Tomas and his team were superb. Tomas removed and built a new internal wall in our row home. The quote process was very quick and clear. Communication was excellent throughout. The work was very high quality and completed on time (they actually finished a day early due to a public holiday). Highly recommend.

I called Tomas after some water damage appeared in our master bedroom while we were away. He came the same day, about 2 hours later, inspected the roof and took pictures to show us the issues. He quickly provided a fair quote and came out to do the work a few days later.

He showed us pictures of the work he did on the roof and it looked good (to my untrained eye, at least!) — the interior work was flawless. You can’t tell there was ever an issue. We would also highly recommend!

Rain water was leaking inside my condo building over the holidays, but I wasn’t sure how the water was getting in — I called Tomas and he came over same day, was able to diagnose the root cause, and put a temporary sealant in place. Tomas proactively followed-up a week later and his crew permanently fixed the issue. I would highly recommend Tomas Construction - They are very responsive and do great work!

Tomas and his team have been a great professional team who have done quality work. We have been very happy with their services that they have provided. We've had them do various things to enhance our home and property, eg. install snow angels on our roof, revamp our shed (new roof, gutters, rain barrel, replace rooted wood, paint) and its is beautiful and so much more functional! They are now our go to contractor for our property.

We had several waterproofing companies come and survey the area trying to determine how the water had been able to get into the house. Tomas Construction LLC was the only company to accurately locate the leak. The owner personally took the time to show us the problem and explained the necessary repairs. We originally hired Tomas for a gutter replacement on a historic DC rowhome. After further inspection once the gutter was removed, we discovered extensive damage to the roof, attic space, and turret due to neglect from the previous owners. The project suddenly became much larger in scope. Tomas quickly took charge and handled every new issue that arose. At no point was I worried about the quality of work Tomas and his crew were doing. Tomas provided constant updates with documented pictures. I can't say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Tomas is. I would highly recommend Tomas for any roofing or general contracting project!

Tomas is great. I had a roof leak and he quickly patched it at a fair rate. UPDATE: I hired Tomas again a few years later when a tree fell on my house. Thankfully, I was away on vacation and Tomas was a huge help, immediately tarping my roof and clearing tree branches from the home and snapping photos for my insurance claim.
