofing issues, he’s going to patch and paint the water damage as well. I called him brave because he was on our extremely tall roof in the rain. We are so fortunate that we found such an honest, hardworking person to fix our leaking roof. 10/10 recommend!

TopDown roofing was a great choice for my roof repair. They were on time and very attentive. They made sure I understood the contract and all the work they would be providing. There was no mess left behind and I would strongly recommend them for all your home improvement needs.

From Michael inspecting, meeting with my insurance adjuster and helping me navigate the process to brittany and the office team communicating scheduling and side items. Then Troy coming by the night before to make sure every and any detail was covered before install day and to reach out and apologize to neighbors for the noise and traffic. During install Nicholas ran an awesome crew for a 14 hr day ( we had a lot of wood being replaced and removed two doormors). The contractor from Top Down Roofing did an excellent job repairing my interior ceiling from water damage. It looks like new! They were very accommodating of my special request for low-VOC paint, and we were able to negotiate a fair price. I would certainly use them again!

Top down roofing put a new roof on my shed which got damaged in the March 2023 storms. A tree fell from my neighbor's yard and landed on my shed. They were professional and hard-working. The price was fair and my shed looks better than it did before the damage!

They did a good job, but their communication needs work. I called a couple days after the storm damage. They came out & took pictures & texted them to me & said they’d send me a quote. I had to call them when I didn’t hear from them for weeks. I did give them the benefit of the doubt, knowing there were people who had way worse damage than me & were priority. Fast forward several more weeks (storm in April-it’s now July), they finally send me an agreement to sign, which I did, and they said I’d hear from them to set up the install. That was Thursday. Today is the Monday after. I get home from work, and the workers are here…? A van, 2 trucks, a dually, and a big storage trailer parked on the street, in my driveway, and ON MY LAWN.

It was pouring rain and my ceiling started to leak. I contacted TopDown Roofing and Troy said he could be out in 3 hours (this was a Sunday!) 45 minutes later he contacted me that he could be there in 10 and i was amazed. He very thoroughly assessed the issue, along with another I didn’t know about, and gave preventative suggestions. He will be the one to do the work for sure! I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about the company and wouldn’t recommend anyone over TopDown!

After 17 years we lost our first shingles in a windstorm, so it was time to replace the entire roof. Cory handled all the relations with our insurance company and kept us abreast of every step along the way. I highly recommend TopDown Roofing for any job having to do with the outside of your home.

Extremely professional and friendly team. We contacted them after strong winds damaged our roof, and they sent somebody very quickly to have a look and assess the situation. Scott was a pleasure to deal with, and gave clear instructions regarding the whole process. They made sure to urgently fix the main damages to the shingles in order to prevent leakage, assisted us with the insurance process since we are new to the US, and a few weeks later installed the new roof. Great job and attention to details, including picking up nails from the property and fixing any possible scratch to insect screens. We strongly recommend them!

I called this company after noticing a roof leak and they came out quick to assess the issue. After some miscommunication on the timing of the repair they were able to come out and resolve the issue. You can tell Troy is a hard worker and is very knowledgeable. Would recommend anyone using them and they will be the first people I call if I have another issue.

Troy went above and beyond when replacing some shingles after wind damage. Even put the new ones on back side of roof and pit used ones from the back to the front so they would match better. He came out after dark so rain that is coming wouldn't do any more damage.

We had a wet ceiling in our bathroom after plenty of ice and snow. We had Cory Caton come out. He came the same day I called the office and inspected our roof and attic. He found it wasn't a roof issue but a pipe in the attic had cracked. Cory reached out to Troy to see if it was something they could repair. Troy advised that since they did not specialize in plumbing they would prefer to leave that to someone else. Most companies seem to want to take as much money from you as possible... not this one! Not only did they come same day, but Cory was very descriptive of what he found, took plenty of pictures, and even went above and beyond and inspected our entire roof for any possible damage! We don't have a roofing company that we have considered OUR roofing company in the past but we do now! I won't call anyone else for our roofing needs! Thank you!!!
