I had a remodel job for my house and I was referred by a friend of TMH. Mark came over was very professional and very transparent on what he was doing. He immediately came up with great suggestions and I was very happy with the turn out. New kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring and interior walls with paint! The entire place looks like new and I am very happy of the results. *****5 STARS*****
So happy we chose Top Modern to finish our basement! From Mark’s first visit to give an estimate, to Tom who managed our project from start to finish, to Peter and crew who did the construction, everyone was so easy to work with and very communicative.
We used Top Modern Homes for our master bathroom. During our first meeting Mark come to see the bathroom and provided me with a fair and detailed quote. The team is professional, organized, efficient, and detail oriented. Once they started the job they worked diligently until it was completed.
