I hired NGC to fix some fallen gutters, that were in need of much repair. Josh and Jonny showed up and did an incredible job fixing them and rehanging my gutters. They were very professional and very customer service friendly. Josh walked around my property with me and gave me suggestions of improvements that I could make with my gutter system. They had some downspout filters on their truck and I had them installed. These two guys worked hard and fast. I highly recommend this company.

I hired Newport Gutter Cleaning to clear clogged downspouts on our 3-story townhouse building. It's difficult to find someone to work on 3-story roof in our area, so I was happy to find them. Josh and Jonny showed up on-time and did a terrific job of assessing, troubleshooting and correcting the problems. They were an excellent team, very professional, safety conscious and easy to work with. It was also very easy to request service online: Ken responded right away with a bid quote, he answered all of my questions, and scheduled the service within a week. My roof was a complete mess. No extra cost to me. They cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned my driveway. These guys are "AWESOME". I Would Highly recommend.

I think of Newport Gutter as preventive maintenance on our home. Our house is built on an odd lot near a creek and is 3 stories. Because of the way the house is built one side of the house has over a 4 story drop. I'm not comfortable with either my husband or myself cleaning the gutters that high off the ground. The house is also situated under a few large trees so cleaning the gutters and treating for moss is essential for the longevity of our roof. Newport Gutter has us on a quarterly gutter cleaning and moss treatment schedule that works well for us. Because all our drainpipes drain from the roof directly underground Newport Gutter was able to assist us with downspout drain traps. Those allow us to clean the downspouts of debris before it gets washed underground where we can't see if it's causing a problem. All the work they have done for us has been professional. Well done and needed. They are on time, do a good job and are respectful of our time and property. I know that if they see something of concern they will bring it to our attention so that it can be addressed. Great company.

Newport Gutter Cleaning did an outstanding job. I appreciated their quick work and thorough job. I'm 54 & just can't get up on the roof that much especially with the high ladder & second story. Also, the downspout filters are going to work great with the small Sitka spruce needles & will require the type of on-the-ground daily or bi-weekly maintenance I like. Living on the Oregon coast with the wind & rain using trees & other homes as windsocks requires a certain amount of maintenance. I am thankful that my roof maintenance is under control & I plan on adding two more downspout filters soon. Great job & reasonable price.

This is the most professional team I have ever hired. We have hired workers in the past to clean and treat our roof, but were always disappointed with the results. The gentlemen who came out today, from Newport Gutter Cleaning, to clean the exterior of our home were a wonderful surprise. Our first impression proved correct. These men were first and foremost qualified professionals. Both in clean, matching uniforms, friendly, organized, and most importantly, diligently focused on their work. They were on time, got immediately to work, and continued to work hard for a solid 7.5 hours. We live in Lincoln City in a very “woodsy” area. Our home gets limited sunlight and had a nice, thick layer of dingy mold on the siding (and all surfaces), cobwebs, and plenty of moss on the roof. These guys scrubbed every inch of the house, including windows, siding, chimney, roof, decks, and patios until they sparkled and looked brand new! They treated the roof for moss as well. I cannot express how pleased we are. Every single detail was attended to. It was obvious that they take pride in their work. The cherry on top... they are very reasonably priced! I called Ken to see about having my gutters cleaned and some power washing done. He was here the same day for an estimate and Johnny was here the next day, on time, and did the job- cleared my walkways for no extra charge. Very happy with the work, and will be having them back a couple times a year. Highly recommended. :-)

N.G.C. is a very reputable organization to deal with. The owner went out of his way to speed up my service date of Wednesday to 2 days prior to Monday morning. I absolutely have no complaints and will use N.G.C. again to upgrade my gutter drainage defect. on my new home.

First of all, when we called for an estimate on gutter cleaning, he came to the house on time, and gave a fair estimate . They did a great job with the gutters, and made sure the downspouts were clear. We then called about cleaning some moss off the north side of our home and also cleaning black mold off some shingles. Did a great job on both, and were very careful to protect the landscaping. Will definitely use their services again!

On very short notice, Ken serviced our gutters conscientiously, professionally and absolutely thoroughly. As 2 year residents on the Oregon coast, we have had our gutters cleaned 2-3 times a year, but never as painstakingly as Ken did last week. Not only did he arrive on time, but he spent all the time required to do a complete job including removing clogged downspouts and diagnosing trouble spots that need attention, and participating in correcting these problems along with our plumber. Ken showed up on time and did an excellent job. Made sure each gutter drained and cleaned up every bit of the mess. Couldnt even tell they had been there. I now have him scheduled for every 6 months.

Was referred to Ken because we had a leaking gutter. While not a big problem, Ken and his helper were able to fit us in the day after calling him. When they arrived, he quickly assessed the problem (gutter was installed incorrectly), made the necessary changes quickly, carefully and at a reasonable price.
