I wanted my roof done on a Saturday, but unfortunately the roofing materials company was not able to deliver them that fast, so Liberty Bell Construction took it upon themselves to go get the material and deliver it and now I have my new roof. It only took 8 hours. Tinker Bell was the sales person, and she answered all of my questions, and even gave me trade secrets as to how insurance companies really work. She also showed up the very next day on a Sunday, just to make sure everything was perfect. They did a great job I recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof and I will be using them in the future for my other houses that I flip. Great job guys!

Not only did he get my roof approved, but he got my AC UNIT + soft metals approved. I needed to get the roof of my home replaced due to accumulating storm damage over several years. As it turns out my home, built in the 1940’s may never have had its roof replaced, as evidenced by the 5 layers of shingles covering it. The first company I spoke with was Liberty Bell Construction, who assured me that because they paid their workers more their quote would not be lowest, but would be worth it for the quality of the work and their assistance in dealing with my insurance company. As it turns out, their quote was the lowest.

I spoke with 4 different companies. Two companies told me there was no way my insurance would cover my roof, and a third suggested I could file a claim, but cautioned that getting coverage would be hit or miss because of the age of my roof. By contrast, Liberty Bell filed the insurance claim for me, complete with supporting materials. When the insurance company came out to inspect the roof Liberty Bell was there to meet them and represent me. Lo and behold, thanks to Liberty Bell my insurance company DID pay for the work on my roof. If not for Liberty Bell it is possible, even likely, I would not have been successful in filing that claim.

The roof really looks good, the gutter that was hanging from the side of the house is back where it should be, and the property is probably cleaner now than it was before Liberty Bell went to work. To top it all off, I saved over $10,000.

Jordan, the contractor that sealed the deal for me, visited my home on the Fourth of July. He was very detailed and information in regards to the issue I had with my roof.
