Juan and Francisco did an excellent job cleaning all interior and exterior windows. In addition, the power washing results exceeded my expectations. Both listened to what my needs were and brought questions to me to discuss. I would recommend both men without reservation and will schedule them again next year. My work entailed cleaning some carpets that I did not know were white, and new windows that were really bad inside and out. Both servicemen that came out were courteous, Efficient and did an excellent job!! I definitely will call them next year.

Darwin was the person that came out and pressure washed our property he's been out a number of times every time he's been totally professional outstanding demeanor getting the job done and being able to work around all the guests in the hotel that was amazing he needs five stars.

The carpets look wonderful! George did a very thorough, detailed job. I have a dog and teenager so the carpets were awful. They look so much better now! I can list my house now that the carpets look like new. Thank you, George!

the new house we bought had deep stains and dog odors and at first I didn't think the carpets could be saved, but they did an amazing job and now we can work on a different project before needing to replace floors.

We needed our house cleaned for sale and ACS arranged for Raymond to come out and do a stellar job. They made the scheduling easy, and arrived just when expected.

They did a really good job cleaning up a really disgusting house. The team who did the clean had a great attitude. I was pleased with all interactions with the team and the work they did for me.

The three man crew steam cleaned our garage floor and cleaned the wool carpets inside our home. The crew was terrific to work with! On time, very personable, knowledgeable and conscientious. We would hire them again without hesitation.

Juan did an excellent job cleaning the windows inside and out—it actually looked like there was no glass at all, so clean. He went above and beyond when he noticed I was struggling to clean tape residue off the stainless steel refrigerator and thoughtfully let me use his professional cleaning spray which worked beautifully. Daniel powerwashed our back porch today and did a marvelous job. Hard to recognize the joint without any spider webs.

I was very pleased with the work that Juan did. My windows are sparkling clean again and I can really see the birds now. He was prompt and professional in all the work he did inside and out. And he was a very pleasant guy too.

Francisco and Ropsun did gutters and carpet for me and I was extremely happy with the job they did.

We arranged to have our windows cleaned on the outside while we were away. We returned to find a job well done, with very clean windows. ACS has provided quality work every time we have used them.

The carpet cleaner did a fabulous job. Previous cleaning company left a lot of residue which attracted dirt and caused old stains to surface. Associated Cleaning sucessfully extracted the old residue and left us with spotless carpet. It dried very rapidly too. We are more than satisfied.

Juan did a great job on my windows. I live in a tiny house which presents its own challenges, but he did great. He also did the windows of 3 of my neighbor’s tiny homes. I’m very happy!!!

I walk my dog every day on the bayfront. Sidewalks from embarcadero to the coast guard. And since these people have worked on the sidewalks from point a to point b and it's much more pleasant. They are very clean and they do a very good job. I would recommend. I got a chance to meet Darwin and Daniel, who are doing the work and i'm very impressed. Seems like a good company. Give them a try!

*Updated for 2025* Once again, our windows are sparkling inside and out. This year, Juan deserves all the thanks and praise! He did an amazing job making sure the screens and window tracks were just as clean as the glass. Yup--we'll see them again in 2026.

Original review in 2024: Incredible service! For the second year in a row, we've had Associated Cleaning Services out to clean the windows on our home. They are on time, diligent, and thorough. Our windows sparkle, inside and out. The screens are immaculate and the window tracks are free of debris and bugs. Our service provider this year, Raymond, in addition to doing a spectacular job, was friendly and communicative about the process. We know we can count on ACS to get our windows in tip-top shape and we will ask them back again next year!

Hello ACS management, the last few days have shown an amazing improvement in the appearance of the Newport waterfront sidewalks. From crack cleaning to pressure washing and final wash down, your employees are doing a solid service to the visitors of Newport. In particular, Daniel, Roberto, and Ropsun have done exceptional work on the Port of Newport and Wax Museum walkways. Please pass on major compliments and appreciation for their efforts. They are quiet professionals working quietly behind the scenes for everyone's benefit.

The service technician was punctual, hardworking, courteous and efficient. He worked on my windows and also my deck panels, so the picture below shows two layers of clean glass. :)

I'd like to thanks Raymundo, his professional mannerism and dressed as a professional service person. This is very important when arriving at a property. Our carpets were cleaned and he explained the issues clearly and brought a blower to speed up the drying time. A truck mount unit was used. I had the outside of my windows cleaned by Raymundo. I have 55 sets of windows and two are three stories high and not easy to reach. Raymundo did an excellent job. this is Raymundo's 4th year up at my place and all 4 years he has done an outstanding job. I recommend him for everyone I always ask for Raymundo.

Juan and his co- worker did a great job cleaning and treating our roof, our rental roof and a single wide. They also cleaned windows in and out and cleaned our decks. They were professional, thorough, very pleasant and accommodating. We have them come back approximately every 6 months.

This is the first time that I've hired a professional window cleaner and I will contact Associated Cleaning again. Looking through my CLEAR windows brings me so much joy! Juan was kind, efficient and professional. Thank you!

We started using ACS weekly service in April of 2006. We moved our business in September of 2008 and decided to use a local service. Over the course of 7.5 years we used 4 different services with many errors being made: lights on, doors unlocked, garbage not emptied.
We called Levi (owner) and asked for a bid. Not only were they lower but they offered more for that amount! We went back to ACS in April of 2016 and haven't had one regret! Great company and customer rep Rob checks with us regularly! Thanks ACS!! Stuewe and Sons, Tangent
