Mike was great to deal with! Mike has been working with his foreman for years and it shows. Mike and the crew descended on my house promptly after sunrise with the materials and man power. They worked fast and efficiently to strip my roof on my house and shop. The job was done all in one day, not because they cut corners, but because they had the man power to do it right and do it fast. Everything was cleaned up and I’m totally satisfied with the quality of work. Mike used the higher quality brand,(Certainteed landmark architectural shingles) than what other companies offered and for a better price ! Mike was also able to refer me to contractors that did work his team doesn’t do and they also did a great job. I’m very happy.

We sustained roof damage during a wind storm. Mike showed up to complete the estimate the same day we called. Mike was actually prepared to complete our roof replacement within the week. We had to push back the repair date due to an insurance adjuster needing to come evaluate the damage first.

The roof was replaced in one day. The workers were friendly, respectful of our property, and worked efficiently. They cleaned up all debris when the job was completed.

I contracted Mike Roy Roofing for adding screens to my gutters around my home. My house is only 5 years old, but I fear they had a lot to clean out of the gutters. But bless them, it was done quickly and efficiently and absolutely no signs left that they were even here! Half of our windows were original to our 1970s house and were in pretty bad shape. We contacted Mike to replace them and he came out to see the house, then scheduled someone to come measure which only took a few minutes. The production time took a while but he let us know that in advance. His office gave us a day and a 4 hour window for when the windows would be installed. We were very pleasantly surprised that they were done in less than 2 hours. We've been amazed at the difference in temperature control that these new windows have! That side of the house used to get up to 80+ degrees in the summer afternoons, even with blinds closed, but now those rooms are much cooler and the windows aren't hot to the touch like before. Mike and his team are absolutely top notch. His home visit and quote process was very simple and straight-forward. He even came out and brought shingle samples and stood in the blaring sun for an hour with me helping me decide. He answered any questions I had in depth, sent me pictures from the roof so I understood what needed to be done, and was very transparent in telling me nothing looked like storm damage. He used the same quality product as other quotes I got, but the other quotes were thousands more (for all of the exact same things).
Mike is also from the area, so your money is going back into the local community and not to some nationally operated chain.

I own 3 rental properties and have used 3 different roof companies to put on 3 roofs!
Mike Roy did a better job by far than the other 2 companies! Mike came by twice to throw 5 different color shingles on the roof so I could see which color I wanted! He’s the man!
Also he put the ridge vent across the top of the entire roof! On my other rental property the other roofing company did not! That makes a big difference, believe me! It makes me sick every time I look at that other property! Mike is very knowledgeable about shingles and offers shingles that have a “lifetime warranty” against fungus that forms on most roof shingles! It’s that black stuff that forms running down the roof shingles!
Do yourself a favor and use Mike Roy, you won’t be sorry!

The scheduling of the estimate and subsequent roof replacement happened very quickly along with a competitive bid including a thorough description of work to be done and prices if additional repairs were necessary. Mike and his team did an excellent job putting my roof on. They took two layers of shingles off and the new roof on in one day. When I had questions they had the answers. The way the attic was vented was improved with ridge vents they put on. The flashing around the chimney never looked as good as it does now.
