I am in love with my new roof!!! Sounds like a bizarre thing to say, but it truly is beautiful, and Topside Coverings made the installation painless, fast, and easy. They arrived 7am sharp with a big crew and got straight to work. I was around that morning, and every time I took my dogs out back, the crew was hard at work on the roof and also extremely nice when I waved and greeted them. When I got home from work that evening, I had a brand new roof! They knocked it out in less than 12 hours — all my neighbors are so impressed! Steve, the owner, came by a day or so later to do a final quality inspection, and he also took a fabulous video of the entire roof for me from on top of the house. It is a thing of beauty to look at — the video really highlights what a fantastic job they did. I chose black shingles with green speckles, and it looks so sharp! I highly recommend this company. They were professional, nice, fast, and super easy to work with. The contract is detailed so you know exactly what you are paying for, and they are very responsive to communication. They also notify you immediately if they find anything unexpected or damaged with the old roof. The new roof is gorgeous, and I feel really good that my home is better protected from the elements now. The new roof will also be a major asset when I am ready to sell the house. Excellent service made several repairs to shingles and replaced two skylights. And replaced all the pipe collers. The work was completed in less than a day and the clean was very thorough. Great job!!!

Princess Anne Little League had new dugouts made last year but the original builder would not cover the dugouts unless we added a lot of money to the existing contract which he was supposed to do it in the first place. The kids suffered on sunny days this past summer and early fall. We finally reached out to Top Side Coverings who came in this winter with a reasonable cost and completed them before our 2024 season opened. Additionally, they identified a potential problem with securing the tops, came up with a solution and acted on it without delaying the completion. Very reliable! Highly recommended!
