We hired Top Dog to repair dry rot under our Mother's home which was being sold and she was not living in the home. After the work was completed, we discovered the Top Dog Crew had been using our Mother's home as their own personal break room. Upon entering the home, we discovered they had been using an antique table to eat on and left food, dirt and drink rings. Filthy hand prints on the refrigerator and walls. The bathroom had big clumps of dirt, used toilet paper rolls, and filthy hand prints on the window sill next to the toilet. The most troubling part was evidence left on the couches clearly showing they had been sleeping and/or lounging on her furniture. In our minds this was considered breaking and entering at which we were told was "ridiculous". Additionally, we were asked to pay immediately, sign a confidentiality agreement and a liability release. When we questioned these demands Bruce contacted our Title Company and advised we refused to pay and he would be putting a lien on the house. My advice is to be extremely cautious if you choose to work with this Company and do NOT allow them access to the inside of your home as there is no respect for your property or accountability.

DJ, Sam, Zach, and Kevin had our bathroom in perfect condition in just 3 days. They were professional, fast, and did more than I expected. The vanity I purchased wasn't a good fit for our bathroom (whoops!) and we weren't able to carry a new one. The team offered to pick it up from Lowe's then offered to put the Costco one in our truck for us to return. That's more than expected and much appreciated!

We have more projects on our future to do list and we will be calling Top Dog to help.

We recently had our fence fall down due to a wind storm. We called around to get bids and most fencing companies would tell us it would take 4-6 weeks to get a bid. Top Dog was on it and out to the house in less than a week. We did get a couple of bids from others and all were pretty similar in price but after reading the reviews for Top Dog we new we found the right company to sign a contract with. The work was done above and beyond what we expected and could not be happier with the final product. In fact, it turned out so well the neighbor also decided to redo his front fence and gate as well. We would highly recommend Bruce and his crew to our friends, family and clients. He will be our guy when it's time to remodel our rental!

Working with the Top Dog pack of pros on every aspect of work on my personal residence and work on my real estate clients’ homes has been overwhelmingly positive. From Theresa setting up bids and scheduling work, to Bruce the company owner going above in meeting timelines and assessing project details, to Kevin the project manager, and all their workers who are polite, considerate, skilled and make everything right if there are issues, Top Tog has a winning team. They are at the top of my list for small jobs, larger jobs, and remodeling projects for me personally and I happily recommend them to others.

Bruce was very thorough when he came to give me an estimate. Kevin and DJ did most of the work and were professional and so nice to work with. I felt everyone had an extremely good work ethic and discussed matters with me if there was a question. They were here early in the AM and worked very long hours. They cleaned up everything.

They are coming back to do another job soon and I will use them when needed from now on.

He is not only a team player, but he is also a great team leader.

It was very refreshing to see.

If an employee asked Kevin a question, Kevin took the time needed, to not only answer their question(s), but also makes sure that employee understands.

Kevin also made sure to explain everything to us as detailed as possible, and if we were confused, Kevin would start writing or drawing to explain it in further details.

Kevin was also great at answering texts & phone calls.

Top Dog did an amazing job remodeling our bathrooms. Their workers are friendly and quality work. They were also very reasonably priced. I will be using them again in the future.

Top Dog literally saved the day! We had an unexpected repairs and a tight deadline to get them completed. We were having difficulty finding a contractor who could work with our timeframe. Top Dog provided an estimate quickly on a Thursday and repairs were completed beautifully by end of day the following Tuesday - several days ahead of schedule! Will definitely use Top Dog again!!

Great company! We needed our skylight replaced because it was leaking and they got guys out to do the estimate the same day they received my request for one. Took about 2 days for the estimate to be done and they got their guys out here to fix it the day after we said we would like to proceed! The workers were very nice and cleaned up everything when they were done, they got it done in only a few hours which was awesome! Theresa was extremely helpful and quick to respond! Everything looks great and will definitely use Top Dog again for future repairs

I needed an electrician a week before closing on my house, and Top Dog was able to get someone out to the house and get the repairs done before closing. Great communication, knowledgeable, and I will continue to reach out to them when needed. I highly recommend Top Dog.

Will use TopDog Construction again, they did a very good job and they are clean, friendly and prompt. The repairs were well done and in a timely manor. Debris was cleaned up daily and carted off. They picked up nails as well. Will call on them again.

Bruce was contacted to check on repairs to the home that we had just bought. Very good service, as a real estate broker it’s important that I can get contractors out in a timely manner. Not only did they come and get started quickly they got the repairs done fast and professionally. Definitely will be using them again and recommend you do to.

Top Dog Hvac is an awesome company. I had been having and issue with our furnace that was installed and When I called them they had someone come out the next day. Worked on it and fixed it temporarily, then I called them again and once again they had someone out right away and Continued to see what was happening . They replaced the motherboard and rewired the electrical wires from the breaker box to the furnace to make sure they covered all their bases. Kevin is a very knowledgeable, super kind and efficient with his work. I would highly recommend them!
