We received excellent service from Tooele Motor Company. This was a major service event for our 2022 Chevrolet Silverado HD. We coordinated with the service team in advance of the service date to ensure that all the parts had arrived. We travel across the U.S. and Canada towing a 25 foot travel trailer, so it's important that we have service performed at Chevrolet Service Centers. Needless to say we have received service from many different Chevrolet Service Centers across the U.S. and Canada. Tooele Motors did not disappoint. Not only did they perform all the services on the day we were there, they went above and beyond and detailed/cleaned the outside of our truck! We highly recommend Tooele Motor Company!

I went in to look at a used 2018 Chevy Colorado ZR2 after driving the vehicle I like it but they were a little over book on it. A few weeks later they text me to see if I was still interested in it, I replied that I’d be interested in it for KBB book value. We had multiple texts and I said well if you’re interested in selling it let me know and they replied “we actually sold the truck today for full asking price”. It’s one of the strangest things to happen to me! They text me about being interested and after multiple texts they say it was sold earlier today. What a weird experience.

I purchased a new vehicle from them yesterday and it was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. No pushy sales, no mandatory financing to get the deal they advertise, no negotiations, good pricing and very fair trade valuation. Audrey and the sales manager were both great, I feel bad I don't recall his name but he was really easy to talk to. They filled the vehicle with fuel, but not the DEF tank. That was a bummer, but I'm sure if I had asked they would have, I just didn't think about it until driving home. I will certainly go to this dealership again for future vehicle purchases.

When we moved to Tooele about 5 years ago I wanted to make sure I did all things Tooele. I wanted to only use Tooele businesses and support them. This backfired immensely in this regard to the tune of thousands of dollars.
My wife asked me to write this and I was reluctant because I don't want to bash a local business. She said I'm not bashing a local business as much as I am helping my neighbors. That makes sense to me so I will do my best to protect you. Do not use the service department here.
I have taken my car here about 4 times spending hundreds/thousands each time, adding up to a few grand for a car that I clearly explained was old but it's paid off and is my daily commuter to work. I was told it was fixed multiple times only to experience the same problem shortly after leaving. Calls are not returned. Cars will sit on their lot without being serviced for literal weeks until you reach out to them and ask them what's going on, and then they will give you some guess work synopsis that they had come up with days prior and never called you about. They will then tell you they can do the work and that it will take another week to complete when they could have called you 4 days previously to tell you and already have your car done.
One time I dropped my car off on a Wednesday knowing I was going out of town and wouldn't need it until Tuesday in order to give them plenty of time. By Saturday I had received no call, so I called them and was told they needed to order a sensor for my car and needed my permission to order it and install it before they took action. They found out about this on Thursday and had never called me. I told them to order it and then on Tuesday, a full week after I had dropped it off I called them back and they ordered the sensor and wanted to know if I needed them to install it. I said clearly that's what I want but now I'm back in town and need my car back to go to work tomorrow. I picked the car up and asked if they can call me when the sensor is in so I can schedule the next service. They never called me. After two months I finally called them to see if the sensor had arrived and they said they had received it weeks ago.
The kicker is that today after 4 solid years of forking over thousands of dollars to this entity, my wife got upset and told me to go to a different dealership. I went to the Gus Paulos in West Valley and they had the issue resolved within 4 hours and gave me an exact pick up time plus paid for a Lyft back to work while they did the needed fixes. When I told them if they need help diagnosing issues they could call the Tooele dealership and get a history., they laughed and said that it's well known among dealers around the Salt Lake area that the Tooele dealership is notorious for poor service and that they don't fix cars.
That's the information. So make your own decisions.
My opinion: They aren't criminals, thieves, or dishonest. I believe they are simply inept, incapable and mal-trained in what they claim to be specialists of. They don't hire people who take care of or are capable of fulfilling their obligations to their customers. I am 100 percent ripped off and I allowed it by going back again and again. It's my own fault. Don't make it your fault also.

These guys are very chill. I've enjoyed my experiences with them this far. They did an awesome job fixing my truck and they are so chill about potentially looking at a new car. Never felt pressured or uncomfortable. great part of the community.

I made an appointment at 815 in the morning to have my oil & air filter changed as well as an alignment. I called to check on the status of my car at 130pm and was told there was an issue with some other vehicles being serviced and my car had not been looked at yet. I finally was told my car would be looked at around 330pm and didn't actually get my car back until nearly 530pm. I am very unhappy that I made an appointment for first thing in the morning but was still without a car for the entire day.

I can not put into words how great Tooele Chevrolet dealership is. We were traveling home to Arkansas when our Chevrolet Silverado started giving us trouble. It was a holiday, and the RV spots in town were booked solid. We basically made it into the parking lot, towards the back, and couldn't drive any further. The sales office was open. We told them our problem and they were very accommodating. They let us stay in our RV exactly where we were. We filled out the early bird drop box paper. When they opened the next day, they got the truck in and kept us updated the entire time. They are in a great location, so we were able to walk to places for food, coffee, plus anything else. 3 days and 2 nights, and our truck was done. I was shocked because they could have easily told us we had to move the trailer. This kept the stress down and I am so grateful. I wish I could buy from them. Should the opportunity ever present themselves, then I definitely would. Thank you to the entire staff. Super friendly and easy to talk to. I strongly recommend working with them.

I am so happy with the buying process, and my purchase from Jarren and Bowen, at Tooele, UT Motor Company! I am from Fort Collins, CO, and I located the vehicle VIN at Tooele with the specs I wanted on my new 2024 Buick Envista ST. On my intitial call to their dealership, speaking with Jarren about the vehicle I was purchasing, was a very smooth and stress-free process! Jarren also sent me a video showing me my new vehicle and even said my name in the video for verification. Jarren also appointed Bowen to deliver my vehicle to me in Rawlins, WY, which was so awesome for them to coordinate given the distance! Bowen is very knowledgeable about the vehicle details and specs, and answered all my questions before we made our trips home! I am so impressed with their buying process and quick delivery. I would highly recommend buying from Tooele Motor Company!

Well unfortunately we have had multiple trips to the Tooele Chevrolet Dealership. The prior visit car was there 36 hours no diagnostic were done so two issues un-diagnosed, and they only got an oil change done in 36 hours. The worst part about that visit is no communication we called multiple time for vehicle updates. They kept taking our number down but no return calls until I decided to talk to the General Store Manager. The next visit the part that was backordered for 2.5 months came in they called Service scheduled vehicle for today. Appointment at 8:30 am today 8/5/2024 . I thought since I spoke to the General Manager about our the terrible customer service and extremely poor communication it would be better this time. My son let them know he has an appointment to get his vehicle detailed tomorrow so he needs his car done today. Called for update at 2:30 they said they were trying to get to it , but they only had one service technician. Long story short vehicle in shop 9.5 hours and they could not put in a thermostat. Probably the worst dealership have ever dealt with in my life.

We met with Rico for a trade-in. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. He walked through all of our options and was patient with all of our follow up questions. Our appointment was late in the afternoon and ended up moving forward with the trade-in, so Rico and team had to stay late for us — which we really appreciated! Nate Bushnell was our salesman, and he and the entire team were just excellent. I personally never had this great of experience purchasing a car from anywhere in the past 13 years! We had a few hiccups on our end for finance but the finance team at Tooele she was amazing! She found us a way to get us where we needed to get me my new 2024 traverse! Came in today with my Honda. I usually use the Honda Dealership in Salt Lake. But I prefer dealerships in general. Ryder listened to me while I explained my concerns. He pulled my vehicle into the shop and had the issues checked promptly. I was informed of my next options. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Thank you so much for your help today. It's nice to have great service in this small town. I would recommend this Dealership to any local or visitor, that needs help with their vehicle.

Communication was ok until 4:00, but then it was a struggle to have anyone answer the phone, for one, then when I actually got someone to talk to, was left on hold for 45 minutes. I had to call back three different times. They had my vehicle all day and I still had to leave it overnight for a very minimal repair that should have been done when we purchased it (it was part of the purchase agreement but not completed before the vehicle was released to us).
The cost of the repairs was astronomical!!! The parts were inflated 7x and labor inflated 6x. Will NEVER take my vehicle back to service.

The people were friendly but ended up leaving my vehicle there unnecessarily waiting on parts that didn't show up when I was told so I had to go get the vehicle and then take it back at a later date which wasn't a huge deal. I did have about $700 dollars worth of items stolen out of my truck while in their possession and was basically told "sorry"... never an offer to help or replace anything.

The Service Manager (Autumn) and Zander went well above what I expected to ensure that I received all of the past maintenance history on my vehicle as well as ensured that my vehicle was properly serviced in a timely manner. Pre sale they were great. During sale and after boy what a mess.

First, called ahead and had deal worked out. Was at the dealership 2.5 hours for nothing. The finance guy was behind was the excuse.

Finance once in went fine. No pressure. They failed to take my down payment so I had to call them about that.

Second, payoff of my loan had to chase them down to get info, check number. Was passed around from accounting to other people. Finally got someone who helped me.

Third, my registration I was told is at the dealership but they could not mail it because their machine was out of ink. I offered to pay for the stamp we will see after 2 calls.

Seems right and left hand not knowing whats going on. Frustrating buying experience. Not worth headaches. Too bad. Their prices were good.

I bought my car from Tooele motors Chevy 2 months ago. My kiddos love my car and they are such a family friendly company to work with. They have been amazing to work with. I have been driving a lot with commuting and they were amazing and did my oil change and got it in and out super quick. I highly recommend them for either purchasing a vehicle or service.

I was nervous about purchasing a new vehicle, but everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful that those nerves were instantly settled when I walked in the door. Ethan was friendly, knowledgable, and really listened to what I needed and wanted to help me find a great fit. It really felt like buying a car with a friend to help me through the process. AJ answered all my (many) questions and was a pleasure to talk to about the trade-in value of my vehicle. Cody was professional and thorough, making sure any questions I had were answered even though it was past closing time. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with my experience at TMC, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. I also really love my new Chevy Trax, and my long commute to work has been made 100 times better since I got it! Booked an AM appointment 2 weeks in advanced all to take it in and not to get looked at. Long story short is I use my truck for work I can't leave it there for 2 days but I can schedule a day to bring it in. Scheduling department need's to talk to shop before scheduling appointments especially when shop is already days behind.

Low key, low hassle, no high-pressure sales tactics (I would have walked away). I came in on a Thursday stating openly I wouldn't be buying until Saturday. No problems. The salesman (Damion) treated me just the same and showed me what I wanted to look at. I was so pleased with the respectful treatment I came back the next day to buy instead of waiting two days. We will be buying another vehicle from them in the next couple months when our son gets home from the Marines. One respectful and pleasant sales experience just earned your dealership two sales. Well done. And the Encore is a fantastic car. Absolutely LOVE IT!

I had a new key fob transmitter programmed to my 2018 Camaro convertible 2SS that I bought earlier in the month for this dealership. Everything went great. The service writer Autumn did an awesome job explaining what the job entailed and cost of job. She also looked up service records for me and got me a full service sheet for my car since I didn’t know what services are required from the manufacturer. Her co-worker was also a big help, his name has slipped my mind right now but kudos to him also. My Convertible Camaro is immaculate clean and the day before I brought it in, I installed brand new floor mats in the front. Service was done in a timely manner and I watched the technician bring my car out. To my surprise the technician was very dirty on his shirt and his jeans for being 9am in the morning and was not wearing a uniform just plain clothes. I went inside paid my bill and went out to my car to leave. When I opened the door I couldn’t believe what I saw, my brand new floor mats had mud and dirt all over them. I was very disgusted. I went back in and walked Autumn to my car and asked her to open the door and look inside and as she did she had the same look on her face that I did. She apologized very sincerely several times and went and got Charlie to clean it up and Charlie did a nice job cleaning it up and apologized also. This was my first experience in this service department since I bought this car here and was very disappointed with how unprofessionally my car was treated and has me thinking twice about going back. If the tech can’t keep it clean with just programming a key fob what can I expect when it comes time to do mechanical work on my sports car. I expect much more from a top notch dealership when it comes to my car. Feel free to reach out to me if you would like.

Because you cannot get the part for our car and advised us not to drive it until you get the part then take 2 days to get part installed (16 days), we now have to go without our car... you refused to provide a loaner car.. instead offered us this... "go to enterprise and rent a car and you would pay for 3 days, then we have to cover all the rest of the bill for the other 13 days" - This is your "Great Customer Service" you say you provide.... From the customers point of view... who will pay over $300 to rent a car - there is no Honor in this a customer who spent their money buying a car from your company... Sad Day - will not shop with you again..
