Mark Fulcher (owner) is an awesome individual. He is a down-to-earth person who was genuinely interested in helping us solve a problem we were having with squirrels getting into our attic. He went way above what I expected to help us. He is completely honest and in my opinion completely trustworthy. I highly recommend him and his business to anyone with any need in this area.

Top Layer Roofing is very impressive. They worked on our behalf with the adjuster, suppliers, and their team. We were given choices of material, style, and the date for work to begin. The project was finished timely with cleanup included. Their thoughtful service made the process easier. They were generous with their time, honest, and reasonably priced. We just had Top Layer Roofing replace our roof and I can not recommend them enough. Mark was fantastic to deal with as I asked lots of questions re: shingle types, warranty, materials used etc. And he came out to bring samples as we thought about changing color, was here several times throughout the day as the workers replaced our roof, and was there at the end of the day making sure all the nails were picked up.

The workers were very polite, clean and did a great job. Our roof looks awesome. And when they left there as not a bit of debris left.

For years we struggled with the gutters overflowing and leaking more and more.
When Mark saw the problem he recommended the 6 inch gutters (which is what it should have been from day 1). Our roofs are steep and the amount of water was always too much for the gutters.
Top Layer Roofing removed and installed the new gutters in 3 hours. Just in time for the tornado warning we had in Kennesaw this April. While we did not have tornado in the area we had horrible weather with massive amounts of rain. I was sitting by the window waiting for the waterfalls to start as alway have during rains. Not a single drop got over the gutters! I kept telling my wife to check it out! :)

I highly recommend Top Layer Roofing and Mark Fulcher to anybody!
They were on time, affordable (much cheaper than other quotes) but the quality is amazing!
