My faith in roofers has been restored by Diter, the owner and the crew and everyone involved in my new roof and siding and gutters. I waited a month to post this review. We have had several strong storms with wind and several days of rain and all Top Rated Roofing’s work has been great with no leaks. That’s the test of an excellent job and this one deserves 5 Stars. And Diter’s suggestion to go with a bigger gutter was a good one. First time since we have been getting these torrential storms my gutters didn’t overflow. Thank You Diter and your company, you guys are great!

We had a very positive experience with Diter and his team after a large roof leak threatened to ruin a renovation project inside our home. Diter and his workers did an excellent job repairing the problem and identifying other issues that we decided to address as well. From the very beginning, obtaining the quote to the very end completion of the job, Top Rated Roofing was a delight to work with. They did an excellent job. The guys were all very efficient and friendly. The owner (Diter) oversees everything which is a nice touch, the job that they did was technically perfect. They scheduled the work quickly, & the quality of the workmanship was exceptional - they completed a thorough removal and replacement of all old and damaged siding, and had great attention to detail. They were thoughtful about making the construction site (my front and back yard) clean and free of nails, with the crew even receiving compliments from my neighbors on their cleanliness. They encouraged me to resolve my foundation concerns ahead of completing other parts of the job that could have resulted in me being charged to do it twice. Coordination with them & my foundation contractor was easy to manage.

This company came by to inspect our Roof and told us that you would need a Roof repair not neccesarily a replacement. They said you can get away with the repair for couple of more years. We valued they're honesty and did the repair and also had them come back to do our Siding and repair our gutters. Thank You Top Rated Roofing for your honesty and good clean work.
