My repaired second story deck looks like new! Many thanks to Jose, Edwardo and their friendly, knowledgeable crew- it was a pleasure to work with TtBC on this challenging project.

Top to Bottom Contractors are mission critical to our success in maintaining and improving the condition of our property. When we were first searching for contractors in Newport, few called us back and even fewer were able to schedule work in a timely manner. And some only wanted big jobs. Lalo and his crew did an amazing job rehabbing one of our rental units. He suggested alternatives when original plans didn’t work out, made judgement calls that were aligned with our goals and was able to accommodate the timeline of other contractors he needed in order to complete the job. All in all we are extremely satisfied and grateful that he will continue to work with us.

Jose, Lalo & team did a really nice job with our new deck. It is not only beautiful, but it's built like a tank. I really appreciate their eye towards doing things right the first time, so they end up with something they can be proud of. With this deck, I think they should be proud, which makes me a very happy customer!
