We are approaching 1 year since our building was installed and we couldn’t be happier with it! It’s exactly what we wanted. Our county is pretty particular with the specifications on their building permits, I shared those with the installers but it seemed that those specifications were already routine practices with the installations. It passed the inspection for the building permit without any issues. Three months after installation we experienced a very intense storm in our area, so bad it ripped 2 large trees from our yard by the roots. The building sustained absolutely zero damage. That was really proof at how well these buildings are built and installed.

The guys did a great job from initial contact to cleaning up the last piece of debris on the project. I was very happy at the end product I got from Top Rank Steel. I need another larger building and they will be the ones to do it for me in the future.

They had a little more options on custom builds with height and length compared to other companies. The installation crew did a good job in making sure it was level.
