Recently I had ACA Construction replace the entire roof of my house. They did a good estimate and then repaired the rood . Their work was excellent. I decided to have them repair the water damage inside the house. Again Deon and Tiffany were quick and thorough with an estimate and completion of work. The completed job was excellent. My wife and I needed a new roof on our house. We had several quotes and they were right in the middle. When they showed up to inspect our roof, they were extremely respectful to our property and us. They were very straightforward with what they found wrong with our roof. They knew that with our background that we knew about roofing, but don’t have the means to do it ourselves. They were able to give us several quotes that would account for any scenario. When the day came to do the work it was raining. So they came out and covered the hole in the roof that others missed. They didn’t charge us for this. They told us it was the right thing to do. But as luck would have it, it was going to rain on the next attempt. They wanted to get this roof done for us and they didn’t want us to wait. They literally sent an army out to replace our roof and had it don’t before the thunderstorm rolled in. They came back for a third time to make sure everything was fine. And it was perfect. The roof looks amazing and all my wife and I had to do was nothing. But my wife supplied refreshments as an extra thank you to them. I can’t recommend ACA Construction more.

I own a roofing company so I hope this carries weight when I say ACA Construction is who I partner with for all my tough jobs and projects beyond my scope. They are the special forces of roofing and I cannot say enough good things about them. The owners keep their word and in our industry that means everything. I give five stars because there isnt an option for ten.

I would not recommend ACA Construction to my worst enemy! Our experience with them replacing our roof was a nightmare! The workmanship was shoddy, we found corona bottle caps in the yard. They popped nails out of the drywall of the entire front ceilings inside of our house. They didn’t replace plywood or flashings that needed to be replaced. This led to them having to re-do a large portion of the roof twice! The owners of this company need to take a class on customer service as they lied, cheated and disparaged our name. They tried to overcharge us and blame us for their mistakes and terrible roofing crew. They never once offered to compensate us for the interior damage they caused from slamming bundles of shingles on our roof. They were only concerned with their profit margin. DO NOT hire this company! You will be overcharged, lied to and treated like a dollar sign! Buyer beware!

Every bit of my experience with ACA was 5 stars. Dion went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the work. The price was reasonable, they showed up on time, and they got the work done fast! I would recommend ACA to anyone!

After several no shows or call backs from several companies, I saw ACA Construction truck in front of me at a stoplight and called him. He immediately responded and within an hour I had an estimate to repair gable fachia on front of my house. Work was completed the next day! So pleased with the responsiveness. Highly recommended!

I 100% recommend ACA Construction, I recently filed a claim with my insurance for a storm that damaged my roof over 2 months ago and Steve Stirmell was on top of it from day 1. He responded to my call in less than 20 minutes and has taken care of every aspect of making sure I got the roof I needed in spite of my insurance company who only wanted to cover half a roof. He went to bat for me by taking pictures, getting on my roof and getting samples to send off to prove I needed a whole roof, even when I did not think anything would be done, he stayed persistent until I got the whole roof replaced. I worked with Pat and Steve to have a new roof installed this week. The work crew was efficient, professional, and kind. They completed the job in a day, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. My roof is beautiful. Pat and Steve were so nice to work with. They helped me navigate how and when to call the insurance, met the inspector at my home to make sure they identified the damage, and helped me get a brand new (much needed) roof. Got our new roof installed yesterday. Very happy with the results. The job was done in one day though our roof is very large. Pat is super friendly and very professional. He also installed my father-in-laws roof several years ago and that's how I knew who to call when we needed the service. My parents also used ACA Construction to get their roof as well as new gutters. Highly recommend!

I recently had storm damage to my 15 year old roof. Trying to be loyal to neighbors that work for roofing companies I called them first. It took that company a week to tarp my roof then they never came back even after multiple follow ups. I asked around and was given the number for ACA. Steve with ACA came out almost immediately, marked the roof and sat with me while I called State Farm. State Farm has been a nightmare to work with, to the point they sent an incompetent inspector who claimed my roof was in great condition and was only 5 years old. Steve with ACA fought tooth and nail with State Farm, jumped through hoops doing stupid requests of theirs and because of his diligence State Farm has finally approved a new roof. I work in Property Management and deal with contractors daily. I have NEVER had a contractor go to battle for me the way Steve did. I would recommend ACA to anyone!

Siding repair. I .called everyone in Clarksville and couldn’t get anyone to do a repair w/o replacing all. This company was recommended highly and we were so pleased with response follow-up and service performed. My neighbor is going to call him also because of some wind damage. I would highly recommend this company. The did an excellent job!

Did a great job on new roof and hardi siding on my garage. A little bumpy with the painters but the owner made sure it was done correctly and it turned out great! He has a lot of integrity and wants to make sure the customer is satisfied. Hard to find folks like him!

From estimate to installation, this experience was not just painless, it was pleasurable. I had estimates from 3 companies, and John was the only contractor who took the time to walk me through the details of my roof's condition, the options I had for replacement, and the details of the process. I got a same day estimate, timely scheduling, and consistent communication. EVERYONE I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The team arrived promptly at 7 am and by 4 pm, I had a completely new roof and every speck of trash associated with the project was gone. ACA Construction is the only roofing contractor I will recommend!

We contacted ACA after our patio awning was blown up and onto our roof by straight line winds. They were very quick to respond, and after an initial evaluation had a team out to assess the damage and begin initial repairs, removing the awning and tarping damaged tiles. The team was polite, punctual, and thorough. We look forward to working with them again the repair of the remaining storm damage.

I've recently been introduced to these guys. I've been doing some of there plumbing for them. I own OCD pluming, and I hv to say what a pleasure it's been. They are on the top of my list. They have the steps of renovation down to a science. Ive personally seen different stages of renovation and everybody is on same page and commutative, which makes for a great working environment with a result of better work being done. I recommend ACA construction and I look forward to any work they have for me.

Contacted them with an insurance claim due to wind damage and they were so eager to help right away. They came out tarped the roof asap and even came back out when adjuster was here. John was always good to respond or help if we didn't know what to do and was patient. The roofers bless them is all I know to say. They were installing my roof when a thunderstorm came through and never skipped a beat. They even made sure there was no leaks while raining. THEY ARE ALL AWESOME at ACA Construction!

After the recent tornado we had in Hermitage we had some roof damage and some siding damage. Aca Construction LLC came out, gave us a very reasonable quote, and repaired the roof, the siding, painted and put up new gutters!! Aca construction was very responsive any time we had questions about anything. Their rates are very reasonable. They were always on time, super friendly, worked quickly and efficiently and provided high quality work. I just got roof replaced Saturday. John talked and met with me through the entire process. The roof looks nice, and the company is scheduled to repair my gutters and downspouts. I was worried because I have never had to file an insurance claim, but John was there to reassure me and work directly with the claims adjuster. I paid for half of the work up front with a deposit. The workers did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was done. On top of that I have a warranty on the workmanship and materials!

The first thing I discovered was that I got a "call back" from the general manager within 5 minutes of placing a call to request a quote. Within 20 minutes I had an appointment time which happened at the exact time it was scheduled. We needed a lot - a roof that needed to be leveled, all new decking, two layers of old roof removed, new ice/water guards, beautiful special order roofing materials, and every bit of guttering replaced and in two areas re-engineered. We understood everything. They were emailing information at night/over weekends and the teams showed up exactly when they were scheduled. We feel pretty lucky that we had a great partner for getting this huge job done with really minimal disruption to the comings and goings in our home.

I was pleased with the quality of the work and the on schedule completion. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Working with Pete was seamless. I texted him a pic or a problem and they fixed it. Pete was always a gentleman and kept his word. He worked with our insurance company and submitted everything needed. The team of guys worked all day and left at dusk. Great job!

ACA is the best! I use these guys all the time for our property management repairs and roof replacements. They are always punctual, affordable, and do a great job! These guys are the super heroes of roofing and exterior construction/repairs!

I had tons of interior damage from a leak. My friend Gary recommended calling Pete for an inspection. Pete came out, gave me a quote twice as cheap as the local roofing company, and it was already fixed the next day. I'm not familiar with this process but it seemed super easy. Pete said they can repair the inside too but I want to see if it dries out first

We used ACA to replace our roof after the December storms. The were very courteous, professional and respectful. They replaced it the week after Christmas the day after the big snow fall. They had to remove about 6 inches of snow to get to the roof to remove it. They got it off and back on in a day! So happy we choose ACA! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!
